I went to this practice three times. The first time was due to the effects of a tick bite I…read morereceived. I was asked to take a blood test to determine if I had Lyme's disease. The results came back positive and I was instructed by Dr. Goldberg to take this very expensive antibiotic ($800+). Not soon after, I went for my regular physical check up, which required another blood test, and this blood test showed I never had Lyme's disease! My regular doctor told me if I had the disease, it would still have showed up in my blood. The second time I went to this practice was due to a severe nosebleed that I could not plug up. (My regular doctor was on vacation). Dr. Goldberg took my blood pressure and found it to be high. He immediately directed me to go to the Bridgewater hospital emergency room. This hospital was over-crowded, and I had to wait in the emergency room for over an hour. Finally, when it was my turn to be seen, I was asked to remove my outer close, wear a gown, and lay down on a bed on wheels. I was wheeled into a hallway where other patients were dressed the same and laying on these movable beds. Once again, I waited for over an hour until a young doctor came over, took my blood pressure again, and took a blood sample. After another long wait, I was told they did not find anything wrong with me and sent me home. The third and final time (ever) I went to the practice was a follow-up to the second visit. This time, a younger "doctor" met with me. This guy was dressed in a dark polo shirt and he had a chip on his shoulder. He told me he reviewed the results of the hospital report and suggested I go see a liver specialist. He said because the emergency room could not find anything wrong with me, and because I continued to have high blood pressure, it must be something wrong with my liver. When I finally got back with my regular doctor, and told him what I went through, his advice was don't ever go back there again. He told me I have high blood pressure which is normal for me. The nose bleeds were from over use of an oxygen machine I was told to use when I had COVID. BTW - the whole staff have bad attitudes and are borderline nasty!

Lack of Compassion and Ethical Care - Disappointed with This Practice and Dr. JulieAnn Juliano…read more I've had two highly disappointing experiences with this family practice. The disappointing part is - he's only been there 3 times. Most recently, I brought my son in for his 6th-grade immunizations. During scheduling, at check-in, and while speaking to both the nurse and student trainee administering the shots, no one ever mentioned a document fee for signing the school forms. It wasn't until we were leaving--after I needed the paperwork signed and stamped--that the trainee came back into the room and informed us of the fee (which we mentioned we could return with because it was last minute and we had no prior knowledge of the fee) and then the doctor came in and refused to release my son's records until I returned with payment. While the fee itself was small, this approach felt like coercion and poor ethical practice. If fees exist, they should be disclosed upfront--not after the nurse had already injected my son with two shots--especially when needing the paperwork signed was mentioned multiple times beforehand. When I asked about filing a complaint, the receptionist Jung (this is what she told me her name was) simply shrugged and said, "I don't know where you can send the complaint," which further reflects the lack of professionalism. This is not the first negative experience. At my son's first visit (a few months back) he was visibly anxious due to his expressive communication disability, the doctor told him to "sit down and be quiet because he was old enough to know better." Only after reviewing his IEP and learning about his disability did her attitude shift. Healthcare should be rooted in empathy, clear communication, and genuine care--not robotic policies that lack basic decency. If you have children with disabilities or require more patient-centered care, I would strongly recommend seeking another provider.
