Foolishly, leased my second Pathfinder from 112 (Riverhead Nissan same owner). First one was overcharged $300 in registration fees. Leased in Florida and decided to give them second chance. Big mistake. Was promised pinstriping in August upon signing. December in two days and not one call-back or striping. Real problem was ignorance. Traded in the Florida car, only to be charged all NY fees, including temporary registration and had paid two lease payments in August for two different cars. Nissan Motors Acceptance Corporation was kind enough to refund me $546 for old lease Aug. payment. They then realized car was a Florida car and adjusted the lease rate down $38/month because Florida taxes less. Florida DMV told me charge should have been only 4.80 to transfer plate and car to Florida. Also, this was my sixth Pathfinder and only found out on fifth one in Florida that I was NEVER registered in customer loyalty program with rebates of now $1,000. Anyway, better prices but longer total experience to go with Atlantic because of their sheer volume. Nissan Florida has already contacted me in reference to a Rogue for my wife. Were supposed to be down there already, but they will honor the pinstriping. Hope she goes with them, but she's also considering Honda CR-V, so we'll see. But twice, for me, is enough. read more

So much for getting ahead, salesperson called early Monday to see if we could be here earlier than scheduled appt. Thought that might be a good thing, got there at 10:30, still sitting here at 12:15 waiting for finance guy (been sitting waiting for finance guy since 11am) salesperson comes with excuses about how its other dept fault. Finally after 3+ hours here and 1.5 hours yesterday the process is complete. Almost 5 hours between two days to turn in a lease and get another lease of the same car. I bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue pre-owned back in November 2019 from Nissan 112. After getting the run-around from the salesman regarding the safety and reliability of the car, I had to bring the car back in the day after bringing it home because the radiator was shaking. Fast forward a few weeks an I'm stuck replacing the bottom part of the steering column that was making a noticeable squeaking noise, which the service department at 112 initially tried to solve by covering the area in grease. I recently had to bring the car back in on Monday, July 27th because the car had overheated and was initially told the car needed a new engine fan and the part would be in that Friday, July 31st. After calling repeatedly to get an update on the car, I was then told the part was on back-order from Nissan and that the part should now be in on Tuesday, August 4th. After again having to call repeatedly just to get the status on the car, I was told the part would now be SHIPPED at the EARLIEST on Friday, August 7th. I'll now be without a car for 2 weeks going on 3 WEEKS!!! and am in dire need of a loaner car. I called the dealership to get a loaner and was told that was handled through corporate, who then pointed to the dealerships as the place to get a temporary rental when I called them. I'm DISGUSTED with the service I've received at Nissan 112 and the fact that I'm stuck searching for ways to get to work while my car is held hostage for the better part of a month. I haven't even had the car a year and already have had more problems than in the lifetime of other cars i've driven. read more

Can I give 0 stars My car went back in for service this week for the same 2 problems that they claimed to have fixed the first time. My brother called today to get an update and the service manager moe decides he wanted to try and put the front end camera error on me, he proceeded to call my brother a liar when we insisted the vehicle WAS NOT in a car accident. Apparently the bracket the front end camera goes in was bent, well since they were the ones who replaced it the last time, I wonder who bent it. This car has been nothing but problems! They also fixed the fuel line in the vehicle but drained the gas tank and didn't put gas back in. I have an open consumer affair case open at the moment as well. Nissan motor Corp and Nissan 112 don't seem to care my son and I are involved in a collision in this unsafe vehicle. The "only thing they can do" is roll my payments into another lease. Leased a new truck from them in 2015 with Gwen that started out with TrueCar. At the time I was very cautious about doing business with them because reviews online weren't the greatest. Then you realize that sadly is the situation with most car dealer reviews. I previously purchased a used car from them about 10 years prior that ended up being very reliable, so I decided to give them a shot. Gwen was extremely helpful through the entire process. They honored the TrueCar price and then some.. All fees were transparent at every step of the way, and nobody tried to sell me anything above exactly what I wanted. Last year, my truck required warranty service, and the service advisor was very clear on what to expect.. The truck was repaired quickly and under warranty as I would expect. Unfortunately, I