On Apple Maps it lists this nail salon as M. Vince nail salon. It's not part of their chain which was disappointing ( M. Vince salons are beautiful and offer many services). My mother had a wonderful girl named Tan, my daughter had Leon and he was wonderful too. Unfortunately the one who did my pedicure wasn't that great. My pedicure was 20 minutes shorter than my mom's and daughter, which was very upsetting. If I did go back I would most definitely make the appointment with either Tan or Leon. read more

I usually really love this place but today was not a good experience. First, the lady doing my nails, cut my cuticle and began to laugh about it. Before she stated, I showed a picture of what I was hoping for (included in review). Asked if she could do it, she said yes. She pulled out stickers of red roses when it was time to do the art. I told her that I didn't want them because they don't go with the colors that I've selected. She got frustrated and called another lady over. Finally after several minutes, I said to do a spring flower that's similar. Didn't get anything close to what I was hoping for. I get that art ain't for everyone, but tell me you don't feel comfortable doing that design. Truly think these nails are ugly, but I don't want to spend more money to try to get them fixed (picture included of what I got). read more

My friend recommended this nail place because, the first time I went it was with TQ. She did an amazing job After going once I was so excited to go again, I waited Until I got my paycheck and went a day before my homecoming. I ended up getting my nails done by an older lady. She completely rushed the process, didn't ask me if anything looked good, and looked NOTHING like the pictures at all. She didn't make sure the color la or design were even or right and was just being very rude. I was so upset because i was so excited to get them done and I basically payed for her to mess up my nails. I ended up going to a friends not even an hour later so she could file them off and at least make them look a little better for homecoming. My other friend who recommended me this place said that the same lady messed up her nails as well, leaving us BOTH IN TEARS . Love coming here, they aren't usually that busy and can always get you in, but Sundays seem to be their busiest day. Reservations not needed and they're not the best at keeping them since I dont think they actually write it down. They kind of just base wait time off how many people they have at the moment. They are still really great service, fast service when they can and they actually listen to what you want. They dont try to up sell you like other places. Love the prices and I always come back to them. One time I waited an hour because they had an influx of people came back and they still had a-lot of people, came back a second time and was content with they're work. I literally wish I could give this place zero stars. I went in for a pedicure. The water was freezing cold which I told them. This guy kept pushing my feet back in the water as I was taking them out. Did very little work on my actual nails. Put one coat of gel polish on and was done. I've never had such a horrible pedicure. I was in there for 30 minutes and 10 of it I was sitting there with freezing cold water waiting for someone. My rating would be 4* because the service quality is good. The thing that brings this rating down is the inability to accurately reflect the anticipated wait times. I arrived on a busy Saturday with no appointments. I was told someone would be with my quickly and to wait. Each person entering was told the same. Then the one manager who works the service order comes to everyone sitting and asks whose next? It is up to the customers to remember their order. As each client is assigned to a chair they then wait for up to another 30+ minutes for a service provider to start their service. At one time I saw one individual working quickly across 4 clients at 4 different stations. She was fast and good but it certainly isn't a high end service. All in it too an hour and 40 minutes to get a standard gel manicure. I had the time so it wasn't a huge deal but I would have preferred to have been told there was an hour wait and I could have run errands during that time rather than sitting at a station for 40 minutes watching everyone either wait or get their mani. I'm satisfied with the manicure and my last gel from here lasted the full 2 weeks. At $30 that is a decent price. I will try making an appointment next time but that didn't seem to make much difference. UPDATE: since my first review I've become a regular. I get a dip gel mani for $40+ tip. Great price. As long as I time my visit with slower times I can get in a chair with a reasonable wait. I don't make appointments. Some providers are better than others in terms of care of service but the end result is always good quality. My dip gel lasts 3-4 weeks. read more

She put me with a manicurist who had less English speaking skills than her. The manicurist proceeded to quickly cut my nails very short (into skin) and then pulled out the fake nails. I pulled my hands away and had to say over and over and draw that I did not want false nails but a gel manicure. She filed my nails very short and also crooked. I had red nails and wanted blue and white dots. Again I had to draw. She was very very rude. Was rough. I do not recommend going there. I will post a pic also. Worst nails I've had in a long time. I felt good about them when I left, but within one day most of them were chipping. Once the paint started coming off, I realized the shape of my nails was just atrocious. I bought the 12$ manicure, just normal polish. They asked me to pay before the service, which I though "okay makes sense". I handed the girl a 20$ bill and received back 5$. I didn't tell her to take a tip, but she did it anyways. I love this place. My mom and I come frequently for gel nails and pedicures and we always leave satisfied. The spa is clean and the technicians are nice. I also think the prices are more than fair. You can get a deluxe pedicure and gel manicure for 60 bucks which is I think is super reasonable especially because the manicures last at least 3 weeks, sometimes more depending on care. I have shown the technicians pictures of what I want my nails to look like and they always turn out like the picture if not better.The only bad side is they have limited pedicure colors, and I wish they would get some new ones but I've brought some from home for them to use on my toes and its worked great. I definetly recommend everyone coming here if you want great service at a great price. read more

I have had to wait over a half hour in some cases before even getting to a chair. At that point I'm probably waiting another 15 minutes for someone to start the service. Also, since they are unprepared for my appointment, this means they do not sit me at the same time as my friends, whom I made the appointment with. This place is the place to go if you want your nails ruined. The man who did my nails hurt me while taking off my dipped nail polish. Normal places sand down the nail a bit, and then put a cotton ball with remover on, then sand off the remaining polish. This man used a "nail cleaning KNIFE/BLADE" (I looked it up and that's what it's called) to take my polish off. My nails got torn apart and it was painful. I thought at one point my pinky nail was going to come off. Afterwards, I asked if I could get a refund, and they tried telling me they don't do refunds but they would "fix" them. Eventually they gave after I showed the picture of my nails, but they gave me an attitude about it, and at the end told me, "for future reference, if you aren't satisfied, tell them before they complete the service." Like I was just going to leave my nails like that?! I would not recommend these people to anyone. Terrible customer service. read more

The reason why I am rating 4 out of 5 stars is because she didn't tell me how much I owed, but just took my card and charged it for $35 right away. While waiting for my husband to pick me up, I noticed their rates on the wall and a back-fill was $40 (or $45), with a regular acrylic fill being $25... I had a regular fill with gel polish so I wasn't sure why I was charged so much more without it being explained to me (I know gel is typically an extra cost wherever you go, but $10 more?!), but I let it go because I am happy with them.
