Great experience buying my first car here! The customer service was amazing, and Luis was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. Highly recommend! read more

At last! An honest used car salesman! Found a car I was interested in online, and called to see if it was still available and to get a sense of the dealer and the vehicle. Luay spoke with me and I was impressed by his frank appraisal of the car and general attitude. I showed up at 10 AM and Luay was ready with the key and had the car prepped and looking good. This car is a 2016 Honda Fit with just over 98k miles. It has some cosmetic imperfections, as any car that age does. But after a thorough test drive, i felt that this car would serve us well. Luay and I reached a deal quickly, and i drove the car home. I bought this car on the 9th, but wanted to give it some time in case any issues arose. None have, and I am super-pleased with our new vehicle. And even more -- this was one of my best ever dealings with a car dealer. When you're looking for a good used car, give Luay a call. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I know I wasn't! read more

It doesn't take much to set off the sales team here. I simply asked if a vehicle that had been listed for weeks was still available--given that they were firm on the price--and was met with, "Do you have a problem or something?!" Completely unprofessional. The car itself had ripped seats and was priced above market value for its condition. A simple, respectful answer would've gone a long way. read more

Luay has been so nice to me. I bought a three year-old car from him in 2018 and it's running well. I have stopped in every now and then to ask him for recommendations to auto locksmiths, batteries and other supplies. He's generous with his time and knowledge. I had a dent and he pushed it out. I scraped something and got white paint on my car door. He rubbed it out for me. I have recommended him to my friends and will continue to do so. I trust him and like him. read more

I saw good reviews for AutoTrax online, so I went there to look for a used car to replace my Prius. I met the owner Luay. Man, he's a rare gem in current days. He took the time to understand my need/concerns, gave me his honest/best recommendation, and he talked me into keeping my current car instead of selling me one. I feel that he truly has my best interest in mind, the online reviews are accurate imho, and I'll take my business to him in the future. read more

Easy, no pressure car shopping. We got financing at a good rate, and we went back a few months later to buy another car.

We had a misunderstanding and I didn't get to buy the car, but the owner was great to work with.

We found a very nice 2011 Toyota Rav4 from Craigslist and drove 5 hrs to check it out at Fast Trax Auto. Luau was friendly, straight forward and easy to deal with. No surprises and it all went down as discussed before driving down there to get the car. Ended up buying the car and we are confident it will be a great car. Would highly recommend this dealership! read more

When you go to a car dealership take a look at the ceiling of the building. Does it remind you of Michaelangelo's Sistine Chapel? Do the artwork on the walls include Impressionists paintings by Van Gough or Monet? Does the furniture at the dealership come from auction houses such as Sotheby's and Christies? I ask those questions because the above represents overhead costs which go into the price of the vehicles which have nothing to do with the value of the car. It's pure showmanship to impress customers. In addition, are there junior consultants, senior consultants, assistant sales managers, and senior managers trying to sell you car with the implication that they will make you an offer you can't refuse? And last, will the dealership offer you a 500 dollar discount for an all cash deal and allow you to take the car of your choosing to your auto mechanic for inspection BEFORE you make an offer on the car with no paperwork involved? At Fast Trax Auto, you will enter an office with sparse furniture and one person behind the desk. That person is Luay, the owner of Fast Trax Auto. He is the only person who will handle the selling of the car you are interested in buying and will be the only person you will need to call if you have questions. There are no 25 options to choose from in order to get in touch with him. The are no pictures on the walls other than a few certificates of distinction which Luay and his dealership have earned. And most importantly, Fast Trac Auto will offer a 500 discount on the sales price of the car if you make an all cash offer and allow you to check the car of your choice with your mechanic before purchasing the car. Luay is very accommodating to his customers. Last, at the time of the closing, Luay is very patient in explaining the documents you will be signing. It doesn't get better than that. read more

Lou, the owner of Fast Track, is one of the last honest used care dealers in the East Bay. He found the perfect care for me (2016 Toyota Camri) and held it on his lot for me a few weeks, while I arranged my own financing. He gave me a good price, and made all the modifications I requested. And he took time on two occasions to his lot after the purchase to explain clearly all the bells and whistles on the dash board computer. I highly recommend Fast Tracks for any person considering buying a used car. read more

This review is rather late, but long overdue. I purchased a 2009 Toyota Highlander from Luay of Fast Trax in early 2020. Almost three years later, my vehicle is still running very reliable.Aside from basic maintenance, I've had no major problems. Luay is a very stand-up and honest dealer and as I recall, he was very patient in helping me select the vehicle I needed and assisted through the finance and loan process. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely come back again. :) read more