am looking into a different manufacturer for my next vehicle -- but if I was in the market for a Nissan again, I would not hesitate to go back to them. Worst transaction with anything I've ever dealt with. Salesperson lied about final lease payment amount and told me not to bat an eye about excess mileage and damage. A month later I was paying $40 more per month that agreed upon then received over $700+ bill for excess mileage/wear and tear. Lied about what was sent to Nissan and that it was taken care of 3 months later Nissan contacts me to collect $700+. Avoide Nissan 112 and if you're stupid enough to go in there you deserve the terrible treatment. Worst new car buying experience ever!!! The sales associate will tell you out front that the agreed upon payment is what you will pay...then they tell you to clean out your car and switch insurance to the new car. Then when you go to the leasing financing agents desk the BS starts...they sell you a line of crap on how they cant get u the best financing initially but if you sign this lease now in one year they will fix your payment to the agreed upon amount if not less. The sales manager chimes in on how its a one day deal that has to happen today....None of promised payment reduction happens as I'm a year into this mess and your stuck with a lease thats way more than you explained that you can afford. I have owned 7 new cars and have never been given the run around like this dealership. I cant even think of ever buying another car after this.....Only advice I can say is NEVER NEVER NEVER take possession of a car without sleeping on the deal a night or two...had I really looked at the deal for a day I would have never signed!!! read more

Took my car in for oil change & transmission flush (11/2). Check engine light came on P0052 for Camshaft sensors and hubby & I being handy, replaced them. (11/3). Seems to be a common occurence with oil changes. Cleared the light and happily drove until another code came up. P0011. In the meantime, received recall notice about transmission issues so started a case and took to dealership to diagnose (11/22). We felt that should our transmission be one of the ones having an issue better to have a dealership take care of the issue for better chances of reimbursement by Nissan Corporate. Needed to replace VCT solenoid sensors. OK. Car runs better but still shaky around 2 RPMS. Drove about 300 miles and check engine light comes on. P0011. Take it back to dealer who wants to charge me $145 to diagnose the problem again (12/6). Manager MO said they would look at car free of charge but then I'm told I need to sign off on the $145 charge. I told Dan I'm not paying for it because you didn't properly fix my car. Well, now I'm being told that the camshaft sensor "pigtail" is broken and not just one of them but both of them. I know that these were fine because the hubby and I just replaced them on (11/3) prior to the 1st time the P0011 code came up AND if for some reason we had damaged them (which we didn't) then when I brought the car in for diagnostic on 11/22 surely the capable technicians would have noticed this while diagnosing my car for the check engine light on that date and it would have been brought to my attention then. I am being told that the "pigtail" needs to be held on by hand in order to clear up the code and that this is something that would trigger a P0011 code. Hmmm....yet it wasn't looked at on 11/22?! I am waiting to hear back to see what "sweet deal" Dan will be offering to "fix" my car so in the meantime I am writing this review and will update it soon. read more

I came into the dealership with my kids and was in a hurry. I wasn't expecting to trade in my vehicle so quickly, but the salesman was knowledgeable and thorough. In less than 30 minutes, I was on my way to purchasing a new truck. The gentleman in the financing department was great as well. By 9 pm at night,...they supposedly had car detailed...it has scratch marks inside door jam and smudges on seats. Detailing in the dark I guess??? Smh!!! Sales guy gave me numbers for price I was willing to trade - in my 2012 and buy new 2018 Midnight for..when I got to finance price was jacked up by $5,000. Then I was told, oh that's because we ' thought's you were putting five grand down. Umm, yea know. That's what I was supposed to bet for trade-in in. To top it off, within 24 hours radio/ dash tools, fritz in and out. No Radio, No Nav, etc because I. Ant see screen half the time. They've said they'd replace..but then accommodating my schedule and getting a loaner- IF SOMEONE IN SERVICE EVER ANSWERS OR GETS BACK TO YOU...was a problem. Just want to say that this has been the worst experience of my life!! I am a fist time car buyer and this whole situation will always be remembered as a terrible one!! I wish I had done my research better on this dealership!! The sales people are great!! Jen my sales person was wonderful :) The only problem is the sleazy finance guys like all the reviews state!! I have a long list of issues but to keep it short, the Dealership led me to believe that my sale was final and all paperwork was set