After applying more pressure, he encouraged me to try the carne asada, so I went with that in quesadilla form. He cooked everything to order and willing obliged my requests for salsa verde and avocado. My order was ready in a reasonable amount of time, considering it was freshly cooked. He charged me $7 and sent me on my way. I was impressed with the size of the quesadilla; it could've easily fed two. The quality of the asada was really good; it was more like a steak quality. Both salsa verde and salsa rojo were good, pretty spicy and vinegary. I definitely recommend trying this spot!
