They didn't talk to us much because I think their English wasn't completely fluent, but they smiled and were really good. Have been here several times and it has been good until today. I was taken from my nice comfy pedicure chair to a regular chair so that my toenails could be painted while resting on a chicks knee and then on a trash can. Not very classy and highly disappointing. An amazing place. I have been to my share of nail salons, I came here because it was close to my house and I didn't have time to go to my regular place, only came back here after that. They are so personable, they do an amazing job, my favorite is sang because she is so detailed oriented. They are all great though ! They are busy at times, so I would call to make an appointment, but if you can't, you will not wait too long as they are always fully staffed and very efficient. The two ladies that usually take care of the salon and appointments are very personable and will make recommendations based on what is best for you. I love them! read more

I went in to get my lips & eyebrow waxed , right when I walked in they didn't even address me . When I approached the lady & informed her that I wanted a wax , she asked me if I could wait & I said sure & she said it'll only take about 10 minutes . Another customer there was waiting for her appointment, but then came in another customer who had no appointment just walking in & she was helped before me & the other customer . I planed for my mom and I to get our nails done. I had called before going in and asked for the price of a full gel set, whoever I was on the phone with said the were $15. When we had got them done and I went to pay for it they said the total was $36 something, for mine and my moms nails. Today on my bank statement I was charged $60 then when I go in for my money back they had a different price on their board. They gave false information and stole my money. Some ladies there aren't too nice either. They don't speak English then suddenly other workers there are over you laughing at something wrong about your nails. They have been doing my nails for 5 months now, The environment is very familiar, all of the nail techs are very nice people and as time passes and keep getting your nails done they'll get to know you and it's something sooo sweet, sometimes the time wait is different than what you originally expected but it's modestly because they're overcrowded and don't have enough nail techs but overall the best place I've ever been it I love TQ. read more

I used to love this spa, but I've noticed that they never keep appointments and they are so busy, they have to split my party of three because they can't manage three pedicure chairs together. I won't ever come here again.I was here for two hours when all I wanted was a fill. Other salons can paint on the ombre look, but this one said they had to do it with powder, and had to take off my old nails. Then when he was halfway done with the first hand, he told me he'd never done it before. It looked ridiculously, comically bad when he was done, so I had to get a color over the top. They did discount my fee by $10, but I don't think they should have been paying for the color at all. Probably not for the full set that I had to hide. If he had been honest from the beginning and said he couldn't do it, I would have had a fill and a color, and been there for 45 minutes. read more

There is no one at the front desk, they just yell at you from their nail stations so everyone in the salon looks at you. It makes you feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. They have me dirty looks and spoke their native language the entire time, stopping only to laugh at what I can only assume was me. I will never be coming to this dump again! Pay a few dollars more to go elsewhere, it'll be worth it! read more

She's rude and doesn't speak enough English to understand phone conversations beyond making appointments and will yell at you if you try to explain something to her. Horrible, I went in because I had a groupon, first problem the water to soak my nails was very cold, then they just dumped it in my foot water which splashed on my legs (thanks for the cold water down my legs very relaxing) , second issue she cut me and made me bleed not once but twice! I got gel on my nails and she up sales me on some design which was fine because I saw a cute design I wanted to try on pintrest, which the lady said she could do, wrong the art looked like my little niece did it, but the last and worst of it is, the gel is all lumpy, even my husband noticed and thinks it was horribly done... I finally stopped going there because I kept getting nicked with the drills they use on my nails. I walked out of their bleeding THREE TIMES!!! The last time I was bleeding from two different fingers! And yes, I kindly asked them to please slow down, as I realized they were under a time constraint but I would appreciate attention being paid to the task at hand. I don't think they understood what I was asking. This past Saturday I went for a pedicure (I figured it was safe) and my fault...somehow I got cut under the nail on my big toe. LOVE this place. I just did the spa pedicure and it was awesome! The guy who did my nail did a way good job. I love how they involved me in what they were doing- asking if the length/shape was okay rather than just doing it per their preference. Salon is nice and clean- you don't get a "gunky" feel. The staff is nice and polite even if you decline extra services /upgrades- they don't make you feel uncomfortable. I will definitely be back! read more

