Looking at the damage afterwards, Its fairly clear the repair was the cause, and their reaction to the subsequent crack was "you'll need a new window and you have to pay your deductible of $500". I'd say they simply look at the damage as a revenue opportunity. No apology, no compensation. Another glass shop said they should at least comp me the deductible. No dice. I had been a long term customer of SpeedyGlass. Nevermore.

Although Ensign never admitted to their faults and I had to pay out of pocket for the deductible, the technician at Avenue Auto was very helpful.
