Working with Jordan Zitron during one of the most complex and emotional seasons of my life was an absolute blessing. Divorce involving children can easily become adversarial and chaotic, but Jordan approached my case with a rare combination of professionalism, strategic thinking, and genuine care for the long-term wellbeing of my family. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and his ability to think several steps ahead. The decree he helped structure was thoughtful, balanced, and incredibly thorough - addressing not only the legal requirements but also practical realities of co-parenting, finances, and the future stability of our children. Every section was carefully crafted to protect our kids' best interests while also ensuring fairness for both parents. Jordan is calm, intelligent, and extremely knowledgeable about Arizona family law. He communicates clearly, explains options well, and never makes you feel rushed or dismissed. When difficult decisions needed to be made, he helped me approach them logically rather than emotionally, which made all the difference in the outcome. If you are looking for an attorney who is not only skilled but also deeply invested in doing things the right way, I cannot recommend Jordan Zitron highly enough. He brings integrity, clarity, and real advocacy to the table... exactly what you want when navigating something as important as your family's future. read more

Jordan seems very knowledgeable in family law which was comforting and reassuring in such a stressful situation. Unfortunately that feeling disappears at the same time Jordan does. First time, shortly after hiring, Jordan disappeared for a week, and just before searching for replacement reappeared stating was sick and obviously has no one to even take messages or respond. After another few weeks disappeared again, no response to emails, text, calls, I reached out to his business partner and within an hour Jordan responded to me. At that point I placed a retainer with another attorney losing more than half of one I paid to Jordan. Considering importance of child custody and financial future, having a professional and reliable lawyer is your most important step and extremely far from my experience in this case. read more

He has been prompt, responsive, and has left absolutely nothing undone. We are so thankful to be working with him during this time. We honestly could not have asked for a better attorney. read more

I hired Jordan as my divorce attorney, he was local to my work, I didn't read the reviews about him first, I should have. At first he sounded great a much needed relief for me, he took care of a bs motion against me & had many promises for helping, soon he faded off no communication from him for like a month, then he reappeared for a short time, then nothing again Emails, phone calls, messages with the secretary, I hired another attorney she couldn't get thru to him neither could opposing council. He owed money to me it wasn't until I mentioned going to the Arizona bar that he finally tried refunding me. AVOID this lawyer read more

Jordan Zitron seemed great in the beginning and did well when he was in the courtroom, but then would blatantly ignore me and neglect the case for months. I would have to send dozens of emails and calls with no response, but he called back a friend of mine for a consult within 24 hours of her submitting a request. He did not only ignore me, he failed to respond to apposing party motions causing them to be granted. He also deliberately violated family law procedure by discussing privileged information between him and apposing council during a hearing. Though him doing so was beneficial to me, it is a tale of his character. Unethical lawyer. Going to the Arizona State Bar. read more

Jordan in the beginning seemed like the perfect lawyer until we were nearing the end of the case and he suddenly went MIA for over a month resulting in the other party getting motions granted due to Jordan's negligence. We called dozens of times, left voicemails and sent an unnecessary amount of emails to both him and his partner (his sister). Over a month passed and we finially got a response of apologies and empty promises so we gave Jordan another chance, he filed 1 response and now suddenly he has been MIA for over 45 additional days. We are in disbelief after working with Jordan for so long on our case he completely cut off all communication and we are now left to finish the case on our own. Don't give this firm a dime! Would hate for the same thing to happen to you, and when dealing with the wellbeing of your children it's just not something you want to chance read more

I specifically wanted to let anyone know if you're looking for some good advice kind representation and quick responses when you have questions or problems then Jordan is your guy!!! The whole divorce process thing was quite scary and overwhelming and while interviewing other lawyers they either wanted to go in like a shark and rip things apart and overcharge me or not really give a crap and hand me to someone below them Jordan always gave me personalized attention regardless of the time or day and I would strongly recommend at least putting him in your top three I talk to you about 12 different lawyers and I stopped my look once I had one phone call with him he held up his end of the deal when it comes to giving me the correct price point as well as taking very good care of my needs specifically with my children so I would probably fill up every single character if Given the opportunity so I'll let it be at that I would never look anywhere else if I personally knew a friend or family member that needed strong but reasonable representation what else can you ask for these days and all of this in the middle of Covid I'm truly blessed to find him. read more

