We literally just got an incredible pool installed by these guys, and I could not possibly give a…read morestronger recommendation! Be warned, you are not going to get the cheapest pool in the world from these guys. They are old school and believe in selling a quality product at a very reasonable price. You're not paying Ferrari prices but you are definitely not getting an 86 Yugo either. Everything they provide is high-quality long-lasting and durable so you don't have to deal with breakdowns or other stupidity later in life. The equipment Farwell uses as "stock" or "base" is upper to top-end with other pool installers (then the other guys charge you a zinger for "premium tier products"!). Their price breakdowns are incredibly detailed and you know exactly what you're paying for. You can select a number of options basically a la carte to make your pool exactly what you want. They are incredibly flexible in the layout and other additions, and if you want something completely out of the box (like we did with our slide) they are very accommodating in including that in their installation process. The other part that was very refreshing was there were no hidden charges. You knew exactly what we were getting into before the first hole was dug. And the best part above all was they stuck to their guns on the prices with no whammies after the fact. From beginning to end they were done with the project in under three weeks. Now keep in mind our lot was very flat and didn't require much landscaping to make it work so things might be different if you have hilly land. The pics are before the landscaping has been done. We will post the finished product when the other company's work is done! In summary: if you want an awesome pool you can be proud of that will last you a long time with incredible service and attention to detail, and you understand that having such amazingness might cost you a little more than a bare bones POS that rots in 5 years go with Farwell pools!

Blue Lagoon Pool and Spa is AMAZING! Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and guess what,…read moresuper nice and friendly on top of that. I had used another pool company for 20+ years and the customer service became so horrible that I switched. I was advised to use products in my pool that I didn't need and basically threatened to have services I didn't need in order for them to service my pool. When I switched to Blue Lagoon, Breanna got me started on a product called Supreme plus. This has been AMAZING. My water is crystal clear and so easy to balance. I'm using less chemicals than ever. I used to add PH+ about every 3 days, now it is about every 3 weeks if even that. Their team is so knowledgeable about how to deal with any issue that arises. I have a creek in my bad yard, so mustard algae likes to find its way in my pool on the backs of frogs and other creatures that come visiting. In less than 12 hours after putting in the chemicals they recommended, GONE! I used to be forced by the other company to allow them to open my pool if I wanted them to service my pool in other ways and after they opened it would take me 10-14 days to have my pool clear and clean and fully balanced - NOT ANYMORE. It used to be so cloudy when I opened. This is the 3rd year I've opened myself and each year it is easier and easier thanks to Supreme Plus. This year, I opened and I could see the bottom of my pool the day we took the winter cover off and 12 hours later (after vacuuming it) it was swim ready. Thanks to my use of Supreme Plus, I added the standard quart of Polyquat (algaecide) upon opening, but I didn't need to add any other chemicals to my pool except chlorine - all the other chemicals were perfectly balanced. Their customer service is A+++ and their knowledge has helped save me time, headaches and money. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a pool or hot tube. They will not steer you wrong and you will be so glad you entrusted your pool to them. Best of all, they are kind and helpful.

On top of that, my pool is much clearer than it had been before switching to them. Finally, in addition to their great pool knowledge, they are always very responsive and friendly when I have a problem or question and make me feel like a valued customer.