to go. Only to find out after THREE WEEKS of driving around on DEALER PLATES that my loan terms were rejected by the bank & my payments would be going up significantly!! When I expressed my outrage of feeling tricked and disappointed I was told by both the finance guy and dealership manager that I could just give the car back......horrible customer service in my opinion!! My husband and I went for 2 new leases. We worked with Mike and Gram. I told them exactly what I wanted and what features I wanted. They seemed to work with us on price. Then we signed all of the papers and they brought our cars around (2 days and 12+ hours total for this process). When we sat in our cars, it had tons of missing features we requested. They said take them home and they will see what they can do about getting the correct cars. So that's what we did. Then I spoke to them on the phone throughout that next week and I asked them where my moon roof went, along with a slew of other features for my husbands car. their response was "how do you think we brought the price down". So they took features away and just never told us!!!! Then they said we shouldn't have taken the cars then, and because we did there is nothing we can do. But THEY TOLD US TO TAKE THE CARS!!! ****DO NOT BRING VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE****Went in last Friday for an oil change and asked about a spare part in my vehicle and while car was in for an oil change found one in showroom also had the spare part and claimed they did not know what the part was looked like a lever or something to that nature. I was dumb founded when my car was waiting for me in front of service door with one seat all way up and one all the way back dirty inside and no paper cover I can deal with all that not to mwention they messed up my rewards points i wasn't supposed to have used the real shocker is when i got home and found a 3 inch crack on bottom of my rear bumber went straight back Monday morning and spoke manager Bob Milano seemed like a nice enough guy but could care less that brand new car with less then 4k miles on it that cost 40k just happened to come out with a cracked bumper said someone must have hit me?? really this is my secondary car and I washed two days earlier no crack an didnt drive anywhere in between. After a horrible experience with Pep Boys, Nissan Service Advisor Debbie saw me on a saturday afternoon when she could have turned me away. She made room to see me, was able to get a tire properly mounted (apparently Pep Boys doesn't know how to mount tires on a 2013 ALtima) Debbie could have ripped me off and sold me a new tire valve as Pep Boys had incorrectly stated I needed. I purchased my 2016 Rogue 2yrs ago from them and all was well. I received a call from them telling me they are looking for my year and model and are giving high trade in volumes right now. Not looking for a new car, I told the guy I would be in tomorrow for an scheduled oil change and I would hear what he had to say while I wait. The guy I spoke to was not there, but another salesman sat me down. He tells me used vehicles here are being shipped down south due too this years weather events damage. I asked him how much I could get for my trade in and he said he would go to service and check out my car. He asked what I was looking for and I told him 20k, He came back and writes $1999 on a piece of paper and points to it. We talk about upgrading me to the same model 2017 Rogue. He pulls one up to the front of the dealership. I look it over and its about the same as the one I have minus the 50K miles and has a couple added features. The sales manager comes over and tells me about credits they can apply that expired yesterday and he can use a bunch of them if he backdates them to yesterday. He tells me "If he does not use them he will loose them". I would have to use them today. The salesman asks me to give him my DL and registration. I do, and he goes "I'm just going to make copies of these" and brings me into the finance guys office. The sales manager comes in and they start telling me how they can keep my current payments the same. I tell them I would not want to extend my loan by more than 18 months. They tell me I can keep my current payments close to the same If I do bi-weekly payments. They seemed to give me what I wanted, and I thought I was getting a good deal, even though I was skeptical of how fast they were trying to push me into a sale. They had me sign all the required paperwork charged me for transfer fees and then got to the truth in lending agreement last. I was surprised to see the term of the loan to be 3yrs longer than my current loan (not the 1.5year I was told) but the payment was $100 a month less than what we discussed. The bottom line was I was financing in an extra $5500. I signed and drove away happy and surprised that I just purchased a new car. I get home and have several missed calls from Nissan. The sales manager and salesman leave messages saying there is a problem with the registration and I need to come back to sign something else. I call them and then the salesman tells me he has to give ne a new