It turns out theres a radar in the glass that need to be recalibrated. They knew exactly what was wrong, performed the calibration and got me on my way the same day. More than professional! Highly recommend. Easy to work with! I texted Paul on Saturday afternoon and he replied to me immediately. We did all our communication via text - so easy! He gave me quotes and they were much less than the people my insurance recommended. I would have had to wait 6 weeks to get into the ones from my insurance! Moreover, they were all over 1 hour away! Paul came to my house exactly when we agreed upon, did a fantastic job, and even vacuumed all the broken glass from inside my vehicle. This guy is on top of it! I'm so glad I worked with him. I wanted to wait a little bit after the repair to leave a review so as to leave a complete review taking into account time to ensure no issues popped up after the fact. Paul the owner in summary did an excellent job, actually that's an understatement, he did an unbelievable job. My car looks just like it left the factory floor. You would never know the windshield was replaced. I had a 2016 Hyundai Sonata with advanced lane departure warning, so it wasn't just a windshield replacement, but also took into account some advanced technology that had to be accounted for. I will say I had to reach out to him a few times, but as a busy business owner myself I get this. I read his reviews and I was interested in ensuring the work itself was A+ type material and 100% perfect. Some people don't understand with a service business you can have 2 of these 3 things, but never all 3. Quality, Cost, Time (in this case getting right back to someone who calls). On a previous car I had, I used who my insurance agent suggested, I believe a chain like Safelite and they did a mediocre job. Overtime, the windshield leaked and it wasn't factory glass. Paul explained to me he might not be able to get factory glass but it's what I wanted and he worked with the insurance company to get it done....I did pay a little bit more, but again, I was looking for a perfect replacement like nothing had ever happened. Paul made this happen. If you're main concern is getting a top notch install for your auto glass, look no further. I don't even think Paul was super expensive to be honest, he was very reasonable as far as I was concerned. Just keep reaching out to him if you don't hear back right away...it's worth it. I emailed with Paul about repairing a cracked windshield. He responded extremely quickly, and was helpful and direct. Ended up not going with them because insurance recommended a different shop so that the glass would be covered after replacement, but would have been happy to go with nj auto glass otherwise.
