Dishonest company where the plumber opened up a drywall where the shower handle was, noticed that there was some scaring from 10 years ago when they installed 2x4 and said we had to pay for a second person to stand by with fire extinguisher. All plumers I talked to said this was a ripoff and Nobody does this and is not required by law. Do yourself a favor and use a different plumber. *BE WARNED - THIS COMPANY IS ENGAGING IN FRAUDULENT PRACTICES* I am sharing this experience to warn others about this company engaging in deceptive and fraudulent practices. I have a long history with this company, using their services since I bought my house in 2011 and even referring them to friends and family. However, a recent service call for a leaking toilet and two faucet replacements revealed a significant shift in their business conduct. When I initially called, a representative named Karen quoted me a rate of $220 for the first hour and $110 for each subsequent hour. However, when the plumber, Jr., arrived, he informed me that the rate was actually $220 per hour for every, a direct contradiction of what I was told. When I called them back, Karen changed her story and told me, she said $110 for 1/2 hour. The deception continued when we discussed the cost of the faucet replacements. Jr. claimed that each replacement would take approximately three hours, bringing the total cost to around $1,200. This seemed excessive, so I checked online. Lowe's website stated that a similar installation should take less than an hour. The most shocking part of the visit was a $40 parts charge for a toilet flush gasket replacement. I questioned the high price, and the plumber confirmed it with his supervisor. Later, I discovered the same gasket sells for less than $1.50 at Home Depot. Based on this experience, I believe this company is not only vastly overpriced but is also knowingly misleading customers through inflated labor times and material costs. Please be cautious if you consider hiring them. [Aug 25 - 12:36P] Just saw a note from this company that they think charging $40 for a $1.50 part is pretty fair. This place was an insult to my intelligence. The guy shows up to my place to fix my toilet in the third floor- with NO tools. Well, what do you know, he couldn't fix it with his bare hands. He then goes back down to his truck for 15 minutes like it's the first toilet he ever fixed. This was clearly all on cue from the main office. I had things to do, and this guy was taking long snoozes in his truck like he was diagnosing open heart surgery. I'll never use them again. The only reason for the extra star is that they DID fix the toilet, but wasted my afternoon. Just charge me for a toilet repair ($400-600!), and let me get on with my day. read more

Bought a new refridgerator and it did not have a "drinking water" dispencer, so no need for the valve in the back which kept the fridge from getting closer to the wall, in order to even walk in my very small kitchen area. After sending two different employees out to investigate, they were no closer to finding the source of the leak. They gave me zero confidence in their abilities. Had Above All Plumbing come out to troubleshoot a high end kitchen faucet. Rick found the problem which necessitated me calling the faucet manufacturer to see if it was still under warranty. It was so I had them ship me the part that was bad. Rick said to call when I received the part and he would schedule a visit to install. He came out and installed the part and the faucet is working like when we bought it. Rick was fast and took great care in our recently remodeled kitchen. In addition, I asked him about a leaking hose bib outside. He looked at it and installed a new one in minutes saving me another visit. I could not be happier with Above All's service. Well- I have worked with this company a few times and the issues increase with every effort. The office staff is rude and unwilling to help. They are a barrier to the actual workers. The work done on our last job had to be corrected twice before it passed inspection. They also offered to do the job without a permit- CRAZY! They are making changes to my gas line and they don't want an inspector??? They also tried to charge us for wait times for inspection and called for two inspections verse the one needed. They also refuse to provide unconditional final waivers for completed jobs. They state that they only have the 20 pre lim form and don't know how to obtain the waivers..... Buyer be ware! I will NEVER do work with them again. ***UPDATE** Upon seeing my review Rick Brown from Above All Plumbing Call me twice- Yelling at me- He states that they will now not warrantee their work because of our bad review. We finally received our unconditional Final where they incorrectly stated that we owned them an additional $5400. We paid the contract in full. WE required them to complete the document correctly. Above All Plumbing does not have the right to call and harass me for my honest and true review. ***Update 2** Photos attached. The incomplete drywall to pass the final was not taken in error. My husband corrected this issue since Above All did not return on the 1st inspection day to correct the issued. We called Above all to come out and unclog plumbing jeff came out within 30 minutes to clear line we had a one way clean out facing away from the house he wanted to make sure it cleared out correctly using the right snake but it wasn't able turn back to the house so he contacted his supervisor rob to come help out being a little more extensive of a clog and was able to unclogged from the vent on the roof within 15 minutes of his arrival very knowledgeable and fast highly recommended these guys for any plumbing needs will be contacting them for future projects read more

The main clean out was rusted closed so he had to go through the toilet, which turned out to be bigger job. Ryan was very informative about my options and was able to clear the line. He also told me what I needed to do to correct the problem with the main clean out, so the next time I have a problem, it will be easier to take care of it. Horrible sewage smell coming from under house and regular plumber was not available for another two weeks. Our condo management company recommended them as they use their services in several locations. A bit more expensive but they saved the day and it was well worth it.
