For the past 15 years I've been looking for the perfect nail salon in Highlands Ranch and Centennial. I tried every single one of them out there. This salon surpasses all of them. They are the cleanest, most friendly around and have exceptional service. They use fresh linings in every basin, one-time individually wrapped tools, and they all speak and understand English, which makes it so much easier to explain what you want done. This salon has competitive prices, but the quality of manicure is more like an exclusive, expensive salon. Don't waste your time looking around, this is the salon you're looking for! I had the Cat Eye effect manicure done on my last visit. The polish was ordered from UK, and requires the use of magnets, all for the same price as their other manicures. read more

No 5 Nail Spa - Cat Eye! - Nail Salons Near Me - Centennial, Colorado

Great salon and environment. Prices are reasonable at $31 for a gel mani and $30 for a basic pedicure. They really take their time to make sure you love your nails! I would definitely go to this salon again! read more

This place is literally two minutes from my house. I've never been one to get pedicures before, but No. 5 Boutique has converted me! It's always very clean and all of the nail techs are super detail-oriented. I've never been disappointed by a pedicure here! I would recommend making an appointment; it seems like it's always busy here but it's worth it. read more

My nails are lovely! Thanks for a great experience today. Took awhile to complete the dipping process but worth the finish. Will definitely be back. read more

I used to come here and they were always consistent and did a great job on my nails. I called to make an appointment a month ago, the day before I wanted to go. The lady who answered the phone said there were no appointments. Ok fine, I went somewhere else. Today I called to schedule an appointment for tomorrow at 6 for a shellac mani and pedicure. The girl on the phone said very rudely, "We close at 7, the latest you can come is 5:30pm" and hung up! Since when does a mani/pedi take longer than an hour?! Horrible customer service! I called Couture Nails and asked for an appointment at 6 and they close at 7, they were more than accommodating to get me in tomorrow without an attitude. Needless to say I will NEVER return here. I will drive further to a different nail salon that will accommodate their customers. Seems like things have gone downhill since the male manager had left (I can't remember his name) hasn't been there to manage the salon anymore. read more

I'm so sad to be writing this review because I used to love coming here. I just got my last Mani and pedi here. Does it look good? Yes! Was I treated with respect while I was there? NOPE! THAT is the reason I will not be returning. The past two times I've gone there, they've treated me like shit. I thought the last time was a fluke, but two times in a row?!! No way. I'm not OK with that. I'm more than happy to take my business elsewhere. The boy that works the front rushes around telling everyone what to do, rushing the techs along, because this is a business ands who the hell cares that WE CAN HEAR YOU. As I was getting my Mani, he came up to my girl and said THREE TIMES that her stuff was ready for the next client. The poor girl was already rushing, causing her to give me a 20 second hand and arm massage. The past three times I've gone, the tech didn't give me a foot massage with my pedi. I asked him when I was checking out if they don't give foot massages anymore with the pedicures. He said, "yes we do." I said, "oh, OK. I was just curious because the past three pedis I've gotten, I didn't get one." He got SOO defensive and said, "um, you got one today." I said, "no, I did get a leg massage, but I didn't get a foot massage. She rubbed my legs while she was waiting for my old shellac to come off, but I assure you, I did not get a foot massage. I would've remembered because I've had a long week on my feet and that's the reason why I wanted a pedicure." He raised his voice and said, "no. She spent plenty of time with you. You definitely got a foot massage." Ummm OK?? So now I'm a liar! Awesome! If you like being treated like shit, this is the place for you! read more

Tia place is hands down the best nail salon in the area. They make sure to keep things clean and care about how their clients feel. Go here! It is wonderful! read more

