I attended one of the cooking classes there and really enjoyed everything they made so the next time I was downtown I thought I would try out the food truck for lunch. Everything was excellent--interesting flavor combinations, food was well prepared and fresh, and service was prompt and friendly. I ordered the pork sandwich, which came with a smoky/spicy sweet potato salad. The homemade pink lemonade was also a standout! I will definitely eat here again.

I had the southern sampler, which has a bed of greens, pimento cheese, and a phenomenal scoop and chicken salad with quick pickles and a sliced orange. Heads up: "iced coffee" was not the cold brew I'm used to from home- it's made some a sweetened syrup and is served with whipped cream. I am guessing it is a regional hit but we didn't like it. Nick was kind and gave us our money back...he did not have to! He also helped us scope out the area for our civil rights hot spots that we wanted to see. Ah- one more thing. Super dog friendly!
