WTF!!! I've never been here before. So, I'm thinking let's not be judgy. The doorman said cover was $10, but it comes with a free shot. Cool! Upstairs. No, I don't have a reservation. Welcomed to the bar. A bunch of women screeching to a song on screen. I'm thinking so, when does the karaoke start and how do I sign up to sing? Bartender, was very nice, said if you don't have a reservation for a room, you have to fill out a request card/sheet. But, I asked where do we sing? Right here he says. So, in a bar full of drunken screeching women who have no idea of what singing means, I am asked to offset that f-up. NOT! Good Vibe had a nice time with Karaoke but the place is over priced and the food is horrible I ordered loaded fries and my party ordered nachos and both were skimpy and lacking warmth my fries were $17 and only had a drizzle of cheese and they added the wrong white onions instead of green onions on top nachos were $20 not a full portion and again no cheese drinks were good just eat before you go food is not worth it a total money grab read more

This place has gone downhill since they first opened. To be fair, we had a really great time when we visited previously before the pandemic. I'm not sure what has happened since then, but it is a disaster. Ghetto as hell. When you arrive, expect the doors to be locked. Don't worry, they are probably open, but you'll have to be let in by security. Security will then scan your IDs in order for you to come in. Then, they will proceed to pat you down more vigorously than O'Hare airport & the male security guards will not care if you are a female. The ambiance? The floor & seats are like a college bar - sticky with God knows what. The main bar area is small with a few bar tables. They have this odd stage where you can buy a drink to sing a song from YouTube search for free. You can even witness them searching for the title of your song + "karaoke version" right on the TVs! At least they paid for YouTube premium so you didn't have to wait 25 secs for an Ad to play before your song loaded. Oh, you had a reservation? Don't expect to get your party into the private karaoke rooms on time. Expect them to run at least 40 mins late, but then cut you off 10 minutes before your reservation ends (yes, even in the middle of you singing "Closing Time.") Service was horrible. It's almost like the bell inside the room doesn't work or maybe the host doesn't work. Who knows? This was the worst karaoke experience I've had ever in my life. read more

We came here for a friend's birthday celebration on a Tuesday night and it was perfect for our group of about 9 or 10. I thought it was interesting that we got frisked at the door and had our bags checked, as if we were entering a club, but I guess now-a-days you can't ever be *too* safe with everything that's going on. The room was the perfect size for us, and our server explained to us how to change the music to what we wanted given that most of the writing was in Mandarin on the actual karaoke system. They had basically every song we wanted to sing so it worked out, and the sound system and everything was fantastic. We came on a Tuesday night, and with the purchase of a patron bottle from them with the room rate, it only ended up being about $18 per person for 2 hours which I genuinely feel like it not bad at all given the Patron tequila bottle and cups/service. Obviously it was a Tuesday night so it was discounted, but going out these days is expensive and this felt like entertainment on a budget! read more

This place is horrible, DO NOT COME HERE, I showed up with 6 friends looking to celebrate my birthday and create a good vibe however I did NOT get that. We were held downstairs before being let up to have security scan our IDs in which a man, I'm assuming manager, ran upstairs to "clean the room". The room we were taken up to was not clean... then after being pressured to get bottle service we were met with a really bad server who didn't help us further with our bottle. We were promptly kicked out after waiting for the system to prompt the karaoke in which we only got 3 songs. TLDR: understaffed, which is understandable. But the lack of communication between workers and lack of functioning equipment made it worse and really soured the experience. When we got to our rooms, the equipment wasn't working. We had to wait about 30 mins for someone to come in and fix it. They did give us an extra 30 minutes at the end, but the microphone and speaker issues persisted throughout the session. Additionally, the songs in the catalogue were a little outdated. I'm giving two extra stars because the attendant/waitress was really quite great and did her best to do her job well but the equipment not working made it really not worth it. read more

Had a birthday party in the large karaoke room. It was spacious for my group. Good song selections and the microphone was ON. Our waiter Parish was very nice and attentive. We had a shot tower with a pitcher of juice and just some wings and fries which were tasty. It's definitely a vibe! The main room is SMALL and when we finished in the private room it was just too crowded to stay. The only thing I will say is that room rental cost is a bit high. Would for sure return. read more

I think the concept here is great. The execution, less so. Firstly, if you want to drink and do karaoke I recommend having a few beverages prior to your arrival. Drinks are expensive and not very strong. We had a server (I can't think of the proper word for this person's role) who came to our karaoke room a few times. He promised us some drinks and snacks that never came. We rarely saw him. I suppose it could've been a busy night and they were understaffed? They have newer songs in the catalog but not always. You really want to pay attention when they give instructions because most of the screen is in (I think) Chinese. While I did enjoy myself, I'm not sure I would go back if I wasn't invited by someone else. I'm just not totally sure what I paid for. You're better off at someone's apartment with YouTube on the TV blasting your favorite hits with a homemade bar. read more

Glorified Youtube videos with a mic. Overpriced. Secret charges. Quality: This is NOT karaoke. They barely have songs since they haven't updated their music since 2010, and no kpop songs. They make you go on Youtube and find songs with lyrics, might as well just play it at home and sing out loud. Price: I had a group of 8 and they had me pay 90$ to hold the room, each hour was 90$ (on the website it says 90$ for 2 hours, don't be fooled, it's 90$ for 1 hour each so 180$ in total). Stay away from this place until they let go of their unprofessional bouncer. Tried to meet up with my coworkers for a party and WOW, what an experience... We walk upstairs and the place is dead. Empty. Bad music playing. Not busy at all. Zero people there. Like a ghost town playing lame music. There are two people who got there right before us, so in addition to the employees, there are only 4 people in this empty sad bar. The woman at the front desk motions for me and my wife to come in, and the bouncer sitting next to her - out of nowhere - freaks out and jumps in front of me like I'm trying to rob the place. Booked for my birthday and was met with surprise charges. I literally called the establishment to ask them About the prices and was charged a 22% service charge? For what??? Extremely rude security and hosts at the entrance!! Unacceptable attitude! Stay away! We booked a room for 2 hours in advance and when we arrived the security guard insisted on scanning our IDs. Some of us didn't have a scannable ID (foreign friends with paper ID cards, green card that's being renewed by the government) and they would not let us in, even when all of these documents are accepted by TSA for airport security! Their scanner machine does not connect to government system, and they don't care if your documents are actually valid for travel or immigration. When we turned to the host she said "In every bar you go you must have a valid ID" as if we're not "valid" enough for her. Very condescending. We decided to leave immediately even though we had paid in advance for the reservation and the security guard had the audacity to yell after us: "Come back again!" I was absolutely fuming!! What karaoke bar ever get to decide if our IDs are valid? We walked to another nearby karaoke place and had a much better time.
