Been shopping here for 22yrs. Today I witnessed an employee at the self checkout become very hostile & impatient with a customer who simply needed assistance. I like most all of the people that work here except for one. Caroline is a checker who has never been nice to me and can be downright rude. I try to avoid going in her line at all costs because I know it will not be a pleasant experience. Somebody should give her an attitude adjustment. read more

For more than a year now, I've noticed the cold cases dripping and leaking. It has become so bad the store has placed absorbent tubes in front of the cases. Prior to this, they used multiple rolls of paper towels stuffed under them. It has gone on so long that the hinges are rusted and stained. Cleaning looks to be a "thing of the past". I wrote to the corporate office a few weeks back and received a short note in reply that they would notify their Store Management Staff and District manager. I wonder, after more than a year, how this condition was left unattended by the management? Oh, and as of today...no change in conditions. Liz is the best! Took care of honoring the digital coupon from a day before Thanksgiving for the 47 cent per pound Raley's turkey. The downloading of the Raley's app was not functioning. Was told by an employee that using the coupon app was the only way to receive the special price. Looking at the Yelp reviews was confirming the challenges of the Raleys digital coupons process. Certainly looks like an opportunity to improve the process on Raleys end. Hats off to Liz. She honored the 47cent per # pricing at the register and I was on my way. Stock is always fresh, staff is always friendly and super helpful, and the store is always clean and well lit without being overwhelming.

Check expiration dates for everything you buy here and then double check. I am usually good about this, but after shopping at this store for years I started trusting them, especially when I am in a rush. They have gone downhill as of late. Three shopping trips within a week resulted in me purchasing expired products that were more than 2-3 weeks expired. First it was ground lamb that was 2 weeks expired (and stank) that I exchanged for a fresh pack. I came back a few days later and there were still expired packs of lamb in the fridge (no communication or action taken). Also during that trip, I purchased Horizon to go boxes of milk that were over 4 weeks expired. Thankfully, none of us have gotten sick as a result yet. We will never shop here again, and it's a shame. Used to be a good store. read more

I see moldy produce, the fridges are leaking and just disgusting. The customer service here has gone down, apparently the dress code has changed and hygiene isn't important.
