That said, the pricing is very high and clearly reflects an emergency-only business model. This company appears to specialize in last-minute or crisis calls and charges a premium for that. If you're stuck and need someone right away, they can be an option--just be prepared for top-tier emergency pricing. For anything planned or budget-conscious, you may want to look elsewhere.

Hello there AAA Affordable Plumbing,…read more A couple of months ago, we called "AAA Affordable Plumbing." And, Just like a couple of years ago, they stood by their plumbing services as we had our whole house plumbed inside and underneath our home, completely. However on this visit, Adnan's father was in the hospital, but he still worked with our combined schedules, and he even shopped for our new bathroom facet and handled the pipe under the bathroom counter for us. We are almost 80 years old. And, we are so fortunate that we found this honest company after having such bad luck with another plumber about 3 years ago. Not all of their reviews are in the same area, but I managed to find their over 1,200 reviews and they are all wonderful. We highly recommend this outstanding, honest, and hardworking company. Thanks so much again, Adnan, and we hope your dad recovered from his illness. Thanks so much for being there for us!! Bill and Loretta Sylvia Fremont, CA 94538

BEWARE. Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing…read more After spending tens of thousands of dollars with them over the years, we were shocked by the lack of customer service and professionalism we received. I simply requested copies of 12 invoices that were already in our account records, and their operations manager, Dawn, informed me that I would be charged $75/hour just for the invoices to be emailed to me. When I politely asked whether the fee could be waived as a courtesy given our long business relationship, I was told that because we had not used their services in the past few years, they would not reconsider the charge. The interaction felt more focused on collecting additional fees than maintaining client relationships or acting with good faith and integrity. I have honestly never dealt with a company that seemed so driven by money over customer service. Needless to say, we will gladly be taking our business elsewhere. 5/22/26- UPDATE: I would like to correct several inaccurate statements made in the company's public response. The primary issue here is not simply the invoices; it is the overall pattern of overcharging for services while providing poor customer service and then becoming defensive when questioned. Over the years, we spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company. After eventually obtaining competing bids for similar plumbing work, we realized we had been paying substantially above market rates for many of the jobs performed. That is ultimately why we stopped using this company after 2022. Unfortunately, this invoice situation only reinforced the concerns we already had regarding pricing and business practices. On top of that, I was told I would be charged $75/hour simply to have existing invoices emailed to me. As someone who manages properties and works with vendors regularly, I can confidently say that emailing archived invoices is a routine administrative task. In fact, I personally compiled and emailed over 30 invoices to a client within a few minutes that same day. That is why the explanation and additional charge felt excessive and unreasonable. For the record, I provided verification immediately when it was requested. At no point did I refuse or fail to provide documentation. I was transparent about who I was, the property involved, and why the invoices were needed. I was also polite and respectful throughout every interaction with staff. I never threatened or harassed anyone yet Dawn was very aggressive with me insisting i pay her the $75. Instead of addressing the customer service concern professionally, the company chose to publicly attack my character and reference unrelated Yelp reviews, which I believe speaks for itself. After this review was posted, the owner attempted to contact me and offered to provide the invoices at no charge. However, by that point, the issue was no longer about the invoices themselves, it was about trust, professionalism, pricing practices, and how the situation was handled from the beginning. Customers can draw their own conclusions from this interaction. My review reflects my honest experience, and unfortunately, the company's response has only reinforced my concerns regarding transparency, customer service, and the value received for the prices charged.

I had a fantastic experience working with Khan and his team to fix a water leak near my front yard…read morewater meter. My nightmare started when I received an email alert from ACWD about 24-hr continuous water usage as recorded by the water meter suggesting a leak. While i am positive the leak is outdoors, there was no wet spots to be seen. And the leak progressively got worse and worse and went from 7+gal /hr (threshold ACWD use for alerts) eventually to 90+gal/hr just over 3 days. My path back to happiness & serenity began first with a kind ACWD staff member who came to check on the meter to rule out problems on their end and helped pointed out the suspected leak location around the meter (which is next to a lovely, yet evil tree..). After a scheduled leak detection company re-confirmed the spot, Khan's team responded quickly to provide an estimate and was able to quickly work on it. They dug up the area and efficiently repaired two issues: a larger leak in the fire sprinkler line (90+gal / hr) and a smaller, long-term leak (3 gallons/hour) in the house main line that had been draining for over a year. Now my usage report is clean with 0 usage when no water use in house. Khan and his team are professional, fair, prompt, and a true pleasure to work with. They cut out the tree roots causing the issue and replaced the cracked PVC pipes with durable copper lines built to last. I highly recommend their services and absolutely loved their positive and friendly attitude. Would definitely love to work with them again, and glad they are located close to where i live!