I came just for a pedicure,they have a price sheet that had all of the pricing and services,i picked the deluxe pedi which included nail matinance,a scrub, paraffin,and a hot stone massage.They offerd me a bottled water,i was blown away I've never had such good service in a nail salon. This is my favorite place to go for a pedicure. I like to go during the day, it seems to be less busy. If you are bringing a group, be sure to make an appointment. We had a little trouble with that when we went for my birthday. I don't care for the paraffin wax on my feet so they always give me the option of the hot rock massage on my legs. It. Is. Heaven! My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely day today at Nail Spa for her 21st birthday. We each got a full set of nails and a pedicure and the price was very reasonable, not to mention the fact that or nails and toes look great, that in and of itself is reason enough to return to this salon. But the staff here is wonderful. We were worked on today by two of the sweetest gentlemen, they were so pleasant and chatted with us animatedly while they worked. The owner is a lovely woman, I met her originally when the salon first opened. She is a smart woman is providing excellent service, uses quality products, has reasonable prices, and an exceptional staff. I have recommended them before and will recommend them again. This used to be my go to place until last month. This new girl joined 3 weeks back, never seen her before gave me the quickest possible pedicure in the worst way possible. When I tried communicating with her while she was at it, she wouldn't listen since missy was on headphones talking on the phone throughout the service. Not to forget the bleeding toe that she gave me. I had to literally come home and scrub my feet again to see dead skin coming out. It doesn't end here. I also needed my acrylic paint removed and just wanted to give my nails a break so didn't want shellac or acrylic done again. Anyway she starts to remove them with the nail tools and gave me a big scratch and I yelped in pain. I asked her if it would be better to soak them. Honestly most girls there would soak your nails in warm water mixed with acetone but this one - NOPE! Finally after I requested it she got the bowl and put one hand in and started scraping the other again. At this point she had hurt my right hand at 3 different spots, not to forget my middle fingers nail literally came off from the skin on the side and I said you need to soak it and she started working on the other hand meanwhile. She was in such a hurry and it was a Friday afternoon and not like evening where it's extremely busy. I don't know if she was doing this so that she could earn tips which I'm all for but for this service and attitude I don't encourage any tips. Finally i signed the receipt with no tips and she didn't say thank you or anything, in fact I said that while leaving. With this attitude she won't last long since all the other girls here are so nice, in fact the boys are amazing at nails too. Not going back to her for sure. read more

Was given a $25.00 gift cert for my birthday but when I went to redeem it they wouldn't honor it. They said they would "give me $11.00 off my next visit" instead. My daughter got a $30 gel manicure that chipped off on all nails and lifted off of two of her nails completely three days later. That's just bad application. There are much better salons out there. Went today at lunch with a friend. Nice shop, friendly staff and good service. Happy with my pedi and will definitely return. They offer a punch card that gives you $25 after 10 visits . My only complaint, and the reason for fair rating, is that the two girls giving my friend and I our pedis were talking so loudly to each other that we had to yell at each other if we wanted to talk. Pedicures should be a quiet, calm event and if it happens during next visit I will probably ask them to talk quietly or maybe just not return. read more

I was the only person in there on a Saturday late afternoon the guy hurried on my nails and they are awful, they are all different lengths, not straight at all and they are already losing the shellac. I have been going here for 5 years+. Love the people, felt like they were family. Recently 4 of us went to manies and pedis. Like before my daughter was tight on money and decided to go with polish instead of gel due to the extra cost. She literally woke up the next morning missing polish on three fingers, this was about the 5th time she had to go back to get something fixed. Like I said we love the people so we kept returning. I called to see if because of the trouble we'd been through in the past if they would replace the polish with gel to make it right, since we have an important upcoming family event. Not only did she get charged the extra for the gel, I spoke to the owner and basically got accused of wanting free service like I had ever requested anything like that before. For us this was the last straw, my daughter had previously said she wasn't going back due the troubles we've had in the past and let it go. Moral to the story..... not matter how good of a customer, exceptional tipper or how long you've been loyal, they don't care about you!!!! Only you're money. Lost a good customer for $15. read more

I went with my mother and sister. We had a living social coupon. So it was a great deal. The ambiance was great. Very soothing, warm, inviting place. But each of us had a different experience with the employees. My mother had two associates work on her toes and hands. One was very thorough and did a great job. The other, although chatty and kind, was so quick and not very thorough that my mother left with bloody cuticles. Plus it was so dark inside (although smartly decorate and made it feel like a spa) she couldn't see the pain colors very well. My sister had a mani/pedi as well and her employee was super ornery and rude. I had a manicure done and it was pretty good. Though I hated the nail dust and dirt left underneath my nails after she filed them down. Plus she had to keep answer the phone, making appointments, and greeting other customers as they came in. Not completely attentive on me. Overall, it was okay. None of us will be going back again though. Reasonably priced. read more

I'm not sure why there are such bad reviews. I have had a really good experience every time I've come in. I only get pedicures but every one has been great. It's very clean and sanitary and the women work really hard. The designs they paint on your nails are really beautiful and intricate. This is my favorite place to go and I love not having to drive across the valley for a good pedicure. I can stay here in West Jordan. read more