I love this salon, every time I come in I am greeted very kindly & I notice it is extremely clean and organized. I have been seeing phong for my rebase's and I haven't found someone I like as much anywhere else, she is kind and remembers details of our past conversation making it a very friendly and enjoyable! It's a little on the pricey side but from all my experiences it is worth it! read more

this place is so terrible. it may seem expensive but my nails were put on crooked and all of my nails were different shapes there was paint under my acrylic. I could see through the acrylic even in a little bit of light. waste of 50 dollars and i was really excited to try here. read more

Eric L.: You responded to my review of your salon with a lot of things that did not happen. Maybe you have me confused with someone else? Or you just don't like getting bad reviews and so you make up things? I never had EIGHT coats of any shellac polish on my nails. And I was NOT the person who said that the manicures always lasted 3 weeks. I also was not the person who came back every 5-6 days to complain about my manicure or make you re-do a manicure because I didn't like the color. The reason my last visit was bad is that it was the tech's first day AND she was terrible, she cut the skin around all of my fingers and it was very painful. When I called to talk about it with your receptionist, she was extremely rude to me. None of that is my fault. Take some responsibility for your business and your staff instead of trying to blame the customer!! read more

By far one of the cleanest nail salons I have ever attended!! Not to mention their services are exceptional!

I've been here many times and their work is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and they get you in and out quickly if you need it.

Can't think of a better way to pamper myself than to do my nails at such a beautiful and professional place! Thank you so much for opening something so inexpensive, yet very high-quality and welcoming to any client:) read more

Well, I finally found a GREAT nail salon. I have been in my neighborhood about 4 years now and have been to about a dozen salons within 10 miles of my home. I had yet to find a salon that not only treated me like a customer versus an in and out number but did at a minimum a decent job. I noticed Number 5 Grand Opening sign while out shopping one day. Ok great , close to home and it looks good . I thought I would give it a try. I walked in for a acrylic nail job expecting minimum wow factor. Right off the bat I was treated exceptionally. Staff is off the hook friendly, efficient, and did an amazing job!! I couldn't help notice the new state of art equipment and sanitary set up. For example they line the pedi sinks with plastic and are changed after each use! I could go on and one about the experience but will leave you with this... if mani/pedis are your thing.. this place is a must!!!! Great job to the staff and see you again!!! read more

This is the BEST nail salon in Denver! I came here from for the first time based on the amazing reviews and I was not disappointed. I was lucky enough to get Phong as my tech the first time and have stuck with her ever since! She asks about the shape and length of my nails, listens to what I say and gets them exactly right every time. She's gentle, meticulous and so sweet! The salon itself is spotless and beautifully decorated. The front desk is friendly and efficient and I'm a huge fan of their loyalty program. You would think such a nice place would be pricey but a shellac mani is only 31$ which is a total steal considering the quality of their work. I'm in the beauty industry myself and I have been to and worked in MANY salons- this place is doing it right!! Customer service is the top priority here and it shows! read more

Eric the owner contacted me and offered a gift card to come in and try them again. They scheduled me with one of their best technicians and this time I was NOT disappointed. She was very accommodating and helpful and had just the right amount of conversation with me. As I said before, I really like this spa and enjoy coming here. They offer complimentary beverage and good conversation (if you want) and keep things light and relaxing. I still recommend making any appointmebt or cakling a lityle ahead of time so tgey can put you with a rltech that meets your personal needs. THANK You Eric for being committed to running a top notch spa and taking pride in your business and those who work with you and for you. read more

Great salon. Excellent service; very clean; very friendly; and a lot of different levels of pedicure services to choose from. Already have my next appointment booked. Highly recommend making an appointment as it is a busy salon on weekends. read more

I love this place! Great customer service and talented people! Very friendly staff! My favorite nail spot so far!

