I was so pleased with the service here, I called and they had my window in stock and were able to get me in right away. I drove down and was greeted and quoted 3-4 hrs. I got there around 1pm, and had gotten a call around 3:50-4pm that it was good to go. The best thing about it is the price, they were almost half the price of their competitors. They were kind and courteous and helpful and even gave me their opinion on my rear wiper which is acting a little funny - putting some lubricant on it and advising me how to evaluate if it resolves or needs replacement in the future. They had appointment availabilities two days after my initial call with them, which was really helpful as I wanted my service done sooner than later. They initially told me the service would take 4 hours max, but they called me 2.5 - 3 hours later after dropping my car off, saying that my car is ready for pick-up. It was quick, and I had my doubts, to be honest. But it's been weeks since my car was serviced and my windshield still works fine! I would recommend this shop.

Mazda dealership in fact suggested going here as it was probably something to do with some kind of broken seal that they would likely send out anyway and I'm so glad I did! John, the owner, could've gouged me for a lot more money like most dealerships would have and I never would've known. Instead, he was honest and straight up. Had the problem figured out in about 10 min, told me to go buy the parts myself and save their markup, and it would be an easy fix he'd have done in about half an hour. True to his word, I was in and out, and all for an EXTREMELY reasonable cost. I also have a cracked driver's' side mirror that I've been avoiding fixing as it was too expensive through Mazda, but I've now ordered one through Apple as I know it'll be another fast and easy fix. Being new to Nanaimo, so happy I lucked out finding these guys on my first repair and can't recommend them enough. Love "service" businesses that get that taking a little less up front almost always guarantees long-term relationships in the end. I will definitely use Apple for any other repairs and wanted to take a minute and commend them for their excellent service, rates, and honesty.
