I came into the store to inquire about the price of getting a regular French pedicure and I said I wanted French Gel nails. The manager or person in charge who spoke pretty good English said it's right there on the board. I looked at the board, which was very confusing and then I said to him, just tell me how much because, that's too confusing and complicated. He quoted me $78 dollars, so I came back a few minutes later to get the services done, after checking at another nail salon, who quoted me the same price. When I went up to pay, now the price was $95. I reminded them of what the manager had quoted me, and a woman said m, he must have been confused and this is the price you must pay. Went in for a gel polish change. Had a great manicure from three weeks prior from Nails for U. My nails were looking great! I was in a hurry but not a 25 minute half assed manicure hurry. He took off the great Nails for U manicure and did two coats on my nails. They were already thing from the previous manicure and he further thinned them with excessive filing. I asked for a clear coat shellac. It's been one day- not even 24 hours later and I have broken two nails and the sides are already coming up from that place. I was charged $42 for a half of a manicure! $42!!!!! Where are the rest of the coats? He also cut one cuticle too short and I bled a bit. Happens sometimes... but just topped off a crappy manicure. I went for an acrylic fill and a pedicure. The pedicure was so-so, basic, rushed, and not at all relaxing. I asked for a hand painted design on my toe and its definitely sloppy. The acrylic fill was pretty standard but I asked for hand painted designs on 4 of my fingers. I gave very clear reference photos. The designs I got are crooked, uneven, shaky, and none of the lines match up. I would say if you just want basic services this place may be for you, but if you want something more complicated go elsewhere. read more

I wish I could give less then a 1 star. I went here with my sister and got a pedicure (see picture) and it chipped over night. I live 45 minutes away and they said they couldn't do anything for me unless I came back and I am leaving for vacation tomorrow so I had to drive back or waste $58. I went back they fixed my toe and then I STUPIDLY decided to get my nails done while I was there. My nail chipped in less then 5 hrs. I am so disappointed! When I got there I had a reservation but it didn't matter because they were letting anyone come in and get services done so we had to wait 20 minutes. I finally got to sit down in my pedicure spa chair and the water was ice cold! I asked for warmer water and the woman seemed very bothered by my request. The services were extremely rushed. My mother in law got her pedi and mani in less than 30 minutes. How is that possible? I had nail polish on my skin and they didn't bother to take it off. The bowl of water for my nails to soak in was ice cold as well. I'm pretty sure I soaked in someone else's water. Please avoid this place and try VIP Nails instead. I will NEVER go back here. They then let me sit with my hands soaking in acetone for AN HOUR AND A HALF without anyone even helping me remove the polish. After being in the salon for an hour and 45 minutes without anyone even touching my nails I left and did not even get polish put back on. Manually added a $10 tip to my card. First all of the nail tech never got all the old dip powder off my nail he left it. Then proceeded to put new dip on my nails . Ok whatever I was in a hurry to leave. I went on a Tuesday. So I paid with my card $53.50 2 days later my card sent notification that my purchased updated from $53.50 to $63.50. Went in for a bridal party. Multiple bad experiences. One girl left with a toenail not even painted and then her big toe peeled completely off in one piece within two days. Went to get it fixed day of wedding because the nail fell off the night before and was advised they were "too busy" to fix two toenails. I use to go here regularly until it started to slowly go downhill. I would get the same exact service everytime but it was always a different price. I get an acrylic overlay on my natural nail with gel. This time i went for the first time again in a year or so. I made an appointment with Julia and when i got there i was with someone else. My nails looked great but i have nicks and cuts all over the skin around my nail and cuticle. It was not only super painful during my fill but now 4 days after. Very disappointed in my experience today. Went in with my daughter to get pedicures and came out feeling like I should have done my nails myself. They got me in right away but after taking off my polish and trimming my nails the first gentleman had to leave to go get his kids. 15 minutes later another woman came and did a half xxx job finishing the pedicure. My end product only had one coat of polish and she got polish all over my skin and didn't wipe it off. I wasn't even sure if she was finished because she just walked away. I am a regular customer here, and this nail salon has always been average, but I've just had a terrible experience. First, they did not change the towel they were working on when I sat down, which had nail color from the previous customer and was damp. Then the entire time, the technician doing my nails was in a huge rush even though there wasnt anymore customers, filing my nails too fast and messing up her previous work, then knicking my skin with the nail drill. She asked the gentleman named Sam who I requested because he did a good job the first time I went there. He stated it would be at least another 30 mins. I think that's ridiculous, why have appointments then ? The time before this , I had a woman do them and my shellac only lasted 8 days before it completely peeled off.
