Dr. Abessi is absolutely, hands down, the best doctor I have ever seen. Her bedside manner is fabulous, she is incredibly thorough, and she explains things clearly. She's called me to discuss results in detail and told me I can call anytime if I have any additional questions. She's recommended specialists who have also been wonderful, and as such, I feel much more confident about FINALLY figuring out what's been going on with my health. As far as the staff is concerned, I'm quite confused by the other reviews on here about their rudeness and lack of professionalism. Maybe they've recently swapped out their entire staff, but everyone that I've had contact with in the office has been nothing but friendly and helpful! I've been there probably about 8 times since I became a patient in January (my body is kind of a mess!) and I've needed to bring my 4 year old with me every time, and my son on occasion. All the staff (nurses, receptionists, phlebotomist, doctors) have been understanding and sweet, know my kids by name, and listened to my daughters (somewhat endless) stories. On another note, the phlebotomist is awesome! I have tiny, rolling veins, and getting blood drawn is always something I dread. Usually, I wind up with around 4 needle marks, while they try to draw from my arms, and eventually give up and take it from my hand or wrist. But the woman at Montgomery Medical is fantastic, and has gotten a vein the first time, every time (and I've had it taken at least 3 times, I believe -- again, I'm a mess) with no bruising and no blown out veins.

Just today I had an appointment and the system had not confirmed it but when I showed up the staff were very cooperative and accommodated me. Even though I was supposed to see Dr Kerr who is a visiting physician in this office, they squeezed in a slot for me with Dr Lahiri.
