Great doctor, unfortunately do not know how to schedule patients to save their lives. Have been going here for a while, it is always at least an hour and a half wait. So this last time I decided to schedule the first appointment for the day. I came in and they scheduled 3 other individuals at the same time. 4 patients at the same time? VERY disappointed my first time, here referred by a dear friend. Had a 1pm appt reqyestwd to arrive 15 minutes early for new patient paperwork The waiting room was at capacity with one seat open, which I quickly grabbed, turned in my completed paperworkwd and waited, and waited and waited, and waited some more. At 143p I approached the receptionist as asked when I would be seen since I had a 1pm appt. She advised me a client was currently being seen, and there were still 2 more to be seen before me. Forgive me, but this is not acceptable AT ALL. If you dont know how to adequately schedule sufficient time per client, or you are just financially greedy. My time and the time of all your clients is just as valuable as yours. Not once did anyone apologize to myself or anyone else for the delay. It is a shame when someone who seems to be knowledgeable about chiropractic care does not respect a patients scheduled appt time... I can be understanding if there is a 15 to 20 minute delay but having me wait one hour for my appt is not acceptable ! This was not the first time but I thought since I had an early appt that it may have just been an anomaly. No... the waiting room was full and I knew my appt would be delayed as the woman next to me had an earlier appt than me and was still waiting! Dr. John Moody at Noble Healthcare was recommended by several trusted friends...so, when I couldn't get rid of this pain in my leg for a couple months, I made an appointment to go see him...and how grateful I am to have found him! Does anyone know what happened to Dr. Moody? I see him for monthly maintenance visits. I knew that they were moving their office. I've tried calling to schedule, but there is no answer and no way to leave a voicemail. I stopped by their office, hoping there would be a sign, describing their new place or contact info. The doors are marked over, and the sign is scraped off. I really like Dr. Moody's treatment. I'm hoping this is just a snag, while they relocate. I'm worried though, as there is no way to reach them. Been going to Dr. Moody for years. It is convenient that his new location at Horizon Ridge and Eastern is right next to the store I buy my alkaline water at. Dr. Moody is a healer. He is very attune to one's physiology. There have been times I was going to tell him about a symptom and before I do, he finds the problem. And now he has Michaael Karl, a Licensed Massage Therapist who I also consider a healer. I go once a week. I get a 30 minute massage by Mike and then see Dr. Moody. I've been a patient of Dr. John Moody since he took over the practice when his predecessor, Dr. Anderson, retired about 3.5 years ago. I have to admit that I had some doubts going into my first appointment, since Dr. A. was incredible, but it only took one visit for me to determine that Dr. Moody was the right man to replace Dr. A. Thanks to him, I'm mobile and able to enjoy life. Dr. Moody is dedicated, caring, compassionate, upbeat & funny, He relates well to patients and really knows his stuff. His training in Kinesiology allows him to work with the body's systems to heal the whole person -- not just treat symptoms. I've been dealing with significant back and knee issues for several years. If I go more than 2.5 weeks without an adjustment from Dr. Moody, I can barely walk. At one point, I feared I would have to take a disability retirement because my sciatic pain and lower back pain were so severe. Drugs didn't help at all. But with regular visits, Dr. Moody has kept me mobile and my pain has been very manageable. I was told that I needed knee replacement surgery, but to hold out as long as I could because, due to my relatively young age, I could expect to repeat the surgery multiple times the parts wore out. Thanks to Dr. Moody, I've been able to hold off for almost 3 years. Eventually, I'll have the surgery, but hope to put it off for another 3-5 years, with Dr. Moody's help. The office staff at Noble Healthcare is friendly, considerate and welcoming, too.
