They used to be good but the last 2 times I was there I was highly disappointed with pedicure and fill-in. The older guy there has did my nails twice and he has not improved so go to someone else or somewhere else! He can't even do a simple color without doing extra work ode nails or a simple deep line French!!I asked for a fill-in with the deep thin French lines and had my current nails still on for example. The guy kept taking it off and starting over then did a completely different design with a thick V-style French that I never asked for. Nails were very messy with A LOT of excess white polish on my nails. There was a lady standing over his shoulder the entire time watching him make a mess until I told her to stop watching and help him because he clearly doesn't know what he's doing! 3 coats of white on a French? I went for a pedicure and though many aspects were good there was one deal breaker. I observed they did not clean the bowl between clients or use plastic liners. For that, I won't be back. Otherwise, my feet look nice but there was no foot massage read more

We've been coming here for quite a while and have always had a wonderful experience; Simon, Julie & Steven are incredibly talented and do a great job of working skillfully and expeditiously. Julie and Simon have a wonderful salon and make sure all their customers are properly taken care of! The other staff is also wonderful to work with! The salon is very clean and proper sanitation of tools is apparent! They're also very reasonable on price! Definitely make an appointment because they book up very quickly! RUN FAST RUN FAR GO ANYWHERE ELSE. You guys did a horrible job on my nails they are coming up I had to go to the hospital because you cut me and I got infected. Then my nails were coming up off my no beds because they were done incorrectly this is a terrible job I am not impressed they are not only coming out but they are jagged on the tips when I asked them to make them smooth and I've cut to people just by shaking their hands. It would be wrong not to warn you it will be defining silence because the whole time I was there of my nail tech ignored me was rude and very aggressive. He beat up my nails they are jagged and cut up. See pics I have been cut in four places on four different nails it's terrible. When I attempted to file a complaint they went off in their home language and refused to refund me but offered to fix them and Scott said I'd get to work with the owner only Julie. I have been getting my nails done every few months for the last 25 years and this is the worst manicure I have ever had. I will never go back to this place. I had made appointments for my 90-year-old mother and myself to have pedicures eight days prior. I made sure I asked if we could be sat together as she has some dementia. I was told twice rudely that will not happen. "No can't do" I was seated and the lady started my manicure and then left me quickly to do someone else's pedicure. At the 30 minute mark I had my polish removed and my mother had not even been seen by ANYbody. These people do not smile, they do not care, and are very unfriendly. I will never return. read more

Have been here a few times now and won't be going back. Constantly telling me that "why come in when I want my nails so short" or "why you want this service at all". I'm the customer, you can make suggestions but to actually laugh at me for what I want is not only unprofessional but rude. Also, to talk about a client in another language is uncalled for. When you say something to another, in Vietnamese, then both look at you and laugh is uncalled for. definitely would NOT recommend! awful customer service, rude and complained "i was making him do his job" (i thought he was joking at first) the shape is awful, the nails are thick, the coloring and design is off and just sloppy. i have a few new cuts on my fingers now which is not too painful but still annoying. also, when you paid with your debit/credit card they wrote down your ENTIRE drivers license number and entire payment card information.. i dont know how this place is in business but it baffles me. read more

Used to be much better. I'm not sure what changed besides the decor. The last two sets of nails I got were not done well. On one of them the man sat crooked instead of straight on and my nails were all angled. I thought it was a fluke so I went back again. This time my fingers had multiple tears and abrasions from the rough treatment. I used to feel really welcomed there but now when I walk in, I feel like I'm a bother. I think they are worth going to but be very careful to get Simon if you get a man. Also, you don't need an appointment but if you don't have one, you get shuffled off to the less skilled. read more

This place was recommended to me by a friend. Though I would not ever do the same. I went after work for an acrylic set and shellac polish, thinking I could treat myself to something nice, but was completely put off by the end of it. I got in pretty quickly, which was nice, but that was probably the only upside of things. I was rushed to find a color, being told I should have chosen red on a number of occasions. And I'm not even sure why? My tech didn't sit straight in his chair, which resulted in all of my nails on my left hand to be completely crooked. Not to mention, one of the nails wasn't even pressed to my own nail enough and it just looks like I have some protrusion coming out of my finger. A few nails were filed crookedly and already some of the polish is coming off. The nails on my right hand are noticeably longer than the nails on my left as well. For the outcome of the services, this is way too over priced. Needless to say, he got no tip and I will not be going back to this place. read more
