We schedule a walk through, he was a few minutes late. When he did the walk through and jotted down measurements he didn't explain the pricing in details. Let's just say the price was way over our budget for 2 living room and a kitchen. We decided to only do walls for 1 living room and kitchen...still not a great price. The next day we waited for his painters to come, a few minutes late ... 8 hours later ... we inspected the job, dissatisfied. Drips on wall and messy clean up. And he has the nerve to try to raise the price. Good thing I had him sign a written paper of agreement prior to this. Oh, I also found trash in my recycling bins. Had to dig into my recycling bins to separate trash and recycling... So, to sum it up don't just hire anyone just because others are booked months in advance. Now I know why this business wasn't booked like others. I wouldn't even give it any star but this won't rate unless I press 1 star.

Since I live out of state and it was the dead of winter, the logics were tricky. Julio was super responsive. We had a couple of phone oversations about what I was looking for and he made a couple of recommendations for colors based on my preferences. He was able to use the lock box we had set up to provide detailed estimates of the interior and exterior paint costs and I found the prices very reasonable! He kept me posted as to when he could start the exterior, avoiding rain and extra cold temps to ensure the paint cured properly. Julio and his team showed up when they said to and he sent me photos and videos along the way to keep me up to date on the progress. Contacted the owner himself who came to my home who looks at the house and tries to tell me its just dirty and I need a power wash. I showed him photos from other points of views with high def cameras on HD zoom and he still proceeds to tell me its dirt and that I basically am seeing things. Expressed to him how all i needed was a touchup considering we hired them to paint a house that was well over 2400 sqft with a warranty to which he basically said no, and would charge regular price for a power wash and touchup, but hed take good care of me. Complete used car salesman vibe completed at this point. This warranty isnt worth its weight in toilet paper at this point. Photos attached, you tell me if this looks like natural fading or paint failure. Hired another paint company to do the touchups who agreed that they could even see where their brushes were weak or where the paint didnt adhere. The support staff of this company was great in 2021 during the pandemic, super respectful and professional, but from what people have told me, those people are long gone because of owner. Not surprised.
