I have been a resident of Nine15 for more than two years. The location is really convenient near grocery stores and restaurants. I love that the community is pet friendly and the various resident events we have. The staff from the concierge, maintenance and front office is amazing, they're always available if you are in need of something. Nayeli has been great in helping to get things taken care of like work orders and really in concern in a timely manner. She made my lease renewal so easy amongst other requests. Concierge staff and Stephen are helpful and delightful people at Nine15 Midtown Apartments. Our move-in process had a little hiccup with the loading dock but otherwise was an easy process. I had the (mis)fortune of selecting this property as my residence during my 16-month stay in Atlanta. The property itself is nice, well appointed, and the location seemed perfect being only blocks from my office. And that's where the positives end. A combination of lax security, higher-end tenants, and a management staff that is busier covering their butts than actually fixing security issues makes it a magnet for crime. Home invasion, property thefts, vehicle break-ins, bicycle theft, stabbing across the street, multiple shootings, bird scooter-riding phone thieves... and that's just in the last 30 days before we moved out! The worst part of it is that management places more effort into covering things up, silencing the resident victims, and trying to convince bad reviewers to remove their posts than actually putting in an effort to make the property more secure and livable. By the way, the ground unit that we used to live in turned into a drug house that got full gear raided by Atlanta PD just a few weeks ago - only after months of residents complaining to management and police about all of the obvious and visible dealing. To management: don't even try to contact me. You had 15 months to make things right so I don't even want to hear from you! read more

The location of this building could not be better. Having nine restaurants on this block alone makes it a prime area for walkable living. The leasing staff: Shayla, Hanna, Brooke, and Royce are absolutely wonderful people and the reason why I moved here to Nine15 Midtown. They're knowledgeable, welcoming, funny, and resourceful. By far this is my favorite property in the midtown area. When I first laid eyes on this property about 4 weeks ago, I said to myself let me check this complex out. It was the best decision I made. As I entered the property, I was greeted by Concierge (Fatimaand she was simply amazing!! When I arrived to the leasing office, Shayla was simply AMAZING!! I was blowed away with her personality as I was just sold before seeing the unit. When I arrived at the unit, I was simply blowed away. The unit was extremely nice and the amenities are immaculate. My favorite is the Sports Bar if I had to choose one of the amenities I love the best. Outside of the apartment, I actually feel like family here. Royce, another leasing consultant helped me take measurements in my new unit as well. His personality is simply amazing and welcoming. As I continued to establish my foundation with this property, the Property Manager Brooke gave me the best experience ever as I been here for years. I haven't moved in this property yet and simply can't wait to join the family here at Nine15. I highly recommend if you're looking for a great residence in midtown, simply this is the place you want to be. Great location and center to everything in midtown!!! read more

This is definitely the place to be in Midtown. Location is convenient to pretty much everything- Publix across the street, tons of restaurants, walking distance from my office building. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming. I've went around to quite a few complexes in the area and nothing else could compare. Ridiculous parking fees, amenity fees, no guest parking, robotic management and subpar square footage for the cost. Thanks again to Lee for showing me around. She made the transition for me so easy and her energy is unbeatable. Looking forward to being here for awhile. read more

The property here looks great, Wood Residential did build a very nice property. Other reviews mention noise problems, I haven't had those. I did have one horrible neighbor that I had to deal with for months. He was a total moron and I'm willing to bet that most of the other reviewers who complained of noise lived near that guy. If you get lucky with your neighbors, you won't hear nary a peep. I saw one person who said they could hear their neighbor stomping around upstairs. All I can say is that person must've been really effing loud, that's not something I've dealt with in two years living here. And they managed it really really well too. My leasing agent was always responsive, and they were always willing to comp me whenever their actual perceived service didn't match up to the high standards a luxury apartment complex demanded. For example, they had promised me that I could swap apartments with another resident when I wanted a one bedroom and they wanted a two bedroom. When it turned out that they couldn't make the request happen smoothly as they promised me, they comped me a month on the new lease. I had to essentially move twice, once into a vacant apartment and again into the unit I had wanted. At the time I thought it was worth it, though if I knew they were in the process of selling the property I would have opted to move. This review would be five stars if the team at Wood were still managing the property. The only reason it's two stars is because the property is really nice. The management company really does make all the difference when you're paying this much to live somewhere. You want professionals that know how to handle discerning, demanding customers. These guys aren't them. The new management company, Lincoln Property Group, brought in a new leasing staff that jettisoned that kind of service out of the window. They totally botched the transition, forcing me to go to the bank on my own time and get a cashier's check to keep my rent current. No online payment possible. They eliminated the utilities provider and foisted a bunch of nickel-and-diming shysters on us that will do their best to charge you $10.25 for the privilege of taking your payment. You can pay through online bill pay through your bank to avoid $4 of that fee, bringing it in line with what Minol used to charge, $6.25. Or, you know, mail a check. The problem with using online bill pay is that you have to remember to send the payment, they don't remind you other than to mail you a bill, otherwise they slap you with a $25 late fee. This makes me absolutely, unreasonably, ridiculously furious. I tried talking to Lisa Mohr to make my issues known but the only way they tried to "help" was to try to convince me that I didn't have a problem. First rule of customer service, if you can't solve a customer's issue, failure to escalate to someone who can makes you look either uncaring or incompetent. At this price point both are unacceptable. I feel violated, trapped in a contractual relationship, that I'm finally getting out of, with morons I didn't sign a contract with, that just don't know what they're doing or what shoes they trying to fill. Like 90% of the interactions I had with them were negative. You have to work really hard to be that bad. Remember, my relationship with the previous managers was outstanding. These guys are absolutely awful. I waited 6 months to post this review to see if I'd cool down and relax. Nope. I still hate them. I read one of the other reviews where they wouldn't even allow early termination of the lease in the event of *death* of the lessee. Unbelievable, but I'm absolutely not surprised. No response from LPG so what does that tell you. It's like they transplanted the leasing staff from a property out in the sticks whose used to dealing with drug dealers, methheads and deadbeats to the most premium living space in Atlanta. A true shame and I hate to see the potential of this place go to waste. Just pray you don't have a problem, as I'm doing until I can finally go do business with some professionals. Ladies and gents, do your homework before you sign a lease on a swanky new pad. Make sure your management company's business model doesn't involve selling their developments shortly after they're built. Otherwise you'll end up like me, bitter, disgusted, and violated, forced to keep sending these idiots $2400 a month until my lease is finally up. I now have a list of management companies who I will never do business with, and Wood nor LPG are both on that list. I've asked a handful of residents whether they were renewing their lease, I haven't had a single one say yes. Maybe they'll treat new residents better, who knows. But with so many other options out there right now for luxury apartment living in Midtown, there's no point in hanging around here. Atlantic House is also owned by LPG so I won't be looking there. read more

