They stay open later on the weekends since a lot of people are on the lake all day and want something to eat later in the day. It worked out perfectly for us, as we were able to get there right before they closed. We all ordered a variety of food from bbq sandwiches, smoked lemon pepper wings, ribs, and a piece of crack cake. For sides, we had baked beans, potato salad, and macaroni and cheese. You can see our half eaten pictures below. Everything was really good. My one and only complaint was the Mac and cheese. I attended one of the cooking classes there and really enjoyed everything they made so the next time I was downtown I thought I would try out the food truck for lunch. Everything was excellent--interesting flavor combinations, food was well prepared and fresh, and service was prompt and friendly. I ordered the pork sandwich, which came with a smoky/spicy sweet potato salad. The homemade pink lemonade was also a standout! I will definitely eat here again.