registration sticker too. I go back that night and the tell me there is no problem with the registration, rather the wrong VIN # was on the contract. They need me to re-sign the corrected contract. I ask the guy why some of the #'s seem different and he says, look that's the same payment. I foolishly signed them and took my copy home where I compared it to the original contract. They changed my payment an additional $100 a month for 72 months adding $7200 to the loan. I could not sleep that night sick to my stomach over how I was just fooled. I went back to the dealership the next morning (left message with a law office to call me when they came in) and waited for the sales department to open. I see the finance guy who had me re-sign the contract and tell him the #'s were changed, he tells me that was the payment you agreed to (even though he was not there when I purchased the car). I restrained myself, and went and found the assistant General manager, who I expressed my discontent to. He went to reprint my paperwork to look at and had me wait. I hear him cursing about paperwork to other staff and informs his just arriving morning sales manager to help me. This sales manager tells me that they can not sell me the car for the original contract price and that was a mistake. I ask him why the price is so high with my trade in and he tells me they paid my loan of 13,600 and I got great deal on the new car. I tell him I just want my old car back, refund me my fees I paid yesterday, re-register and insure my old car get me my title and both keys back. I just wanted to forget about this nightmare experience. So in summary, I did not get the trade in value I was lead to believe (they practically stole my car), I did not get the term we discussed, instead you put down whatever term you want. I was lied to by several people why I had to go back to the dealership and what the problem was. They changed my contract (Illegal). I lost time at work fixing this. Don't worry Nissan I signed your no law suit form in order for you to agree to undue everything. Oh and to boot, the sales person told me if you give them a perfect score when Nissan contacts you for after sale surveys the will give you a $25 gift card. (My guess is that it is expired). Never purchased a car from them but tried to use their service department. We went once for an oil change and everything was fine (we are using synthetic). We went back when it was due again, called for an appointment, told them that we needed a synthetic oil change, then when my wife dropped it off (yes had to drop it off for the whole day for an oil change) she told them that we needed a SYNTHETIC oil change. The guy called me up and told me car was ready and the price. The price did not reflect a synthetic oil change so i asked and he said that we did not ask for a synthetic oil change. I told him that we told them twice AND that our first oil change was synthetic. He then argued with me that we did not tell them, Nissan does not recommend synthetic, they do not look at the computer to look to see what was done last time. I was flabbergasted. I said, just put it back in the bay and put synthetic in it before i pick it up. He then told me that i would have to pay for both the regular and the synthetic oil change. Oh, OK. Wife called corporate and then we get the apologetic phone call from Nissan 112 and they stated that the car would be ready soon. Then, I wanted to get the wife a auto start for the car. We have the bumper to bumper so I know that they get stupid with after market things so I walked in and spoke to a woman at the service counter. She said that to put in an auto start would be $600.00 (honestly was $537.69 after taxes). What?!?! I asked what the thing did, drive the car too?!? She said that they use an outside guy to come in and do it there, so there are extra charges, BUT if we did not have the unit installed through them then if anything goes wrong with anything electrical in the car then it will not be covered because it will be blamed in the installation of the after marker product. I went ahead with it (sucker, I know). First year it gave us a little trouble but chalked it up to the user (wife). Summer worked fine, then the next winter it started to give us trouble again. Now i believed her. If you tried to use it in the morning after the car sat overnight in the cold, it would not work, (dint really need it then right?). We told Nissan 112 about it and they said they would need the car to be there in the morning. I told them if I drove it over then the engine would be warmed up and it will work. They said they would need it to be there overnight. We did that .... FOUR TIMES!!!! We went without the car for four days (PS we use our cars not only to get to work but need it on the job too). I asked if they tried it in the morning and they told me that they needed the guy who installed it there and he was late a couple of times. I told them that they could have tried it in the morning and then told him. Well they told me there was nothing that could be done. This winter it got even worse so wife started the process of calling corporate. They told us that there was nothing that they could do until a Nissan Tech looked at it. I asked if I could take it to Smithtown Nissan and they told me yes. Left it there overnight. Received call first thing in the morning and was told that it did not work. The guy from Smithtown stated that he could replace it for $239.00. Wait. What? You guys would have charged me $239.00 to install it? Yes. He asked what I had paid and I told him. He said that I needed to call corporate and get a new unit installed and get the other money back and he stated that he would not take anything less then money back and a new unit. I am currently waiting on a call back from corporate. read more

