The lady serving us explained everything on the menu. We chose two bottomless cups of coffee. They brew Prevail coffee, which is full of flavor, but not over-roasted. Smooth finish, with nice flavors and no strong after-taste. This place is out of the way for us, but worth the drive for a morning coffee date. We sat and chatted uninterrupted, loved looking at the layers of very attractive decor, while sitting in a couple of leather chairs. It's what a coffee shop should be- cozy, airy, smell of java, clean, (99 health rating on the wall), comfy with a great server. I can't answer to their ability to knock something out of the espresso machine, but what we had was very good, and is definitely a nice break from a Starbucks, with a better cup of coffee, in my opinion.