I have been going to this salon every 2 weeks for 2 1/2 years. I rarely read or leave yelp reviews (I had to download the app just now), but last week I was there for my appointment and heard about a recent negative review that made me want to check out the reviews myself. The vast majority of the reviews are great, and I agree! The salon is very clean and almost all of the techs are friendly, communicate well, and do a nice job. Here's the thing: NOT EVERY TECH WILL VIBE WITH YOU!! If you have an experience you're not happy with, talk to the manager. Try a different tech next time. Things happen that are out of your control, right? Sometimes you're late. Sometimes you forget which service you booked, and you need to make a change. The same with a business. Techs have family emergencies. They accidentally cut your cuticle. Maybe it's their first week on the job. They can't read your mind and do things exactly the way they were done at your old salon in Nebraska. Don't walk in an hour before closing and ask for 90 minutes worth of service and then complain that you felt rushed. Maybe the tech has to pick up a child from daycare or a relative from a bus stop. They have lives too. It is amazing to me how many of the negative reviews say things like "I was happy the first two times, and I really want to love this salon, but after my one not perfect experience I'll never be back." Oh brother. If 8 out of 10 things are great, you're going to just quit? OK, good. Go find another salon. You're the type of princess who will never be happy anyway. I am a 50 year old woman who has been to many salons in my life. This one is run better than any I've been to! They try. And they care. They are ALWAYS polite and respectful to each other. Joking and sarcasm among the techs is not them being rude to each other! The first 2 techs I went to (as a walk-in) were not my favorite. One no longer works there. I hit the jackpot with the third tech I tried, and I could not be happier. If you have a specific thing that's important to you, you're an adult, use your words! Tell them you want your cuticles trimmed when you're getting dip. And if they charge extra for that, either pay it or go somewhere else. Tell them you really need callous removal. English is a second language for most of the techs. Rather than assume they're trying to rip you off, assume that they didn't quite understand your question and rephrase it. Sitting silently and then posting a negative review doesn't really accomplish much, does it? This world needs people who give kindness and grace. I understand that we are paying for a service and expect a certain level of excellence. There are ways of respectfully getting what you want without throwing a fit. No person and no business is 100% perfect 100% of the time. read more

I just moved to this area and am SO happy to have found this salon. Young was terrific - funny, personable, sarcastic and an overall excellent nail technician, despite the fact that he made fun of me for being a Patriots fan (smile). The atmosphere is elegant yet fun and relaxed. I heard more patrons laughing than I have in many years. My nails look wonderful and they have certainly earned a loyal customer. read more

I drove across town and I don't regret it at all. Everything was amazing, I received a pedi and rebase and WOW great job-I haven't been happy in a long time. My daughter and I have been going here for the last 6 months. We really like the services available and our mani/pedis last a long time. It's very easy to get an appointment and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes when I arrive for my scheduled appointment. We had tried several other nail places before finding No 5 and were disappointed with those. Glad we finally found this place! read more

Very nice nail salon! Love the classy look of the salon! Hannah did a wonderful job on my pedicure and Cindy did a great job on my rebase. Lasted 3 weeks! I am new to the area, was late for my appointment yet everyone was friendly to me and accommodated me even though I was late. I had a wonderful pedicure. The massage was great, the polish job was beautiful. The price was comparable to other salons in the area. But most of all, the place was very very clean. I will be back! read more

I read the reviews, and followed the recommendation to go with Young. He's friendly and we chatted a bit. He did a great job, really paying attention to detail and it didn't feel like he was rushing through (which my first nail tech here did). My nails and toes look fabulous and they're lasting. The place is really clean and has an upscale feel. Definitely recommend Young!! read more

I honestly don't know how this place gets such good ratings. I tried this place because it was more convenient than my usual salon since I was recovering from a broken leg and needed to go to a place close to my home. Well I paid more than I ever have for the worst mani/pedi in my life. The gal who did my service barely spoke to me other to ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. She ruined my cuticles (2 weeks later and they still look awful) and cut me twice. When I went to pay, I was told the charge was $48 when I had been told it would be $40 when I made the appointment. As I left the receptionist came after me after she spoke to the technician to tell me I had forgotten to leave a tip. Needless to say I did not intend to tip for such poor service and was appalled that I was even questioned. I believe a tip is to reward good service and that was NOT what I had received. I will not be returning. read more

