I honestly could not give a more glowing review about Dave at Craftsman Collison in North Vancouver. A tremendous service professional who went out of his way to give me excellent service above and beyond reasonable expectations. Not only did they do a fantastic drop on my vehicle and leave it immaculate, but he was also kind enough to drop my keys off at my place after hours that I left in the courtesy vehicle. I will continue to give them my service and highly recommend him specifically to anyone looking for a great experience. Brendan Payne. read more

0 start! TOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EXPENSIVE! And they are scamer! Sall scratch, and cost 15000 CAD!!!!! insane, They are just take advantages of ICBC

The service from the North Van location is untouched. The store manager,Sam Singh is amazing. Knowledgeable, understanding business with the insurance company industry. He takes the stress out of getting your vehicle repaired. 10/10 read more

I brought my vehicle in for body repairs, there was zero communication on what exactly was being repaired after being told I would be notified prior to starting any work. Nor was I notified upon completion, I had to call and figure it out on my own. read more

History: Before Christmas, my car was hit-and-run, and I took it to Craftsman Collision to be fixed. It was a slight scratch on the left side of the vehicle. After one week, they called me to pick up the car, but when I sat in it, it was not turning on and making a loud noise. I asked them why, and they said this happens quite often, and the battery dies when the car doors are left open and connected the car to some machine and the vehicle was turned on; however, when I looked at the display screen, I noticed that some lights are on which were not on before. Again, I asked them what it was, and they said it needed to be recalibrated. They asked me to keep driving the rental car and leave my vehicle at Craftsman Collision to be looked at the next day. After one week, I contacted them and asked if my car was ready to be picked up. They said it was at the Lexus dealership because they could not fix the issue. Two days passed, and Craftsman Collision called to ask me to pick up my car from their yard. I drove home and parked it in the garage until Friday, Jan 31st, when I went to my doctor's appointment at 1100 Lonsdale Ave. After my doctor's visit, I sat in my car and put it in reverse to come out of the spot, but after moving about half a meter, the vehicle locked, and the display screen went all blue for a few seconds. At first, I thought there was an obstacle behind my car, but there was no car around the back of my car, and the car did not move back anymore. So I put in D and released my foot from the break slightly, and all of a sudden, my car started flying toward the front and hit those other cars. Now, three cars are severely damaged, but no one is seriously injured. Note: A few days before taking my car to Craftsman Collision, it was at the Lexus dealership for a maintenance check. Everything was checked, and they billed me over $2000. read more

They fixed our car through an icbc claim. We got side swiped by some fast and the furious Vancity driver. Booked online, came in on an earlier date by mistake and they were very nice and willing to fit me in earlier than my booked date. They estimated 4 day repair job as the parts had to be order and one part was backordered. They ended up fixing everything one day earlier and were able to get the backorder part faster than expected. I was updated at various points of the repair, they did a great job of communicating the status of my car without me having to ask! Overall great and amazing front line staff (we all know the mangers be hiding in office lol). Keep up the great work!! read more

An earlier attempt to post a Google Review about your company's exemplary customer service unfortunately failed - particularly as it related to your West 1St Street location and your courteous and knowledgeable service advisor "Mike." It was obvious from the start that Craftsman - if this outlet is any example - that as well as respecting one another - the respect with which staff members treated my wife, other customers and me left us in no doubt that our vehicle was in good hands. Mike, of course, was our principal point of contact. His service and attention to detail was exemplary and helped transform what might otherwise have been a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Our thanks to Mike, as well as the other front-line staff members with whom we briefly came into contact. read more

This was not the first time I had to use Craftsman Collision on West 3rd St in NVancouver. There is always apprehension in these covid-19 times however I had no concerns whatsoever with this business. My car was brought in for body repair and it looked very good, when the work was done. read more

This operation is the best I have encountered, the staff were efficient and very personable, particularly Mathew and Andrew with whom I dealt, and I was so impressed with their repair to my car which had minor damage from an unknown motorist who had clipped off the driver-side mirror. When I got my car back, the windows had been cleaned and the car vaccuumed! I can honestly say, my car came back better than it was before the accident. read more

Such great service. I had some body work done and they did a great job. When I picked it up they had cleaned the interior better than I could do myself and on the passenger seat were some little gifts, nice touch! These days you don't get these little extras too often and it's appreciated. Patrice was my service rep and he was excellent. Lifetime warranty on their work while you own the vehicle. read more

I was at your North Vancouver West location recently. While in a perfect world I would say I have never done business with you folks in the past, this is not a perfect world. I have taken a few of my vehicles to this location and have always been impressed with the quality of the work and the customer service has always been exemplary. I was already to the point where I would not even consider taking my car anywhere else whether it was an ICBC or private claim. On Tuesday April 22, I brought my car to this location as had parked the car in an underground lot and some caustic liquid dripped on the black hood and left a very noticeable white stain on the car. I had earlier tried to wash this off without success. I thought I might need to get the hood repainted. When I stopped in and discussed the problem with the service agent, he asked me if he could try to removed the stain. He took the car for about 20 to 25 minutes, came back apologizing that it took so long and returned my car to me in a spotless condition. Then he said no charge, have a nice day. I am a lawyer and we are also in the customer service business. I was very appreciative and grateful for this extraordinary service. I was already a convert to your company now I will be an unpaid salesman. Keep up the great work it is really a pleasure to receive this extraordinary customer service. read more

Friendly, thorough and professional. They did a great job with my truck. Would definitely recommend.

This is the way every body shop should be run. From reception to management and beyond, every person you speak with is courteous and professional. Most importantly, this shop produces top quality work and is very well organized. Despite the fact that my car was damaged, this was a very pleasant experience. read more

I've never been more disappointed, if you're a woman on your own? Pretend there's a man in the background, old school take advantage of you, had my car for weeks while they played games jacking up the price, didn't know the current ICBC regulations! Absolutely would never trust them again. Came to clean out my trunk? They'd loaded all my parts on top of my things, I'm a disabled senior, had to remove to get to my things. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

They repaired and repainted my bumper and it looked new. Service was average. They promised to finish in 2 day, maybe 3. At the end of day 2, I had to call and ask. No update on extending to 3 days. They also put a deep scratch on the rear hatch near the bumper. Looked like they weren't careful removing/reinstalling the bumper. I pointed it out to the counter person and he had the scratch buffed. The scratch was deep and was still visible. He said they couldn't buff any deeper or they'll remove the clearcoat. The scratch is small but visible. This ruined the whole experience for me. There's no offer to fix it more and I was just to accept it!! I was so pissed off so I just left. read more

I was really impressed with the service, repairs and organization with this location. It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment, which I wasn't keen on at first, but I realized shortly after it was well worth the wait, and their customers know it (which is why it is so booked up). As soon as the appointment arrived, the speed of service was very quick and organized. They had the rental car ready which was very clean and comfortable. The gentleman who helped me (Patrice I believe?) was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They did the work very quickly, and it looked fabulous after, as well as nicely cleaned! I would recommend this place to anybody, it's worth going out of your way to come to this location! read more
