I'm due any day now and truly needed to take time to pamper myself and relax...they took care of me and made sure I did just that. Now, I've been to many fancier places, but you pay way too much and they're overwhelmed and rush you out to the next client. This was not the case. I felt comfortable and other than maybe not the neatest job I've ever had, she did not cut me or nick me and they even gave me a cute little gift for my first time. They used the liners for pedicure and seemed to be very clean. Overall, I am pleased with the service, and will return once baby comes!

After drilling away at my nails a million times, the first color that I had, had to be taken off because my nails looked gigantic and bulky due to her putting 3 coats on them. She then proceeded to file away at my nails and cuticles for the 100th time (not joking) even while one was bleeding. I then requested for clear just so I could hurry the process and leave. This is the end result. Never again.

I was needing a "Me" day in a desperate kind of way and my normal go-to nail place was crazy busy,…read moreso despite the mixed reviews on here I decided to give this place a whirl - I was desperate remember haha! I walked-in at 10am on a Friday morning and was greeted by all the staff (which was nice seeing as at other places the only time anyone would ever speak to me was to tell me how much I owe them), and by 10:03am I was seated in the pedicure chair with a very nice lady vigorously working away on my piggies. The same lady done both my manicure and pedicure and I can honestly say that I can't think of a single complaint - I would even go as far as to say that my pedicure was the best, most relaxing one I have had in a very long time ... if not ever! Plus their prices are great as well! The total for both my manicure and pedicure was only $45 - whereas I had been paying $45 for just a pedicure! I am happy to report that after she worked on my cringe worthy feet and hands for a little over an hour (40 minutes on my unsightly feet and 25 minutes on my poor looking hands) she was somehow able to get them looking all pretty again ... seriously she may be a miracle worker haha! Overall I loved this place and will definitely be going back again (hopefully sooner rather than later haha)!

I leaned over to the person next to me and told her what I saw and told her I was leaving and I wanted her to be aware of what I witnessed. Before I left, the manager-owner (not sure what his position is at the salon) asked me to wait and I stated to him what I witnessed and told him there was no way I was going to stay with such disgusting service and the dirty condition the store was in. It was dirty..... no telling what was going on that I couldn't see. (My mistake for not reading prior reviews and looking around the store when I first walked in) He basically laughed and spoke to his employee in another language a comment about what I said. This place needs serious help in customer service and no doubt needs to be investigated by the health department.
