The services were terrific and the ladies that took care of us were great. My feet look fantastic and I enjoyed the chair massage as I waited for my nails to dry. The shape was so bulky, and she didn't file the acrylic down enough so the nails were super bumpy. Not only did it look nothing like the picture, they refused to acknowledge that the nails looked atrocious. They also refused to give me a refund and I was so upset that I didn't even fight it. I asked if they could at least just take them off and they wanted to charge me $20 and have me wait. So I just left and went somewhere to get them fixed. The other place I went to fixed them, and even mentioned that shellac nails did a horrible job. They literally gasped when they saw my nails! I ended up paying $75 for the ugliest nails I've ever seen. I didn't even get a design, chrome or a long set. They want to charge high prices for very low quality work. Please do not go here, they don't do good work, they refuse to refund or compensate you, the staff is rude, and they will make fun of the customer. Extremely unprofessional!! Knuckleheads like me come in with a picture we saw online of some beautiful nail art and expect someone to be able to recreate it. That's hard. I stopped by for a fill and was quickly welcomed in and the nail tech got right to work. He listened to my request to shorten my nails and change the shape-and I was very happy with how they looked after he filled them and get them all ready to become a canvas for some art. He gave it his best shot, but ultimately one of the other ladies in the shop had to come take over for him. She wasn't happy with some of his work and removed the paint and started over. I appreciate her perfectionism, but it did take a while for her to declare victory. Ultimately, I'm happy with how they turned out, even if it really wasn't anything like the picture.
