Our old one…read morewas 20 years old and though it had been updated twice it wasn't keeping up with where our lives are now. We also thought it was becoming confusing with the updates and didn't want that to be an added burden for our trustee. We finally located a lawyer who would make us a new trust for $2,500. We were pleased at the somewhat lower price than most trusts cost but even so, that was a large extra expense for us. We were having a conversation with our neighbor (who had been a legal secretary of 30 years) and she recommended we speak with Melssia Moy of Dynasty Legal Documents. Our neighbor used to work with her and had very good things to say about Melissa and her work ethic and character. We made an appointment and discussed our needs and answered the questions Melissa had for us. Within a short time, we had our new trust and at a price we could afford. We are grateful to Melissa for her help, advice and her desire to help people.

When we moved, we discovered that the family trust required amendments to better conform to AZ statute. Using an online search, I contacted a number of estate attorneys, including Jeffrey Hall PLLC. Mr Hall was the only one who personally responded directly to me via email. We were impressed and reassured by his personal response, which led to an initial free consultation during which he advised us that the best course of action was to rewrite the family trust rather than amend it. His very reasonable fee structure, together with his friendly and relaxed personal desk-side manner, convinced us that we had found the right estate attorney for us. We could not be more satisfied with his work and have no hesitation in commending him to others. Mark and Al.

I spent over 400 to receive what I was told would be a "highly detailed and powerful resume" and LinkedIn "facelift." The first draft I received was unbelievably disappointing. The words used to describe my job description aren't words used in my field. The job skills included are skills for an entry level position and excluded skills that showed me being at an advanced level, after 15 years of being in my career. They couldn't even spell check the draft and they had repeated sentences under the same job. It looked as if someone had quickly thrown sentences together without reading or spell checking it with NO knowledge of my job. I notified Lindsey, the first person I spoke to in creating the first draft, with absolutely no response. It was an assistant who would only communicate with me and that got me nowhere. I took the mess they sent me and rewrote the resume in its entirety. Almost every sentence had to be rewritten. They NEVER started or completed my LinkedIn. I'm super disappointed. I didn't have the time or the energy to write my resume and in the end I paid 400 to do it myself and I have all the documentation showing this. I emailed William, the account manager and expressed all of this to him and it went nowhere. I'll be filling a complaint with the better business bureau along with all of the proof.
