99.5% of the time, awesome staff. There a few girls that like to gather at the bar and i guess "gossip?" Ambiance is simple. But plenty good enough. The steak and baked potato are awfully salty. Both appears to be rolled/dipped in rock salt. I got the pork steak last week. Yes it tender, but had a mushy texture. Plus, it grey color with BBQ sauce drizzled over it. Hamburger is nice. Soup was nice. Fantastic salads. Plenty great parking. Handicap accessible. read more

This is a great place for Fried Chicken. Lot's of energy from the staff to get your order into kitchen and out on the table. The food is good and served HOT! They have lot's of specials that are good values. A little noisy when very busy. Closed on Mondays. read more

The food is awesome, fresh and hot. I've tried most of the menu, including the pizza. They wood burn their ovens and you can tell it with their pizza. The crust is tender and has that wood burned flavor. They deliver using the app Toast. read more

Good service. Variety of different choices on menu. Everything we tried was tasty. We have eaten here several times. Heard customers talk about the delicious fried chicken. read more

I love this place, they have great pizza, burgers, fried chicken, BBQ and have added some new items to their menu. Good down-home cooking, comfort food that makes your taste buds happy. The staff makes the experience even better because they are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere isn't fancy but you can play video games or watch a ball game. It's a great place to take your family! read more

We were out that way and thought to give it a try. We were greeted very quickly by a young man, when he was told we were first timers there, he explained the menu specials. My friend got the cheeseburger w/ mushrooms & fries then raved how good it all was, I got the bbq pork steak with baked potato & green beans. The pork steak was large in size along w/ the sides, had more then enough for leftovers. For the amount of food you got the price was fair. It was a very clean place that had plenty of televisions for all your sporting events . It was quiet as we were the first ones there for lunch. If back in the area we will stop in again. read more

We went to No-Jacks tonight for dinner. We waited about 15 minutes before the server took our order. About 15 minutes later he came to our table and informed us that my chicken was dropped on the floor, so they would have to start my order over again. It was another 20 minutes before our food came out. My wife had ordered clam chowder for her meal... It was terrible, thick and pasty! She took one bite and couldn't eat any more. I shared my chicken with her. The fried chicken was delicious!! When the server brought our check I informed him that she couldn't eat the soup. His reply was, that's too bad. No offer to remove it from our bill. Also, the price of her clam chowder on the menu was 4.99, and the price of the fried chicken was 14.99. When we got the check we were charged 5.17, and the chicken was 15.51. We didn't have a good experience and won't be going back!!! read more

We love No Jacks! Wings, pizza, fried chicken are all great! We love that they deliver too!

Went in last night anticipating all you can eat crab legs but was disappointed to be informed they stopped that months ago, so had to improvise and get something else. The food was tasty, cooked the way I like it. But, portion size could've been better. read more

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. The place was a tad busy, but not too bad. We were told to seat ourselves wherever we wanted. Then we were promptly greeted by a server for drink orders and headed to the buffet bar. Everything was warm and perfectly cooked. No frills. The biscuits were my favorite - soft and fluffy. Nice place to get full at for under $10! Plus, it was clean and nice. read more

Was pleasantly surprised by the interior of No Jacks. Sports Bar atmosphere in a strip mall. Service was good although a bit slow for only the 15 /20'peeps in the place. Food did come out quickly and was delicious. My wife had the BBQ Pork Steak which said was delicious and tender. I elected the four piece chicken dinner which was also very good. Lots of daily specials attracting customers to this off the beaten path spot. Will definitely come back it's a bit far for a weekly visit but am adding to our list. read more

Food and service were great. Good prices. We went on a crab leg night, crab was cooked just right and the seasoned garlic butter delish. Salads were great too. They have all kinds of deals different days we would like to try. Kind of far but it was worth going back! read more

I Ordered what was described as the "ultimate club sandwich" on their menu. Clearly, that is not what I got. They forgot the lettuce and it was just literally lunch meat with mayo just thrown on there, and some cold bacon that had been previously cooked. Fries were so soggy they were basically wet. Threw the whole thing in the garbage. Bummer. Never again. read more

Meeting my daughter at No-Jack Bar early dinner at 4:30pm. Pretty good crowd cuz it's Tuesday special all you can eat snow crab legs for 44 dollars but that's not what I'm here for. Service guy did very well with me. He's patient and really want to learn how to communicate with me cuz I'm deaf. I ordered pulled pork with Cole slaw. It was ok and not expected like this cuz I was thinking dry pulled pork sandwich abd bbq sauce on the side but instead real heavy bbq sauce on pulled pork sandwich. It was messy when pick up. My daughter ordered Turkey Club with fries. She said it was good. On Sunday I'd like try brunch. Thank you and I'd be back again read more

Great menu, great food, great ownership! We recently moved to the area and No Jacks is a short drive from to our house and we now eat here often. We love everything on the menu, but their fried chicken is my favorite. They also have great fried fish. Their wings are wonderful and they make fantastic salads too! Get here early on the weekends because it can get busy, but the servers are always quick and attentive. During a recent power outage, No Jacks offered free meals to people in the community who were without power for days. Their owners seem like good people. read more

We have been several times. Really good food and daily specials. Next time is a breakfast run.