Had been looking for a gas saving car all over the valley and Bay Area, came across a vehicle here from car gurus. The owner was really nice, excellent customer service and most importantly he genuine and honest. I got a great deal on the car and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.. To the owner, thank you. I really appreciate your responsiveness and all your help read more

I bought a 2010 Tacoma from Luay, and it was a reasonably good process. Luay was reasonable: when we found problems with the truck, and when the inspection found problems, he was willing to reduce the price sufficiently that I could manage the repairs on my own. He got me extra keys and ordered a new gas cap. He did the paperwork quickly. He cleared what I thought was a check-engine light (it was a tire pressure sensor which seems to have gone permanently bad, but I can ignore it). As he said many times, it's a used car, and it's not perfect. I agree, and Luay was easy to work with. I'm taking off 1 star (and really this should be half-a-star) because Luay was originally uncomfortable with me finding my own mechanic to do the pre-sale inspection. We agreed that I'd take the truck to the local Toyota dealership for their official service people to look at. That was pricey - $195, a lot more than a private mechanic would have cost - but I got good info from Toyota, and with their diagnosis, Luay worked with me on the price. I would definitely buy another truck from Luay. Recommended. read more

My daughter has been looking for a Mazda X5 and found an outstanding one at Fast Trax. We called ahead and Luay had the car ready for our test drive. Luay was so helpful and the car buying process was very easy since my daughter also came with a pre-approved loan. Luay knew just how to get all the paperwork done and get us on our way. The car was very clean and runs very smoothly. We will definitely be checking back with Fast Trax for our next used car purchase. read more

This place has restored my faith in the used car buying process. I have driven beaters my entire life. I was finally in a place where I wanted to upgrade, but, still having a limited budget, I wanted to stick to a used car-- but a quality one. After 2 months of research, I find the car I want, and the dealership that has it, at the best price and lowest mileage in the Bay: Fast Trax. I showed up to test drive, and I'll be honest, I was slightly sketched out. Small lot, small office, no frills. Luay and his colleague were friendly and warm. (Media has taught me to fear affable salesmen of any kind). I was on full alert. At any rate, I fell in love with the car, got it checked out by a mechanic down the street who gave it a green light. I got my loan finalized through Patelco, and was off. Sort of. To make a long story short, a month later, the car's check engine light comes on. My heart sank. I ditched my beater for this? I have a faith crisis. It's Christmas break. Luay takes my call, tells me to come by. He checks the code. We clear it, both hoping for the best. Two weeks later, it comes back. We're both pretty sure it's the catalytic converter (kill me). I am out of the warranty period with Fast Trax. I am wondering who cursed me. I am prepared to cry. But I don't have to cry. Luay is a saint. Here is what they did for me: -Towed it to the Mazda dealership -Got the catalytic converter replaced ($1500-luckily under a warranty) -Paid the labor fees the dealership charged ($700-- not under a warranty) -Reimbursed me 100% for my rental car during this time ($300) -Dropped my car off at my work in Hayward, even though I was in a meeting and left the poor guy stranded out there for 20 minutes tl;dr: I got a $2500 bill, AFTER I purchased the car, AND THEY COVERED EVERYTHING. Why Dana Meyer Auto didn't catch the catalytic converter problem when I took the car in for pre-purchase inspection? No idea. I wasted $150 there. The point is, you can trust these guys. Their prices are good for what they have, and they are extremely honest. I would recommend anyone looking for a used car check them out. They even play nice with scarred, suspicious basketcases like me. I'm writing this review in April and I bought the car in November. read more

I felt profiled. After spending an hour and a half waiting for bank and cosigner documents to go through, after offering assurances that we could find ways to protect him and his business, I was told that he didn't want to take the risk. A lawyer and other reasonable human adults said he had no legal standing to refuse me; he just didn't want to. If you're simple, this is the place for you. read more

I thought I was getting a good deal by buying a used truck from here but turns out when the warranty was over I already found numerous problems with the truck and now having to deal with it is a real headache. Bought our last 3 cars here basically because of Luay the owner. He is very honest about pricing and financing options . One of the vehicles we purchased had a check engine light come on and he truly went out of his way to get it fixed for us outside of warranty at a fair price. Highly recommend this place and we'll be back to by again maybe a truck or SUV next time! read more

Amazing service friendly staff and bought an amazing car and I would most definitely come back for my next car

I just finished a super-smooth purchase with Luay from Fast Trax. Before buying, we had the car to the Toyota dealer for a check-over and it passed A-OK. The car's condition is excellent, and the price was good too, so I'm one happy camper. Luay knows a local lender who can get you some amazing financing if you qualify. She was pleasant to work with as well, and I even got to take the car home to use while they processed the loan. No pressure, car in great condition, great loan, friendly dealer, A+++. read more

