The guy that always does my pedicure is the owner and a total foodie! After talking with him I always have some insane food craving, thanks a lot dude! I usually get the Deluxe pedi now I don't know what the price difference is but its worth it. I also add gel polish to my toes instead of the regular. It's 15 dollars more but it works better for me because I wear sneakers to work in and my polish would chip and fade quickly. Nicole does all of the acrylic work and she is FAST! I love that, I can get sort of impatient and she takes like 15-20 mins tops to do my fill ins. This is a clean establishment and well staffed. I'm always pleased with my service.

Not hurting me or seeming nonchalant about putting chemicals and other fun things on my skin (like some salons do) 2. Giving me exactly what I *needed* - I have tiny hands and was afraid I'd have talons with acrylics, but I feel like he took extra care in making the nails "fit" my hands and finger size without looking odd. Everyone that greeted me was very kind. The young man that did my pedicure (basic pedi) was very nice and kept making sure that I was comfortable. They use a timer when doing your massage and I appreciate that. I want every minute! Haha! My feet aren't super soft and I do still have some dead skin but I didn't pay for any additional foot services. I'm not wearing sandals right now anyways! I'm satisfied with them. I then requested dip nails, with a tip. This is where things began to go down hill for a bit. Tony did cut my cuticle so I was not happy about that and I became uncomfortable because I was expecting him to cut them again at any moment. I also asked for round nails because I love that shape on my fingers. The shape that he gave was very uneven and didn't resemble round/oval at all. I was beginning to get discouraged. I think that Vivian could tell what was going on because she came to reshape my nails for me. Once she shaped them, I felt soooo much better. They're exactly what I was looking for! We go the house pedicure that included the hot towel and we had a great time! It was his first time getting a pedicure and our plane delayed so we happily stopped in. Fun reggae music playing. I love the transparency of the pricing so there's no miscommunication with the service you're getting and what you asked for. It was walkable from my hotel and in so pleased with my experience.

He found every little knot in my muscles and worked them out gently enough that I was never in any pain. I was totally relaxed afterwards.