Food is always delicious! Fried chicken family style on Sundays is the best. Sandwiches are also very good. Sweet potato fries are my favorite they come with a special dipping sauce that's really good. Service is always excellent. Plus they have gaming machines, and it's always nice to try my luck. read more

Food ok. But don't ask for extra sauces. Additional charges of 1.29 and .67 for 2 small sauces. No prior notice of additional charge. I just took the charges out of the waitress tip although I gave her more than enough do to lack luster service. Don't waste your time better options closer to St Louis Update: Talked to Tony the owner. He scolded me for leaving him to 2 bad reviews. Save your hard earned money! Overpriced, Undercooked, Understaffed and Overrated. To be honest my first couple of experiences here and it was great! Food was great as well as the service! Now when I come here I get the same thing. The only time it is consistently taste edible I'd need to be drunk. Now I don't know if it has changed hands but the food is horrible. I tried it a few times since and it still is a mess. I had a party of 6-8+ both times and no one, I mean no one liked it at all. Service both times was super slow. -waitress/waiter If I'm dropping a buck forty plus tip for everyone then yes you should never allow anyone's glass at the table to sit empty. The food when applicable, especially the pizza should be served hot. -cook a well done pizza means light golden on top and dark edges. Not barely melted cheese. I thought maybe it was just me but what my family ordered was terrible from the pizza, buffalo chicken wrap, burger and nacho appetizer. We left without take home boxes that night. Hot food or hot garbage? read more

It was a Saturday afternoon and steady. There was a whole bunch of people coming and going from the kitchen but only three wait staff. We were attracted there by advertising on Facebook of these delicious barbecued pork states and traveled 23 miles. My wife ordered the barbecued pork steak and I order a three meat pizza. At the time of the order, I asked the waitress to come to the other side of the table as I only have hearing on that side, Every time the waitress returned to the table, she would talk on my death side. The food came, the pork steak had been cooked in an oven and the Pizza was luke warm at the best. The first two pieces you could taste the sauce but nothing after that and the cheese was under the meat making it a dry pizza. I am not sure if things have changed over the years but if you have a couple dining out the bill goes to the man at the table and I watch the other two staff do exactly that. Our waitress by passed me and handed it to my wife. Then the bill came and without asking how were were paying, imagine my shock that there was a 3% technology fee. Don't get me wrong its not about the money but the principle. I asked the waitress if this was printed on the menu or were we notified about it and she said no. I told her that i wished the charge to be removed and she argued she couldn't remove it. Frustrated I told he to just bring my change. She returns my change and continues to want to argue about it and saying its not my fault. I walked out. I left a tip that was equal to 20% but will never return to this establishment again. read more

We went to no jacks. They sat us, we ordered drinks, took 10 minutes to get them and they never came back. About 8 people sat down behind us after we got our drinks. When they started taking their order before us I just went to bar and asked to pay for our drinks. At least they comped those, but I won't be back. It use to be a great place to go, it first customer service issue we've had. read more

I tried the new pork tenderloin and I had a bad experience. The tenderloin was rubbery and the gravy was absolutely disgusting. The gravy tasted like pure pepper. Normally, I come here with a larger group (4-8 people). The atmosphere is great, and it is never too loud. Though the wait to get served is somewhat long. I understand that the workers have to figure out who needs to be helped still because of the seat-yourself style, but they could be on top of their game more. No Jacks does a good job to separate spaces for families or more bar geared people. There is even a large party space. The food is somewhat good, sometimes it takes long to receive your food. The waiters take a long time to get your drinks and food. The menu is lengthy, but it serves well because there different options with varying price ranges as well. Though it is not as cheap as some places, I believe it is worth your money to get the meal you want. The workers here are very friendly, but some of them tend to forget requests that I have made. During two visits, someone in my group needed a child menu, and our waitress forgot twice to bring it out to them. No Jacks is a very comfortable place and I feel very welcomed in the atmosphere. This restaurant is good for larger groups, parties, as well as small groups. The food is good, but the workers can be more productive. read more
