My experience with Zaxbys is the PĹACE!!! I have always been treated very respectful and accurate with my order. I have to say, I actually never tried anything there besides Wings. I'm a chicken wing addict HOWEVER, I am happy to confess I did try the limited time Chicken Qcauasidia and it WAS DELICIOUS!! You get your money's worth also you CAN tell.there is CHICKEN in it. Got there little after 11am on a Saturday barely any cars in lot, thought they may of been drive thru only. Door was unlocked went in, the smell of grease. got the spicy sandwich, not spicy to me. The chicken on sandwich was tough. The fibers we got was good, fries not hot but warm but seemed to be cooked in old grease. Cashier was super nice. Flors and tables was messy and sticky. They only been open about 30-40 minutes when we got there, to be that bad, night shift must of not done any cleaning. For two adult meals and a kids meals toke about 10 mins to get food after we ordered. read more

My husband and I stopped here on the way home from a trip to Lake Martin. We came early (10:45ish) since we hadn't eaten breakfast. When we walked in, we were greeted by the most unfriendly girl (Jada), who wasn't really paying attention to what we were saying. I ordered the house zalad and my husband ordered the buffalo fingers. I had asked for my salad to not have onions or cheese on it, but of course the girl wasn't paying attention, and so the salad was made with that on it. My husband ended up asking them to remake it for me, and they did just as I requested. I hate that a whole salad's worth of ingredients was wasted because the girl wasn't listening to us attentively. read more

I pulled in at least 15 minutes before closing and not only did I not get a response at the drive thru, as I drove around to leave I saw an employee leaving that refused to acknowledge me. Given that I would never harass the employee I moved on but they are a clear embarrassment to decent behavior and I'll never go to zaxby's again. They have the best chicken fingers. I personally live their chicken nibblers. They have good fries and good boneless wings. My family loves their salad, but I don't think the salad is fresh. It tastes more stale. read more

This location on Hwy 280 is convenient and clean. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The food has always been fresh, tasty, and abundant. You never leave hungry. But most important of all is that the SWEET TEA is to die for. Expect counter service but sit down courtesy. read more

I haven't had bad service the first couple times I came here but I was ordering my lunch today and I needed to make two orders, one for me and for my friend. When I got to the window, I couldn't quite understand what the girl was saying as I presented a free nibbler coupon and she explained I couldn't use it on a meal. She offered a solution, though she seemed very agitated about it. I hadnt even finished my order when she told me to go to the window, seemingly trying to rush me out. The girl working the window did not seem friendly at all. She was obviously annoyed or angry about something that must have happened that day. As someone that worked at Zaxby's I know for a fact that as a cashier, you shouldn't reflect your negative vibes into your work which was what she was clearly doing. She Ought to get her attitude straight if she plans on keeping further jobs. Other than her attitude, the food was good, though it seemed it was all stuffed in there. read more

While this is s very convenient location the service and clerks are less than friendly. Upon entering I was not greeted as other customers were. The clerks merely stood back and stared. I was returning to get a replacement for s previous order. Upon returning home I noticed that hot sauce had been added once again even though I specifically requested mild. I've gone to other Zaxby locations, but none as rude and incompetent as this one. Sadly enough, the manager was the person who handled everything...go figure!! read more

Drove 25 minutes from our lake house because Zaxby's was the only fast food other than McDonalds around. Clean environment, nice drink machines with well mixed drinks, and the food was cooked well. Much better than most the Zaxby's I have been to. read more
