The salons are always spotless, modern, and relaxing the moment you walk in. The staff are incredibly professional and welcoming, and they consistently do an amazing job. My pedicures always come out perfect! super detailed, never rushed, and they really take their time to make sure everything looks and feels great. The chairs are comfortable, the atmosphere is calm, and the whole experience feels like a little reset for the day. What I really appreciate is that the quality is consistent at both locations. Whether I go to Herriman or Bluffdale, I know I'm going to get the same level of care and attention. She did my nails exactly how I wanted them she took her time on each nail making sure it's the right length and that it was straight, she was so kind through the whole thing and didn't hurt my hand at all! My hands are super sensitive and I sometimes bite at the skin around it, she was the first nail tech I have ever had that hadn't hurt my hand not once! She said what she was doing and made sure everything looked good before she set it and I had brought in some nail charms she put them on without any question, told me what to do if they fell off, I've never been happier with my nails! The girls loved the special chairs, and it was a nice touch that they were each given drinks and treats during their visit, which made the experience feel extra special. One thing I especially appreciated was how understanding the staff was when one of my nieces decided she no longer wanted any nail services. They were incredibly patient and didn't make it an issue at all, which I thought was very thoughtful and kind. Unfortunately, we did have one issue with an older technician. While doing my daughter's nails, she was a little rough, and when my daughter said, "Ouch," the technician responded by saying, "It did not hurt," instead of being more gentle or reassuring. She didn't seem very comfortable working with young children, and I think she'd be better suited to adult clients. The biggest concern came when she asked if I wanted gel polish on my daughter's nails. I clearly said no because my daughter is only six years old. I was sitting beside my daughter during the pedicure, and regular polish was used on her toes. However, while I briefly stepped away to check on one of my nieces, the technician applied gel polish to my daughter's fingernails anyway, despite my clear instructions. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk, and he handled the situation professionally. He apologized, spoke with the technician, and removed the gel polish charge from my bill, which I appreciated. However, I still have to take my daughter somewhere to have the gel removed properly, which is inconvenient. It also made for a slightly uncomfortable conversation while the situation was being addressed. Aside from that one experience, everyone else we interacted with was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the salon was clean, and they did a great job making the girls feel welcome. With better attention to parents' requests and a more child-friendly approach from that one technician, this would have been an excellent visit.
