I had to rent a car here as my car was getting a major warranty recall worked on that was going to take a week or so. I had booked the car online Monday night and picked it up on Tuesday morning at 8am (hours are 8am-6pm). Michaela, Rachel and another lady that I encountered there were super friendly and very efficient. I had initially paid for the car out of pocket, but later in the day, the dealership where my car was getting serviced approved a rental car, so I got a call from Rachel and was told that she will change the account to being paid for by my dealer and they will refund my card once I return the car. When I returned the car the following Monday, was told that my initial charges and deposit for the car will be refunded as I was told on the phone. I needed a ride back to the dealership and was offered a free shuttle service to the dealership to pick up my car. This is probably once of the best experiences I have had at a rental car company. I will definitely be back the next time I need a rental car. I hope the group of ladies are still around the next time as they really made the experience nice!

From the moment I brought the situation to Justin's attention, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping. He listened to my concerns, took ownership of the situation, and did everything within his ability to make things right. I left feeling not only taken care of, but genuinely valued as a customer. What stood out to me even more was that my experience with Justin wasn't something that appeared to be reserved for my situation. During both pickup and drop-off, I had the opportunity to observe him interacting with other customers in the office. He was consistently patient, personable, and attentive, even while managing multiple demands at once. The level of service I received was clearly representative of how he approaches his work. I also noticed the way Justin interacted with his teammates. He treated them with the same respect and consideration he showed his customers and was willing to step in and help where needed. As someone with a background in Human Resources, I pay attention to those things. How an employee treats customers is important, but how they treat their colleagues when they don't necessarily realize someone is watching says just as much about their character and professionalism. At last minute we needed a reliable vehicle for a local trip maybe 70 miles total. The Toyota we rented was clean inside but all the windows were extremely dirty. We returned the car early as the visit we had planned didn't go well and ended quickly. Andrea went out to look at the damage to write up the estimate. After looking at it, she excused herself, went into the shop, and came back out with one of the guys from the shop. He had a bottle of some kind of liquid and a rag. He applied the liquid to the rag, rubbed where the damage was, and it came right off. He called it "transfer", where whatever the attendant brushed past transferred the color of it to my paint. If I ever need body work done in the future, I'm going there!

We agree with the other reviews on Brett's customer service - listens well to our concerns and feedback. We definitely can't say the same for Budget's national customer service line or the office on 4th avenue in the Sodo district in Seattle. Not impressed at all. As a tip, there is a Valero gas station real close to this Budget office. Wish we knew about this instead of scrambling to find a gas station to fill up the truck before returning it.
