Staff can't answer…read morethe simplest of questions without their phones, quality of products get worse every 6mths or so, and every day that I go into our local one it takes me 45min to an hour just to grab a few things. So yeah, long story short. The stores are HORRIBLE if you're a Contractor and also a nightmare for home owners (or reg customer) because of the lack in knowledge and strength the staff have (theirs 1 good guy in our local store, his name is Mike and luckily he works the front desk)

The interesting thing, though, is that it goes beyond a hardware shop: they also have a lot of pet supplies, and yes, they even sell animals such as guinea pigs and ducks. That's pretty cool. The people who work here are really pleasant and helpful, and the selection and pricing are also very good. Country Living is generally my first stop when I need tools or supplies, especially since it's very close to where I live. It's a good thing to support a useful local store. I'd really recommend checking this place out if you haven't already.