Dealing with Nissan 112, Medford, NY was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any car dealership. It was, perhaps one of the worst dealing with any company in my life. I believe they deliberately mislead, misinformed and under informed my daughter and I when she was purchasing a new car. When my daughter went there on her own to discuss the issue, they were condescending and insulting. Avoid this dealership. We have made over 8 trips back to the dealership. I guarantee you every other customer that goes there needs their engine belt changed because of "cracks"....not that they even really check it. They had the audacity to try to pull one over on me. You may be wondering how I know this for sure....it's simple. Unknown to the sales rep, I saw the tech put the car on the lift....before they he actually "inspected" the car. She told me all this before the tech even popped the hood open. Not only that, I saw and heard them give the same exact scheme to about five other people. I was young and naive when I got my car and was charged a ridiculously high interest rate. They didn't even tell me the total price my car would come at to at the end of my term. I chose Nissan 112 due to its proximity to my current residence. My sales agent was Eric Goldfarb. My experience with Nissan 112 was horrendous. I've actually lost sleep over it because it constantly stews inside my head. They've used a variety of shady tactics some of which i did not realize until after my purchase. Please read! There was an agreement with Eric to pick up my new car at 9am. It was a workday for me and I expected to complete the purchase around noon and finish at least a half day of work and that's exactly what I told both my employer and Eric. So I arrived at 9am as agreed. I sat there for HOURS constantly being told they're running just a little behind. By the time I was finally pulled into the finance office to finish up and sign the contract it was already 2pm! In hindsight I realize exactly why they made me wait. When I looked over the contract I was stunned to find out they pulled a switch and added 5k to the base price of the car thinking I wouldn't notice!! And no it was not tax title and reg fees... This was the base price of the car. Mind you I've already waited there 5 hours for what was promised by Eric to only take 2. Exhausted at this point I was about to walk out and as I was cursing and screaming literally they had a large bald man intervene and say that it was an honest error and that he would remove the 5 thousands dollars and brought me a cup of coffee. I then signed the contract. Here comes the next surprise. I asked for tinted windows upon pickup. Guess what? They weren't tinted. On the initial agreement days prior I stressed that I don't have time in my busy life to come back and get them tinted so they must be tinted on pickup. Well that never happened. I was furious again and he walked me over to the service department to make a separate appointment to get my windows tinted. I made the appointment with some guy with a mustache at the desk. I noticed that he did not punch it into the computer... Instead he wrote the date and time down on sticky note on his desk and I remember thinking I bet hes going to lose that sticky. Guess what? I come back a few days later (and miss work again) to have them tinted and that same guy told me that I didn't have an appointment and the window tinter is not in today. I went ballistic and almost snapped the guys neck I swear. I reminded him that he even wrote it down on a sticky just to let him know I wasn't wrong... He was. Then comes the best part. Weeks later somehow they snuck an extra 2 thousand dollars on the base price anyway. I saw it when I got my new account information from the bank. When I went in the glove box for my copy of the sales agreement, it wasn't there! I forgot to check for it before pulling out of the dealership because I was already exhausted waiting there for the whole day. They know exactly what they did. ZERO STARS. Never buy a car from Nissan 112. This dealership lies, falsifies business documents and illegally forged my signature just so that they could forego the time and effort required by them and mandated by Nissan North America to explain and demonstrate the different features of the car I just bought. Unfortunately, once they get your check, while you are waiting for the salesman to help you understand the car you just bought, he