She did none of the above. Angie is the owner of the firm, so even if she just relies on her associates, she should make sure things are appropriately delegated. She is very interested in deep pockets, and keeping up her appearance, but not interested in putting forth the effort to advocate for her clients. Very disappointed in this poor performance and level of caring for her clients. Pros: Will give a sense of professionalism when she first meets you. Very good at wooing you at first. Very good at deflecting questions or concerns from clients. Cons: Will get very defensive if you catch her in a mistake.
