I was given antibiotics for the Cyclospora parasite. After about a month, I finally started getting relief this past weekend. I'm not holding Ruby Tuesday responsible for this, just advising.

The seats and table had needed to be wiped down. Service was a bit slow. The salad bar fid look fresh. The floors, tables, chairs, and bathroom need some attention. We ordered food and drinks. For some reason she upgraded my drink and I specifically told her not to. The upchatge was still on my receipt after me telling her I didn't ask for the uncharted. My first drink was ok, it seems like the uncharted was not more alcohol but instead more juice. The 2nd drink was ok. We did enjoy the salad bar. Ummmm, not sure if I'll return. If so, I would get the salad bar.

I was extremely -- and pleasantly -- surprised to find Miller's on Broadnax! I've been having lunch…read morewith coworkers who told me there weren't many good restaurants in Dadeville, and in previous days we'd driven quite a ways just to find decent food. So when I did a quick search and saw Miller's only five minutes from my worksite, I figured I'd give it a shot. I honestly wasn't expecting much. From the outside, the place looked surprisingly classy, and inside I was greeted and seated right away. My hostess -- who also turned out to be my waitress -- recommended the special of the day: a three-bone rib plate. That sounded good, so I ordered it with tangy coleslaw. She also suggested I try their bacon bourbon topping on the ribs. I'm usually a dry-rub guy, so I asked for the sauce on the side. When my food came out, I actually got four ribs -- and let me tell you, they were amazing. Probably the best ribs I've had this side of Memphis, Tennessee. I ate them dry but dipped into that bacon bourbon sauce every few bites, and before I was done I was tempted to lick the bowl clean. It was that good. The slaw, on the other hand, wasn't quite as tangy as I'd hoped -- a little underwhelming next to those incredible ribs -- but overall, the meal was fantastic. My waitress, Chloe (I hope I've got the name right!), was friendly, attentive, and kept my Dr. Pepper filled the entire time -- which always makes me happy. I thanked her for the recommendation and told her I'd definitely be back. I can't wait to bring my coworkers next time and show them what they've been missing at Miller's on Broadnax!

The bushwhacker is more creamy with a chocolate drizzle and is not as boozy as other places on the Lake. The Aperol Spritz transports me straight back to Austria or Italy! Delicious if you like grapefruit and very refreshing. The Blood Orange Marg is unique. All the above are the perfect refreshments for a hot afternoon at Lake Martin. This place is always packed in the summer, if you can find a slip or table! Definitely recommend getting a table asap and looking at the menu later. Also note that they have tricky hours, so definitely worth checking Google beforehand. For food: We ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp (more appetizer size than entree), the queso, and Grouper Bites. The shrimp were small but tasty. The queso was large and in my humble opinion could've been served with more chips. The Grouper Bites were very small fried pieces of fish-- a little overpriced imho. Overall great afternoon snacking.