Read this before you decided to commit to this "luxury apartment". I lived on the 21st floor along with my partner, we were the first people on our level and staid through the buildings change in ownership (Alta Midtown to 915). While the building was new everything seemed ok, but the build quality of the apartments did not take long to show. The roof of our penthouse leaked six times and had to be patched and painted, Our air conditioning unit stopped working and needed to be replaced (2 months waiting), the sink handle in the kitchen broke three times, and the sink in the bathroom literally fell off. Additionally, we had three of our cars broken into, management's solution was telling us to leave the car's unlocked! While we loved some of the employes we were disappointed in the overall service provided. Every time I would walk into the courtyard I would have to walk around piles of dog fecal matter and plug my nose. Building management simply didn't do their part in taking care of the property, If you decide to look at the building please check the grills and see if they have been fixed, or that the water fountain in the courtyard is even working! If you are looking to live in the low rise, be warned that the elevator shaft will always smell like trash because the building garbage dump is right beside it and if you walk from the courtyard into the parking deck you will often have to jump over pee from dogs who couldn't quite make it outside. Overall I could write an entire essay on the reasons why you would not want to be apart of this place, but if you choose to stay you will probably find out. ;) We paid almost 10k a month to live in a college dorm. read more

Don't let the looks of this property fool you. Just take a walk around outside and see what junk/trash people keep on their balconies. What an eyesore. Poorly built. Just read some of the other reviews. If you like barking dogs - this is the place for you. Can hear them barking all night and especially when they keep the dogs on their balcony. Such a nuisance and management does not seem to care. Also, big drug distribution center. Full out DEA drug bust and raid in a unit on the ground floor of the mid - rise section. 24 hour activity reported to management and police for several months before anything happened to these criminal and their patrons. Location is absolutely perfect, but staff is horrible. They rarely answer the phone, and have the rudest disposition. There are constant car break-ins, and we are constantly receiving notice of what broken on the property. And to add gasoline to the fire my husband was racially profiled by another resident! A middle aged white man stopped my husband (literally) putting his arm in his wall space and tried to prevent him from accessing the resident elevators. He continuously asked my husband if he lived here and what floor he lived on. Security witnessed the entire encounter and informed the man that not only was my husband a tenant but lived in the building for much kinder than he had. I have yet to hear back from management about resolving this issue. We are back and forth between Atlanta and Chicago and we would allow our family or friends to stay at our place when we are not there, and they have also had issues where management has asked them if they are sub-leasing etc. I am absolutely offended by the behavior of the management. To pay over $2000 I wouldn't allow my dog to live here. I work in entertainment, and I have previously suggested to many of my co-workers who do a lot of work in Atlanta that this a great place to stay due to its accessibility, but I retract my statement completely! There are plenty of amazing building in midtown that offer the same (if not better) amenities, have the same accessibility, but a much more respectable and upstanding staff. Never again. Shayla and Royce are the two in the leasing office with the worst attitudes. Royce did my first walk through of the apartment when I signed the lease and didn't bother nor try to remember me as a resident. I'm surprised that they are still there and if I can get paid to be rude I would probably stay there too. read more

