My service advisor, Martha Reyes, initially wrote it up as a brake diagnostic, but I immediately corrected her and clearly stated that I did not want a diagnostic only the complimentary brake inspection. Despite that conversation, I was charged $130 for a brake diagnostic that I never authorized. No one called or texted me to explain the additional work or obtain my approval before performing it. I left feeling overcharged and misled. Customers should never be billed for services they did not authorize, especially after clearly communicating what they wanted. I expected honesty, transparency, and better communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
