The owner Sid; sales managers and team: Leon, Sean, and Moe; and finance manager Garnett all played a role in making the process feel thoughtful and low-pressure. I asked a lot of questions and took several weeks to think through the decision. At no point did I feel pushed or rushed. Instead, the team checked in periodically, answered questions, and offered helpful solutions along the way while giving me the space to make the decision on my own timeline. When I was finally ready to move forward, they handled everything both thoroughly and efficiently. In past dealership experiences, the process has often felt long and tedious. This time was the opposite. Moe promised he would get me out the door quickly (which I requested) once we finalized the details, and he absolutely delivered on that promise. What stood out most was the tone of the negotiation.
