chicken and pork combo souvlaki with green potatoes and pita
Brian L.

We stopped in as we are lovers of all kinds of Greek Food. Great menu, all the hits. I had a Gyro plate and my wife had the Souvlaki. Portions were generous as we needed take-home containers. Would have loved to try the Avgolemono soup, but the price was pretty steep and it steered us away. We did try a saganaki. It's not flamed tableside but was good and the amount of pita supplied for it was great. I realize that food is made at time of order, but we did think the wait was a bit long given we were the only ones in there and there were only about 3 carry-out orders while we dined.

I was a bit confused on how to enter Niko's at first. You can enter through Joseph's pizza door. They are connected. I like the breading on the fries. Tzatzaki sauce and pita are good. I'll be keeping an eye out as they include more items on their menu.

This is back door to enter from parking lot - this door will most likely only be unlocked based on Joseph's pizza hours

Brand new - EXCITED to try them on Day 4 for a nice Sunday lunch on March 3rd. Found an empty dark locked establishment at 12:25pm. I'd stay away for a few weeks / months until they get their act together and figure out a way to be open during their stated hours of operation. NOTHING on social media indicating they ran into issues and wouldn't be open Sunday which would have meant I'd NEVER have posted this. COMMUNICATION is key to running a business

My husband and I love to bike in the area and recently discovered Nico's Greek restaurant right off the Great Western Trail. We've gone twice so far and will go back many more times I'm sure! Nico has, hands-down, the best dolmades (rich and lemony), fabulous gyros and desserts (must try the baklava cheesecake) and an authentic Greek salad (ask for "village salad") of any place we've ever been. The owner is helpful and generous and the space is welcoming and festive. This is going to quickly become one of our favorites.

New business with very good selection of Greek food. Big portions and all cooked from scratch. Only disappointment is I wish they opened before noon.

Menu

Huge quantities of delicious food. Had Chicago gyro plate and chicken souvlaki plate. Made to order, so be patient.

So excited for this place! Tried their spicy feta (YUM & spicy!). The serving size was huge! Loved the potatoes & the gyros. I got pasta salad for the side and was so much I ate it for lunch the next day! So excited they are going to be open for lunch! Agreed on the hard to find, but it's right next Joseph's Pizza. Going to become a quick favorite!

It was our first time here and my husband and I were thoroughly impressed with the chicken souvlaki and gyros. The food was delicious! I also had the side Greek salad and everything on it was fresh and crispy. Definitely recommend this little hidden gem. The inside has plenty of seating and is nicely decorated.

Combination Chose gyros and lamb souvlaki and side of garden salad.