Didn't buy a car there and here's why. Went to check a car out and then went back a few weeks later ready to deal. As soon as I said I was interested and wanted to take the car to checked at a local dealership, Luay lost a lot of interest and started fiddling with his phone. Your not supposed to seem too excited about a sale but cmon, he spent the entire time we were together texting on his phone. In the end, was told that there was a leak in the head gasket. I was still interested in purchasing the car and having it repaired. Then I lost all interest when Luay started discussing a warranty for the car instead of the price. He spent the entire time talking about how great these types of cars are then said how he didn't really like this particular model. Car is still there and its now offered with a warranty but still at the same asking price. read more

I just got my new ride from Luay at Fast Trax, I had been to dealerships and was not looking forward to trading in my car and finding a new one -- a friend sent me to Luay. He was different from ALL the other car salesman that I had been dealing with. Love my new ride and didn't feel like i was taken for a ride, if you know what I mean!. I will go back to him and refer all my friends to him! He even payed for an extended warranty, though since it's a Honda car Idon't think I will need it Thanks Luay, from your dog loving new friends. read more

Fast Trax Auto - Thank you fast track auto love it!!!!! - Used Car Dealers Near Me - El Cerrito, California

Had a really discouraging and unprofessional experience with Fast Trax Auto. My boyfriend and I showed up to their lot on Sunday, knowing they were only open from 12-4pm. We waited around until about 12:20, and when no one had showed up we decided to give them a ring. A man answered super abruptly and just blatantly said they weren't going to open today, despite their posted hours (both on Yelp and on-site), and despite our genuine interest in 2-3 of their cars that we had previously researched online and were serious about test driving. I'm sorry, but if you're going to be that nonchalant about making a sale, and you don't care about the fact that there's someone on your lot ready to hand you $10k+ for a vehicle, we'll gladly take our business elsewhere. And maybe reconsider your Sunday schedule. read more

Warning!!! Don't spend a dime on any of these cars this owner is selling. They are not reliable. I bought a vehicle from Fast Trax Auto and it had serious engine problems that were covered up. I lost $10,000 down the drain on a 2010 vehicle. The value of the car was not worth the 5,000 to put a new engine in. The cars he is selling are lemons. Do not buy anything from this shady dealer!!! My best piece of advise is to go and lease a new reliable car. I'm writing this review in hopes that someone else is not taken advantage of by these liars. read more

Lauay the owner of Fast Trac Auto is honest, fair, straight forward & easy to work with. I highly recommend this place of business.

Luay was more than AWESOME in purchasing a 2010 Mazda 3i for my son! I dealt with him over the phone, then we drove down from the Sacramento area. My son loved the car, it had Bose speakers, brand new tires, oil change and great brakes. Luay sent me all the mechanics paperwork before I arrived to review. We agreed upon a discounted price ahead of time, took the car for a ride and Luay even fixed one of the windows on the spot for us. He's the man! A great, honest, dependable guy..even gave us another $100 bucks off! He's the best! His cars are all very reasonable and in good condition. He's the owner and really cares about quality and people. More than worth it to drive over 2 hours for a great deal! Go see Luay!! read more

As a first time buyer, the salesmen at Fast Trax Auto pulled out all the stops to ensure I had a pleasant experience. Although I did not possess insurance before I went to shop for a car, Hani and Luay were considerate enough to arrange transport for the vehicle in question and myself to and from a third-party mechanic (Honda of El Cerrito), the bank and arrange insurance. Upon discovering minor faults with the vehicle, the salesmen immediately rectified them upon their own cost at a mechanic, and knocked some off the price for the inconvenience. Such scrupulous dealers are far and few between and I'm glad I choose Fast Trax Auto as the dealership for my first vehicle. Couple the astounding level of service with a liberal dose of friendliness and absolutely no pressure and you have a winning solution. Thanks Fast Trax! read more

My wife and I recently went looking for a 2003-2005 Toyota Highlander Limited, and found Fast Trax through our internet searches. Luay met us on site, and showed us to a beautiful 2004 Highlander Limited, exactly what we wanted. Low mileage, great condition. Luay had fixed up all the little things himself. Apparently, he buys the cars at auctions and sales, and fixes them up. Our vehicle passed both a dealer inspection and a Carfax check with flying colors. We drove it, loved it, and then bought it, within the same week. After buying it, we noticed a couple of very minor cosmetic issues, and called Luay about them. He told us bring the car back, and he made the repairs right there and then, no charge. It's been 4 months now, and we couldn't be happier. Luay is a great guy. Very nice, and very knowledgeable. Fast Trax doesn't have a huge inventory (Maybe 40 cars) but the cars have been selected personally by Luay, and tuned up himself. We LOVE our used car, and very highly recommend Luay and Fast Trax to anyone. read more
