One of my favorite were the paninis. They also had man a dessert and little treat options. Cheesecake was perfection. - Prices: Very on par to other local shops, and not mad at all. - Staff: The staff were friendly and great. - Merch: The merch had some good options including mugs, shirts, home roasted beans, and more. Overall I give this shop a 5/5 's. I love visiting, and can't wait to go back. They are more than just a simple coffee shop or cafe, but a full rounded restaurant for all times of days and meals. Give them a look.

Having eaten here four times, it's incredibly inconsistent. I waited for 10 minutes without even being greeted by anyone- even though several workers walked right by at the hostess stand. As Tom Colicchio said "People come for the food, but come back for the hospitality." The latter part seems to be the issue here. With that said, as a faithful Lake Martin boater for over 10 years, many in the area seem to struggle similarly. Decor is super cute.

First, let me say the stars have no reflection on the staff, food or atmosphere at the restaurant…read more This review is solely on the owner. It was my husband's 50th birthday. We have friends and family that we wanted to get together with and this was pretty much the middle for a meeting point. Everyone there drove an hour or more just to be there. We had a great meal with amazing service from everyone in the building. After we ate, we moved outside where they have a nice sitting area and corn hold boards that we started using. Mind you, almost everyone has been drinking, not drunk but they had a nice flow going. So while throwing the game a truck, that's parked inside the outdoor area, starts up and begins backing up. No idea where the driver came from, not a single word was spoken from the person before the truck was started. So needless to say everyone was a little slow to react. But, the driver simply starts backing up. Two people from our group was right in the area he was backing up to. Again, not a word has been said. No, I need to leave, will you move, nothing. The guy has backed up far enough that my husband had to hit the truck to get the guys attention. He then slams the truck in drive and hits one of the tables that is out there. He then rolls his window down and starts cussing my husband telling him to move while almost running over the corn hole board. Needless to say, even though his staff was amazing, being told he was the owner, we will never return. He may have had an emergency, but NOTHING will excuse his behavior. Lucky that my two year old granddaughter was with my daughter at the time and not running around like she had been previously or the cops would have been called. **he finally picked up the phone when my husband tried calling and his excuse was he wanted to get home for the main event, a race I believe it was. So no emergency and absolutely no remorse for his actions.

This was our second visit to SpringHouse. Our first experience was very good, but unfortunately,…read morethis visit did not quite measure up. I had made the reservation well in advance, and upon arrival, the hostess initially attempted to seat us in the bar area. I politely declined and requested a table in the main dining room, which was accommodated without issue. Our waiter was polite, attentive, and provided very good service throughout the evening. We began with the charcuterie plate and mixed green salad. The charcuterie was underwhelming, consisting of a few slices of seemingly packaged salami, several cheeses, jam, and crackers. The salad was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. For our entrées, we selected the Wagyu New York strip and the bone-in pork chop. The Wagyu was overly salty and not at all impressive, particularly for the price. It was accompanied by oddly seasoned, dehydrated green beans that did little to enhance the dish. The pork chop, however, was the clear highlight of the meal. It was excellently prepared and served with delicious grits. SpringHouse has a warm, inviting rustic atmosphere and remains a pleasant dining experience overall. Some of the food preparation and execution would benefit from greater refinement, but there was still enough to enjoy that we would return