It has been a year since we moved in here. The community is nothing less than a Paradise. I fell in love with the city and the community the very first day we toured the apartment. I was astonished by their excellent amenities, brand new and latest stainless steel appliances, Island kitchen with great lighting, floor to ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the city and the biggest private patio. We were the first residents to move in ever since the mid rise opened, after that many new residents started moving here and all units got filled pretty quickly. Maintenance issues were fixed in a jiffy by Jason. Thanks to him and the entire team for being so nice and quick. The new management team is doing a really nice job, they are full of energy. The front office staff are so warm and welcoming with a beautiful smile on their face that would brighten up even a dull boring day ..The apartment is located in the heart of the city having publix, restaurants, beauty salon and what not...just within few steps..Marta is right across the street providing easy commute from place to place. Every single day I wake up to the beautiful sky scrapers and busy roads to call it the most happening place that keeps my day alive. As a newly married couple, we have been making a lot of beautiful memories here and thats why the apartment will always remain close to our heart. Thanks for everything! When I moved into this apartment complex, it was under the name Alta Midtown and the staff was amazing! Everyone was great ,from the leasing agents to the maintenance staff!! They all were soo friendly and extremely professional but it all changed when the new company 915 took over! I had an issue arise so I began corresponding with the agent Lisa Mohr and realize that was the worst mistake ever! Not only did she give me erroneous information, her response was "I've been doing this job for years". I politely informed her that although she's probably been doing this job for years, she may want to consider a little training refresher. The rent is high and the floor layout was awkward but I accommodated because the area was convenient and the staff was great but ,now that I've moved on, I realize there are much better complexes with great amenities and staff! Do yourself a favor and check out other communities first! read more

Lived here for over a year and am completely disgusted with the new management staff. My father died in the building two weeks ago and they have showed very little remorse. We are still being charged a $3,500 termination fee despite circumstances, we are expected to pay rent but because our name is not on the lease we are not allowed to pay & were informed that our only option (as told by management) is to let the bill go to collections, and we haven't been offered any support besides a few "I'm sorry's". The new management staff is not accomadiating at all and they are extremely heartless. Their staff is enough to make me never want to live in an apartment complex associated with this owner again. read more

It is my sincere wish to save prospective tenants from the stress, frustration, and actual danger they will experience if they choose to move to Nine15 Midtown. My husband and I have been residents for almost a year, and in that time both our car and our storage unit have been broken into. I am prompted to finally write this review because our neighbor's apartment was brazenly broken into in the middle of the day. Fortunately she was not home, but I shudder to think what might have happened if she had been. Everyone who lives in Midtown knows (or should know) that crimes are going to happen. My issue with the current property management (Lincoln Property Company) is their seeming inability or unwillingness to keep residents informed and address these issues in a reasonable manner. Our car was broken into despite the supposed "secure entry" for residents that only allows residents into the upper three levels of the parking deck. The only problem is that the "secure entry" basically only stops cars. There are numerous stairwells, occasionally inhabited by the homeless, which allow access to every floor of the garage, either because the doors are broken or access is not restricted. Our storage unit (located in a room with many others) was broken into and sat OPEN for several days before we discovered it, even though someone else had reported a break in to the management office. The excuse for not contacting us was that they didn't know who rented our unit as their records were spotty. Because they are attempting (and failing) at maintaining the facade that this is a safe location, they never sent an email out to residents attempting to ascertain whose unit it was. I was told by two different members of the leasing staff that they were looking into possible solutions to protect the storage area. My suggestions of 1) a camera or 2) key fob only access to the storage room were apparently not of interest to them. No one expects a completely impossible to penetrate security system. What I do expect is that a company who claims they have 97% occupancy in a building where the average rent is well over $2000 a month would be willing to shell out a few hundred bucks for a camera or to change elevator access. The office has been told, multiple times by multiple tenants, where the "blind-spots" in security are within the building and garage. There is, as expected, a ton of "passing the buck" happening between the leasing office and the owner of the building, with most employees claiming they have suggested things to the owner and that Lincoln Properties is not having it. Perhaps if the leasing office spent less time worrying about "leasing" as well as memorizing talking points for when disgruntled tenants bring issues to their attention they might be able to accomplish enough to keep their current tenants. As it stands, there was never an email to residents about the storage room being broken into. There was never an email to me (as promised) detailing what steps were being taken about the storage room. In the past few weeks the individual storage units in the resident hallways were broken into (again no email) and now my neighbor's apartment. I think that Nine15 Midtown and Lincoln Properties are going to find out eventually that it's cheaper and easier to keep current tenants happy than to rent to new ones, but for the time being they are more interested in denial, obfuscation, and blame-shifting. I expect some sort of response might be made to my review, and if there is one I can assure you I will take it as seriously as they take resident safety-that is - NOT AT ALL. read more

Most callous and heartless management and leasing staff I've ever dealt with. My dad lived here and died in the building and the management staff saw the ER come and take him away. You would think they would have some sort of compassion when we come down to talk with them a couple of days later to ask them about terminating the lease. They told us that they will not make any exceptions to their fees and we are still expected to pay the $6,000 termination fee. They also preceded to tell us they don't need to do anything to help us because it isn't their fault he died. On top of telling us that management suggested they not send any flowers or any other condolences. Live here if all you want is a pretty place with cold heartless people who clearly only care about money. I'm sure my father would be saddened to know that the place he lived and loved for the past 2 years treats his family like this after he dies. read more
