We got some sandwiches for a road trip here recently. The bagels were delicious. Everything else was second rate. The filling in the sandwiches was old and gummy, the accompanying side dish was stale chips. It used to be Noahs had wonderful cole slaw, or a pretty good potato salad as a side dish. Both of those are no longer available. IMHO, this is the product of private equity purchasing the chain, then sucking the life and soul out of its offerings. It has been ages since I've visited a Noah's Bagels but I was really craving a bagel and cream cheese. I ordered a cheesy jalapeño bagel with schmear. The bagel had the perfect heat with a crispy exterior and chewy interior. It was filled with tons of whipped cream cheese and it was super soft and creamy. Normally, I separate the bagel and eat it in halves but there was so much cream cheese, I ate it like a sandwich lol! Definitely checked my craving box. read more

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. We haven't been to this location before. It seems a lot smaller than other locations. This location did not have a soda fountain. They seemed very busy with pick up to go orders and customers walking in. They have a few tables and chairs. We were able to sit and eat there. While sitting I could see they do not clean under there machines that often..very dirty and old bagles underneath. Everyone seemed to be busy doing something. I'm always a little indecisive when ordering so I always appreciate patient service, the ladies that helped me and my boyfriend were so incredibly sweet and helpful! Been here a few time now and it is a decent location. The food has met the met the chain standards I have experienced at many other stores. The location is not large and while not having any indoor seating, it does have a nice outdoor area of tables. It would be nice to at least have some benches in the store as the waiting time can take a while when busy and for some people are not able to stand for long. I liked going to this location for bagels, although the service has never been great. But today's visit just put me off coming here again. Ugh! The grossest thing. While I was waiting for the female employee to serve the customer before me a guy came in behind the counter but he was just standing around not helping anyone. I bought one for like a $1.79 and immediately thought it was odd they were on the counter uncovered but figured they knew what they were doing so I didn't say anything. Fast forward 20 minutes and we are home and give the bagel to the puppy. It's hard as a ROCK. Not like a stale bagel or crunchy on the outside bagel but a literal ROCK. This used to be one of my favorite places to go as a kid, but this place has gone way down hill. The bagels are incredibly small with hardly any cream cheese on there, definitely not a "New York" bagel experience anymore. I also ordered a hot coffee which was just awful. The dark roast was freezing cold, so I had to try the medium roast which was equally terrible, how ever it was somewhat warm. Not to mention the bathroom was also disgusting, I would compare it to a gas station bathroom. We just love our local Noah's Bagels. It's such a great easy breakfast to grab and go. We usually grab a variation of the breakfast sandwiches with one egg and a blueberry with cream cheese. They get super crowded especially on the weekends so if you can order ahead you definitely should. Also, their orange juice is really great. Since the pandemic they also installed a nice and safe outdoor seating area in case someone tries to drive onto the sidewalk it's protected with barricades. read more

Absolutely terrible. I placed my order, no problems. As I waited for 15 minutes, I started to notice people getting food that ordered after me. I asked an employee about my order and he said it was next. Well 15 minutes later it still wasn't done and I requested a refund. The manager came over and said what's up? I told him what happened, no apology no offer to make it right. Just gave me a refund. They have zero organization behind the counter or making orders. First time using the Noah's Bagel app. I've had their bagels I know they're good. Something to think about when using the app. Don't make my mistake. The app worked well. Gave me a free sandwich and a free cup of coffee. Couldn't say no to those perks. I ordered a variety of bagels. I scheduled a 10am pickup and they were out to the curb pronto. I wanted a dozen. When I got home they were all sliced and toasted. I didn't want that. I didn't know the app defaults to sliced and toasted. My fault. Ok, I know this place has been around a long time, but where I am in Elk Grove, there is no Noah's Bagels. I know that may be hard for some of you city slickers to imagine, but it is true. So one weekend I was out in Fair Oaks visiting dear old mom and dad when my mom suggested going to McDonalds for breakfast, gasp, I do not eat fast food. I quickly suggested Noah's Bagels located in the same shopping center and my mom agreed. I was excited to try out this place since it seemed healthier than McDonalds and was somewhere I did not usually go. Though there were tempting bagel options like Jalapeño Cheese and French toast flavor, I decided to go for the healthiest choice on the menu since I had recently lost a pound. As a result, I ordered the Egg White sandwich on a whole grain bagel. It had a light spread of cream cheese and spinach on it as well. My mom and dad ordered a BLT bagel sandwich and a jalapeño cheese bagel. Out of the three items, the one that looked the most tasty was my dad's jalapeño cheese bagel with cream cheese. My bagel was not satisfying or flavorful. I would not order it again and the price was a bit high. The people working at this location were friendly and kept things moving long. This place has amazing food. I had the farmhouse and it was incredible. The iced white chocolate mocha was trash, just no good at all. But the bagels here are amazing, it's my new favorite breakfast place. Some of the workers are not real friendly though. One girl working said my coffee wasn't paid for and claimed to have made an extra one on my sister's order and kept going over the orders with me and could not understand that I did pay for it and finally said "you can just take it and go" and was so beyond rude. That rude girl is why I gave 4 stars, the food itself is 5 stars, skip the coffee. read more
