When I came back for my appointment, I was so surprised to see the car so shiny and nicely parked. Because I generally try to stay out of the car-payment or lease game for our business, so I try very hard to find a car that's within that $5k or below ballpark - yes, these days with the average car going for $44k, and for most of the cars they sell they'd average above $60k new, so that's asking a lot, but Mary Liz Auto sales specializes in affordable but nicer vehicles. That's a niche that nobody else, to my knowledge, fills at all.
I purchased a car from them that I find to be a great value, an early 2000s E-Wagon that are not easy to find. In fact, I was on the hunt for one and found it through their listings on cars.com. We use them for work vehicles, as they last forever, but again - they are a hard find.
He was gracious to let me know to take it on a long test drive and to check the car out in full. He had more than I needed for the price; the vehicle history report [Carfax], recent service inspections, etc. I wasn't expecting all of that at all.
I know this one particular vehicle quite well, so I know what to look for myself. While I'm not a mechanic per se, I've spent enough time with specific problems on them and know what to look for. No oil leaks, good rubber on the tires, no transmission slippage, cold A/C, no lifter noise, and a recent service on the car.
A+ guys! You have a terrific dealership and you know I'll be back for the next one.
Bottom line, great service all around, nice people and a great deal on a car. Isn't that what the 5 star rating is all about on Yelp?
