Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in America! Service is awful. Apps are supposed to speed things up. It's been 20 mins since placing an order on the app and for the past 10 mins it says they are preparing. Drive through hasn't moved in 10 mins. 10+ cars left. I sent my son inside to try and get it. This was my first time stopping at this location and the customer service was good. Considering that it was during lunch hours and the line was long it took me no time to receive my food. My order was correct and they gave me plenty of condiments and napkins. The food was hot and fresh and the quality was good compared to other locations. Need to fire employees all of the current ones of today's afternoon/evening shift, it was around 4:30 pm my husband I went into the establishment to order through dine-in. And I didn't catch the little girls name but she acted like she wanted to acknowledge people but her fake existence was just unmatched, she literally hid herself and didn't do anything for any customers, just because you have AI taking over with the upfront machines for orders doesn't mean that I want to deal with that, I wanted an actual person but noone assisted. I asked for steak for all my box items, but instead i got chicken in my cantina burrito, ground beef for my hard shell tacos, the ONLY thing that was correct from one of the boxes was the drink and that was sad, noone could read to comprehend basic English. It definitely wasn't noisy, as i said noone upfront to help, no assistance, no nothing. Food was cold, tasted stale here and there, so no eating at this establishment ever again isn't going to be my thing, I'm from the West Coast and even Taco Bell over there is the same way, the chain establishment needs to have people who take pride and care into their work who follow directions straight to the "T".... SO RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. i get to the window to pay, i hand him the money. He hands me my drink and ik i can be forgetful sometimes so i ask to make sure i gave him the right amount of money and he just snatches picking up the money and shows me and is giving me a rude annoyed look for like a whole minute. So I give him a rude look back at him for a minute and roll up my window and drive away. I work in customer service and I find the way he acted towards me VERY INAPPROPRIATE. I would never treat a customer like this even if I'm having a bad day. read more

Horrible food I ordered the chicken quesadilla and it was all sauce no cheese, the bread was microwaved to the bag, and tasted horrible. I also ordered the cantina chicken burrito it was just a lettuce onion burrito. I ask for sauce and they never give it. read more

Sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes waiting to order.. finally get to the speaker to order sat there for 10 more min saying hello and no response drove up to the window and the girl is standing there on her phone.. Me & my friends came in to order and starting filling out what we wanted on the screen. We couldn't even concentrate on what to pick because two employees were arguing the whole time. We finally put our order in and wait on our food. About 15 mins later, the holler my name that my food was ready. I take the bag and it has a guy named Mikey on it. So I give it back to the lady at the front saying it isn't mine. Then the other woman (who seems to be the bully of the group) starts hollering at her. Eventually, we finally get the food. None of our tacos or quesadillas had any sauce on them and our order was wrong. We could barely even hold a conversation without hearing them argue the whole time. We won't be back. read more

we got there at 7:47 pm, ordered on the tablets and didn't get our food until over an hour later. the manager was beyond rude. there was a lady door dashing that had been waiting longer then we were. there was a guy with diabetes and his blood sugar had dropped and they told his wife they didn't care and couldn't help. there was 6 workers and none of them cared, we questioned one boy after 30 minutes and he ignored. I go here regularly. The other day I was able to sit in for the 1st time in a while. The service was great. But I have had times where it was not so great and food was skimped out on things. I wish they would bring back the Mexican pizza. Prices go up and things added that take away from the tradition to me. read more

Please just go to the Taco Bell down the street because this one is terrible. The drinks were disgusting. The Baja Blast was way watered down and the pink lemonade was syrupy. The tables weren't very clean nor were the seats. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more