will move on to be with other clientele rather than continue to be with, you, the original customer. On 1 November 2017, I purchased a new Murano Platinum with the Technology Package. The entire transaction was done by phone with Mr. Alan Rosenberg. I never met Mr. Rosenberg in person and never ever was at Nissan 112 before. On 3 November 2017, I came to the showroom for the very first time, gave my check to Jim Koerner because Mr. Rosenberg was not in that day. I had to wait in their "red" chair for 5 hours until they let me drive my car home with the completed paperwork which turned out to be faulty as I found out when I tried to register the car myself the following week. On 4 November 2017, I received an email signed by Mr. Rosenberg stating that on that day, he had showed me approximately 50 plus features of this technologically-advanced car. The document had a poor forgery of my signature acknowledging his actions. The fact is, as I stated before, that I never even met Mr. Rosenberg and on that day, I was out-of-town 800 miles away from the dealership. So, everything on that document were all untruths. Nissan 112 never showed me anything about my car, never went over instructional manuals and never gave be a tour of the service department. I, also, never signed that acknowledgement. All I got were the keys the day before and that was the last and only time I was at Nissan 112. In the time that followed, I was left with teaching myself everything about my new car by reading the manuals and by viewing videos on the internet, hours and hours of unnecessary work. All this frustration could have been easily avoided if Nissan 112 personnel just did their job and had not lied about it. And when I contacted Nissan North America to complain about Nissan 112's actions or should I say inactions, they stated that they just build the cars and that they have absolutely no control over their dealerships. So, Nissan 112 knows this and they obviously feel that they can do whatever they want without any recourse. Again, as I previously stated, do not venture into Nissan 112. They deal with volume/profits and definitely not with customer service. read more

I would never recommend buying a car from this dealership, I should of done my research and looked up other reviews about this place. Because they scammed me by giving me three thousands dollars less for my trade then we agreed on, then filled out different amounts after I signed the papers. I will continue to fight against this horrible dealership. read more

Worst Experience Ever!!! They try tricking with words. Beware, especially when you reach the finance guy!!!! Wanted to get buy a car with no interest. Have great credit score, sales person said its possible and was approve for it and wanted to finance it for 3 years. The finance guy tells you to add warranty telling it will cost ony $2500 extra but its actually extra $12000 but does not tell you. Makes you sign al the paperwork quickly. Trusted the dealer for some reason...maybe for the sweet talk so did not double check the paperwork. At the when I got my first bill...I should have bought the car for $30k but the bill came up to $45+k. Went to the finance guy...and he turns his face and say this is what you signed and other bullshit..Than we came to decision that this is fixable...working with them for more than 8 months now and still it is not fixed. I would NOT RECOMMEND going there unless you want to get ripped off. I wish I could give it 0 star!! read more

LIARS LIARS LIARS They use deceptive tactics to lure you into their dealership. I drove over 50 miles after communicating with their Internet Manager, Raquel Rodriguez. I was very specific as to which vehicle I wanted (2014 Nissan Rogue Select AWD w/convenience pkg, white or red) and explained to Raquel that this was a cash deal, NO LEASE, NO FINANCE. After Raquel quoted me a price, I asked her are there any hidden fees? Raquel said to me, that there are no hidden fees just add tax and DMV fees to the quoted price. She also said to me that Nissan 112 does not ever use hidden fees what so ever, the price quoted is the price. Before going to the dealership, Raquel assured me that the vehicle I am looking for is in their lot and that she'll have it ready for me. I trusted her candid tone over the phone and made the over 1 hour drive, paid tolls to their dealership. Once I entered, Raquel handed me over to a sales associate, John. John took me to their other lot down the block from them. John couldn't produce the vehicle that Raquel assured me she had on stock. I explained to John that I drove over one hour and if you didn't have the vehicle, you or Raquel had plenty of time to call me in advance and tell me and I would had gladly came back another day. John tells me the vehicle is on the pier. At this point I'm beginning to have my doubts. Then we go back to the dealership so that John can locate the vehicle. John never told me he actually located the vehicle but jumped right into the price. John tells me the price is $250.00 more over quoted price unless I'm willing to finance the vehicle. At this point, I realized