I was really excited after my first visit. I felt like she was really going to help me. I figured…read moreif she was really good she was worth paying out of pocket. But not only was she really expensive but she just kept slow playing my care. Every visit she would say what she would do next time and the next time it would be the same delays. I paid thousands in office visits, lab work and supplements without any real progress. She would never look up from her computer during our sessions. The final straw was when she suggested a diet plan. When I got home and looked over the plan I realized it was not tailored to my diet restrictions as a vegetarian. She was told numerous times I didn't eat meat but she just made the same generic recommendations to everyone. The lab work she did would find all kinds of problems but she would hold off addressing them. Then if you needed a refill she would charge you extra for it. Patient care was severely lacking. There are much better doctors who care more about helping their patients then the almighty dollar and will even accept major insurance plans. Don't waste your money here!

This is a public service announcement that i'm looking to share with the world. I went here as it…read moreis near my house, and I have to say i was not happy with the service whatsoever. I have been having arch pain and figured i would get it looked it, so i called and made an appointment. I arrive and was greeted by a rude male receptionist/billing person who told me to have a seat and be quiet. I brought my wife and our 12 week old daughter here and there was nobody there waiting it was simply my family. The guy comes over and said one of us could go back into the waiting room, and then i asked if my wife/child who was in a car seat can come with me. He then rudely responds that as long as the baby is quiet they may come. Now, my baby is 12 weeks old at this point, and simply sleeping in a car seat. There is nobody in the office and you make a comment like that? The doctor herself was good/helpful and generally willing to assist with my problem. The person up front who has nothing to do with foot care/podiatry is the entire reason i didn't give this place 4 stars, and is the reason I'm not going to be returning back here.

Tedi came highly recommended and I can totally see why now. I haven't done much acupuncture, so I was not sure what to expect. Tedi treated me with an incredible array of acupuncture needles and then finished with some cupping. After the session, I felt rejuvenated, relaxed, and yes, the ache in my back was greatly improved and has not come back since-- so awesome!! Thank you Tedi!

In the 30 plus years I've been a patient I HAVE NEVER MADE A COMPLAINT. This lady is a ticking time bomb. Why does she insist on knowing who I am and then tells me not to hide!? This individual has access to my medical records and is demanding to know who I am! I hope Martinsville and Atlantic healthcare review her behavior and determine she is clearly not fit to deal with public! It's funny how she says she's been there five years and all the complaints reference this place going downhill about five years ago! Every review reads the same we used to love Martinsville family practice, and the staff but now they are extremely rude and unprofessional, really sad! I just text one bad Apple and now there's two!