I recently reviewed this nail salon and Yelp removed it due to it lacked detail. So, that being said, I want to let the readers know more about my poor experience at this salon. I visited here last month for a manicure and received a very unfriendly greeting from the counter person and then was made to wait a long time to be taken back to a nail table. The nail technician would not speak to me but decided to carry on a conversation with her coworker in a foreign language that I did not understand. I thought this to be rude. Finally, upon completion I paid and tipped fairly low based on the quality of my overall experience and was quickly shown the exit door. I certainly hope that this review provides the detail required by Yelp and the Yelp community. read more

I have been going to No. 5 Boutique since they opened and I would not even consider going anywhere else! Everyone who works there is personable, friendly, customer service oriented and professional. They truly care about the customer experience although they really make you feel more like family. I have dropped in more than once to get a broken nail fixed and they are always accommodating. Also, my shellac nail polish, on average is lasting 3 weeks! They do not take anyone for granted. Word is out about how fantastic they are so I do recommend scheduling an appointment over walking in. read more

I started going to this salon in January after moving back from Arizona and the first couple times we're pretty good maybe not quite worth the price but better than some of the other places I tried although the pedicures were not good at all so i tried the more expensive ones and still no scrubbing of calluses so so massage etc... I'm not one to complain especially since it wasn't awful. The last 2-3 times I went got worse like the tech just didn't want to be there so I fully expected today to be my last time and was going to search for a new salon however I saw a new tech named Cindy today and she was AMAZING!!!!!!!! She did a much better job on my pedicure (heels could've used a little more scrubbing but much better than I've ever had there before) and my nails look fantastic she really took her time and paid attention to detail. She was friendly and easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable:) she saved it for me I will continue to ask for her always! Thank you Cindy for the great experience and beautiful nails:) read more

I got one of their specialty pedicures that said it focuses on calluses and cuticles but there was definitely no more attention than any other pedi I've gotten. I can't stand that my girl was laughing and talking in a foreign language to other employees, it's rude. she had someone else finish my nails to go see her regular client and then I was ignored, no flip flops no offer to go to a dryer or anything. I like the options for specialty pedicures but I won't be back. read more

BEST NAIL PLACE in Highlands Ranch. The customer service here is amazing. They are so friendly, but also very good at what they do. Your nail service will be impeccable! The day before my sister's wedding we went to get our nails done at a different place. They did a terrible job and so we were frantically searching for somewhere to fix our nails before the big day. We went to two other places that said she took walk in's but wouldn't help us. No.5 Boutique Nails and Spa welcomed us in on a busy Saturday, they had a bit of a wait time, but we didn't mind at all because they were so willing to help us and fix the disastrous peeling gel nails we had done before at a different salon. They really are my go to place in Denver now! read more

This place is AMAZING!!! I have been to many salons so far and let me tell this... No. 5 Boutique impresses me every single time. A special thank you to Phong for always doing beautiful and outstanding masterpieces on my nails!!! I highly recommend this place it's super clean, spotless, professional and just straight up fabulous. They never settle until your nails look perfect and you are happy. I came to get a mani-pedi with my mom, and we were both extremely impressed by this salon. It was clean, great staff, and wonderful result. The prices are very reasonable for a pamper day and they offer a membership program where the eleventh visit gives you a free pedicure! The best part, is the membership service is free and the punches do not expire. Both my mother and I got a shellac mani and a deluxe pedi. The pedicure was amazing, I got the honey deluxe pedi and my mom got the cucumber deluxe pedi. They offer drinks and a massage chair with warm, relaxing water for your feet. The shellac mani looks so awesome, I've only had this mani for a day, and I have been complimented by five different people. Needless to say, both my mom and I became members to this salon, and I plan on returning as soon as I can!!
