I had cked out the reviews prior to her coming and thought I would give this woman a try. BIG MISTAKE!! RUN do not allow this woman or her workers to clean your home. I use to clean homes professionally. This woman is not a professional house cleaner. I have aids in my home and they do light cleaning and dusting. I do not need someone to durst. I have asthma. I need the dust removed from the wall behind the dresser. She does not clean behind dressers. She told me that you wash kitchen cabnets from the top to the bottom. If you clean kitchen cabinets this way you will get streaks that will never come out. She told me my ins would only pay to have one room cleaned. The last Cleaning company that came to clean from my ins. company wa scheduled for a little over a week. She (Gloria) wanted only to wash the inside windows. I said look that window is on a door.. and there are a whole lot of windows that run up the wheelchair ramp. I should not tell you how to do ur job. I don't want to hear what the ins. is not going to pay for. As this was not my previous experience with another health ins. Cleaner. I hope yelp will allow me to keep this review. I priced the job. Well my Ins. company did. I was a person who interviewed this business for ther

I was moving from out of state and I also travel for work so getting my apartment cleaned and not being there to see how it was going had me a bit nervous but Mimi and her partner eased all of my concerns. The communication and professionalism were amazing, they were on time and thorough and sent me pictures of their progress. They cleaned my walls, all of the windows in my apartment and made my bathroom look brand new in addition to the general cleaning. Before I moved in I had some cosmetic changes made by my father and he could not stop raving about how amazing and clean the apartment looked after Azymi did their magic; I was a bit jealous I didn't get to see it first lol. As a client of MaidStay's for more than a year, I was never notified that they were shutting down. She has also shared that even to this day (July 2022), they have not paid her for the final cleanings she did for the company.

The clean itself was absolutely not worth the price. The photo is of dirt still on the wall of the shower, surfaces were left dirty, and there was just a lot of attention to detail overlooked. Typically, I wouldn't mind, if I hadn't been charged a certain price for this service expecting them, as stated on their website, to bring their own supplies. They DO NOT make beds. Worst service ever. I cannot stress enough that the service provided was horrible…read more 1. Cleaners were supposed to arrive at 8am. I get a call at 7:30 stating the cleaner called in sick. The woman said she would be 30 minutes later. The cleaner arrived at 8:46. Not acceptable for a first time cleaning. 2. I was told 2 cleaners would be coming. When I asked where the second cleaner was I was informed she was on the train on her way over. Well the second cleaner never showed up. 3. I specifically asked for my floors to be mopped not swiftered. Well my screams showed the cleaner spraying some non- eco friendly spray 4 feet from the floor then using a swifter dry pad. 4. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning. As you can see by the photos this was far from a deep cleaning. I have no idea what the 1 cleaner was doing for 3 hours. See photos to document the shit service that was provided. The owner and her sidekick Jerry are a joke. The lack of professionalism and service was appalling. I had the same cleaning lady for 7yrs and never had an issue. My cleaning lady retired. I was searching for a new one and this is definitely not it! In response to the Legrandf reply. Who is flat out lying. 1. The cleaner was an hour late and didn't arrive until 8:46. The security cameras in my lobby and my apartment demonstrate the arrival time. Secondly my doorman and the superintendent were all in the lobby and called me when the cleaner arrived at 8:46am. The cleaner stated she had to drive around for parking for 20 minutes. So how do you explain security cameras and witnesses to the arrival time. 2. 'Unmentioned cats? Two cats is not unmentioned. If your cleaner was able to understand English she would have understood. Again another lie. 3. This one is laughable. I left the apartment once I instructed the cleaner in what to do. No one was harrassed and again security cameras in the apartment and my building demonstrate this lie. Keep it coming because as u told your 'manager' Jerry I contacted my attorney for false advertising and the lies. I also have pulled the phone calls from your cleaner that document they called to say they would be late. If your business was so good you wouldn't have to make up lies. My review is 100% truthful you are just mad. Pictures, video recordings from security cameras and witnesses don't lie.
