    Tuna Melt with Fries
    Ernie C.

NM cafe is one of my favorite lunch spots - especially at the mall. The food, albeit a tad pricey, is delicious and nothing, I mean nothing beats the complimentary consommé and popover with strawberry butter. Sometimes, I will order a full cup of the consommé as my meal. I also highly recommend the tuna melt. The service is always friendly and attentive and the entire cafe was recently refreshed giving it a nice modern vibe. It's never too noisy either - you can always have a nice conversation. If you've never been to NM cafe, add it to your list. Note: no free refills on soda here as they serve from a can.

After walking around in the mall for a while, it is nice to take a break in this cute cafe with nice friendly staff. What stands out to me here are their truffle fries and their complimentary warm popover with strawberry flavored butter and small cup of beef broth. Both are very tasty.

Food was great! And so was the service! Our waiter Darnell was amazing! Next time the menus need to be cleaner.

Amazing sandwich spot in Livingston! I had the tuna sandwich…read moreand it was absolutely delicious, super fresh, perfectly seasoned, and really satisfying. The service was also fast, friendly, and welcoming. What I love most is the variety on the menu. There are so many different options to choose from, whether you're into cold subs, hot sandwiches, salads, or something in between. It's the kind of place where you want to try something new every time you go. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and looking for a solid, high-quality sandwich shop. I'll be back for sure!

Anthony, if you read this, you seriously need to check what's happening at this location. You either need to replace some of these employees or take their phones away, because they seem far more interested in being on their phones than preparing customers' orders. And don't even get me started on the customer service. It's practically nonexistent. There is no sense of urgency, no accountability, and no respect for people's time. Customers shouldn't have to stand around watching employees ignore them while orders pile up. I've known the history of Tony Boys Sandwiches and Anthony for years, which makes it even more frustrating to watch this location decline. It's hard to believe this is the standard that's now being accepted. Poor management, unprofessional employees, constant mistakes, and a complete lack of accountability are driving loyal customers away. A successful business depends on discipline, customer service, and competent staff--not employees who seem more interested in their phones than doing their jobs. Anthony, if you care about your reputation, it's time to clean house and restore the standards that built this business. This location needs a complete reset. .

You know those days when you're on your lunch break and realize you still have to go food shopping?…read moreToday was that day. Hungry and very short on time, I ordered the turkey and brie sandwich from the Chatham Sandwich Shop. My order was ready for pickup in less than ten minutes. The sandwich was melt-in-your-mouth amazing--the kind of lunch that makes you stop after the first bite and think, "Oh, that's good." There's something comforting about places that do simple things exceptionally well. The Chatham Sandwich Shop is one of those classic sandwich shops that doesn't need to try too hard. Good food, quick service, and exactly what I needed on a busy workday. Five stars. I'll be back--probably the next time I ignore my grocery list.

Sometimes I like to throw random instructions in there like toast bread, melt the cheese and make the fries well done and surprisingly this shop hit on all points. The bread was fresh and so was the turkey, and the fries were well done to perfection and they had that golden crisp to them. The shop itself looks nice inside and my food was ready for pickup as soon as I arrived. If you are in the mood for a good sandwich then I recommend this spot will be going there again stars.