that I had been lured to Nissan 112 under deceptive tactics. I went to the dealership with the intent to purchase the vehicle. The price quoted to me was in line with other dealerships had quoted me, so I felt confident that it was a quote that was realistic. I only went to Nissan 112 because I did my homework and wanted to find a dealership that actually had the vehicle that I was going to buy. As a consumer and as a hard working man who saves his money......my only interest is in actually seeing the new vehicle that I want to pay cash for. That is my right as a consumer!!! I went int o Nissan 112 last Sat (10/11/14). I was looking to purchase a brand new 2014 Nissan Sentra. I loved the car. My mother would co-sign as I am trying to rebuild my credit (she purchased a brand new Maxima from them and paid cash $38,000). She fills out all paperwork at the dealership, and the process begins. BUT, before all that, they ask me for a $100.00 deposit for something that was explained as payment towards the registration, and inspection and all that, but I didn't even agree to purchase the car yet!!! ! Like an IDIOT, I let them debit my account. After being there almost 2 hours and having my mother and I wait in their service area waiting room, they call us in to tell us everything is approved and started explaining the payments, (before that, I told the salesman Danny, what I could afford and wanted to keep the payments at). So, in this room they not only gave me an outrageous car payment, Danny still did not explain to me what the $100.00 was debited for! After I explained that I could not afford those payments, they brought in the BIG sales manager that tried to haggle with me and lower my payments, but it still was not low enough, not even close to what I said I could afford. So, I decided I did not want the car. I asked to have the $$ put back on my card and Danny said it would take 24 hours. Then, because I did not want to purchase the car, Danny stormed out of the room never to be seen again, and left my mother and I there with the BIG boss. Well, I did not get my $$ put back on my card, so on the following Wed(10/13/14), I went into the dealership and asked why it was not done and the sales manager told me he promises that he will put in on the girls desk that does all the refunds! Still not done. Today (Sat 10/18/14), I went there again and asked for my $$. The same sales manager tells me that he put it on her desk last Thursday and does not know why she did not do it! I was told by my bank that it should have been put back onto my debit card that instant when I backed out and didn't want too purchase the car. It would have appeared in a half hour back on my card. It is NOW one week later and NOTING! I know it is only $100.00, but it is MINE! I worked for that $$! I told the sales manager that if it is not on my card on Monday (10/20/14), I will call the police! He tells me "Do what you have to." I stormed out! NOW THAT I SEE THERE ARE SO MANY COMPLAINTS, AND ON THE CONSUMER AFFAIRS WEBSITE AS WELL, I AM GOING TO TELL THAT A*****E, THAT HE BETTER GIVE ME MY $$ THAT MINUTE! When I purchased my 2008 Nissan Altima 3.5SE from Nissan 112 I notice a grinding noise coming from the front right wheel/brake area. I shrugged it off as maybe rusted rotors from sitting for a while. After a few days of the noise not going away I decided to bring the car back to Nissan 112. The first time they told me they could not hear anything. I said whatever and left. I tried to figure out the problem myself but could not. I was very mad that I had just purchased this $26,000 car with this embarrassing noise so I went back to Nissan 112. This time I decided I would stick around and see what they where really doing. The guy took my car for a test drive came back put my Altima on the lift and sprayed brake quiet on the rotor to stop the noise. I didn't say anything until the service manager told me they "could not duplicate the problem" That is when I went crazy. I told the guy that I watched his technician spray brake clean on my car and that this is BS. The guy told me to relax and said to me that I'll go for a ride with you and will see if he hears the noise. So me my mom and the service guy all got into my car and went for a drive. With all the windows down and the noise loud as ever the guy told me "I do not hear anything" Me and my mom heard it clearly but the service guy did not for some reason. I gave up and ended up going to Smithtown Nissan which is kind of far from my house. As I drove up to the service dealer a couple of workers there heard the noise and was shocked to hear it coming from a brand new Altima. I told the service guy all the stuff that happen and he assured me they will fix it. A couple of hours later I get a phone call from Smithtown Nissan telling me the car is fixed. I get there and find out that it was just an improperly installed part of the brake system near the front wheel. The car sounded like it was supposed to ever since then nice and quiet. Lesson from my Story??? Stay as far away from Nissan 112 as possible. There a bunch of inexperienced scam artists. read more
