Coffee had taste of cleaning chemicals. Obviously staff had incorrectly cleaned the coffee machine. Also very slow service after ordering from kiosk which was out of paper so no receipt. Well figured fast food fast since I had to go down the road, double drive thru is why I choice it pulled up and waited and waited at speaker finally she came over and asked what I wanted 4pc happy meal with Coca Cola and apples (supper was a just few hours away ) well I could get talking to folks inside guessing employees then paid cash no issue pulled up to get it and she asked me to pull in a parking spot then noticed a line on the curb and cars slowing filling up the parking spots are from the drive thru so far I am 10 mins in and no food. Worst experience ever! The lack of effective management has made this place one of the worst McDonald's restaurants I've had the displeasure of ordering from. Everything from the lack of cleaning, disheveled employee appearance, poor customer service, undertrained staff, and a general lack of wanting to work makes this the worst McDonald's for me. It wasn't due to short staffing, behind the counter were several employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing. I watched two people in front of me have wrong items provided, which prompted me to check everything before I left the store. Of course they got our order wrong. The young lady at the register couldn't even input the order properly. I never thought I would have to do a complete review of my receipt to figure out what we ordered from what was provided to us. Unbelievable!! Corporate McDonald's needs to come in and fix this. Obviously with the prior poor Yelp reviews the franchisee doesn't care how that store is being run. Never again. read more

If you want slow service, food that just barely makes the McD's mark, and a staff that looks like a Chinese fire drill in the kitchen this is your place. I was friends with the original owners of this location and they were in the store at all hours of the day and night and they RAN their business. Not sure who the current owners are but you are lucky to still be in business. You had better clean up your act of this town will be very cruel to your business. Went in to eat and stood at the counter for 10 minutes never got greeted or anything everyone was on there phones laughing so I left a couple days later I went back and ordered some chicken nuggets took about 13 minutes to get I ordered buffalo sauce and didn't get it so I went to the counter to get it and the lady picked it up and THREW it on my tray and Walked away AFTER she made fun of my partner who was with me VERY disgusted with place always HORRIBLE service!!!! read more

I stopped eating at this McDonald's about 6-7 years ago because the owner at the time did not keep the place well staffed or clean. I heard that the restaurant has a new owner so I thought I would try it again. Having a new owner didn't change anything. The restaurant is still poorly staffed, its dirty, the employees are rude. Took 20 minutes to get through drive through with one person in front of us to get a latte and an iced tea. The service was terrible. Refused to sell breakfast and were not ready for lunch. Manager was Courtney and she was the rudest of all. Don't live in this area but go buy there frequently going t the lake. They clearly don't care about service at all and I will avoid that location as well as Dadevillle at all costs. The girl in the second window was and is very unfriendly. She'd be better as a cook. She doesn't smile, speak, or acknowledge you except when shoving your food out the window. I asked for condiments and she slammed the window until i blew the horn. She snatched the bag of cookies while i was returning them from not being fresh.