Jordan Zitron is an absolutely incredible attorney. Jordan is sooooo intelligent and knowledgeable. His confidence made us feel so incredibly confident in our case. His communication and responsiveness is absolutely the best! Jordan was always ahead of any timeline that the Court had requested. Jordan made us feel at ease that everything would be completed prior to the Court's timelines. Jordan kept us informed every step of the way. None of our hundreds of questions seemed insignificant to Jordan. Jordan's level of professionalism, sincerity and integrity speaks for itself. Jordan made us feel that our case was so dear to his heart and Jordan showed how much he sincerely cared for our case as if it was his own. We HIGHLY recommend Jordan Zitron. read more

These people didn't even bother returning my call. Amanda told me to call back next day at 8am to have the consultation over the phone. So I did with no answer. Couldn't believe they didn't even answer the phone! Then I left two more messages. The first one with the answering machine. Left my name, phone number and a detailed message. Again, no answer. I thought I would give it one more try and called for the last time. Someone, who I assume was their secretary, transferred me to Jordan's desk, but he did not answer the phone so I Left the last message. Almost a week later, no one even took the time to called me back. If this is the way they treat their clients, then it's a good thing that I never got them involved in my case. This just shows their negligence and lack of interest for their clients. Too bad for people who proud themselves from 100% positive review on Yelp. Well, here it is a bad one. Thanks. read more

After consulting with a few other attorneys who weren't helpful, we found Jordan. I was assisting my mom with her divorce because she doesn't speak English well, and Jordan was very accommodating. He was able to set up an initial consultation promptly, which was a life saver. My parents' situation was complicated and continued to get messier but Jordan was reassuring and helped us with every obstacle that came up. There were even times we needed to speak with Jordan after hours and on weekends and he was able to respond to us promptly. When I first called Jordan I was just expecting to set up a consultation. I was on the phone with him for an hour. We had lost faith in lawyers a long time ago and had self-represented up until that point. We knew we were getting in over our heads and needed help. So I took to the internet and researched as many reviews and credentials as possible. On that initial hour long phone call he told me steps we needed to take immediately in order for our case and kids to have a chance. I filed the petition immediately. He even told me that I wouldn't need to retain him until the petition was granted. The first meeting he told us at the very least we would get more visitation if not full custody. We pushed for full custody given the circumstances. We gave him the huge binder full of possible exhibits the first time we met in person. He was prepared, actually remembered the initial phone call and read the history of our case online. The next time we saw him it seemed as if he studied the potential exhibits and actually retained the information. He even met with us the day before Easter on a Saturday for over 2 hours to help us prepare for upcoming dates. He took notes in an organized manner to help streamline our thought process during a stressful situation. There's was so much information it was almost overwhelming to us let alone what he was having to retain. He did it with ease! Anytime we needed anything we called or emailed and he was right on top of it. This man took on our case with compassion, honesty, care, fight, professionalism and was a god send for our family. I HIGHLY recommend Jordan to anyone that wants a good lawyer who takes a personal approach to taking care of his clients needs and delivers high quality, honest results. read more

Amanda, made lots of mistakes, dragged out the process and made extra work for herself to bill hours. Not impressed out all!

Amanda was helpful from the moment I first spoke to her. She started consulting and giving advice during our initial phone call. She gave no pressure to retain her services that moment. That was followed up by a face to face consultation. That's when I knew Amanda was going to be my counsel. Not only could I tell that she was knowledgeable and aggressive, but she has a passion for what she does. I didn't have much time to file my response but Amanda made sure it was done in time. She stayed in contact throughout the entire process either through email or phone call. Amanda was very easy to contact and quickly replied to my emails and phone calls. Her knowledge of law and procedure helped put my mind at ease during one of the most stressful times of my life. She made sure I was fully aware of what was happening, why, and what to expect next. Most importantly, we got the result we wanted. Although I hope you will never need her services, but if you do - do not hesitate to get Amanda on your side. read more

Jordan Zitron is a great choice when researching a family attorney. My experience was unique, but apparently not uncommon. I had been only married for 4 years and my marriage was dissolving. I had reached a point where I had no hope. I was desperate for answers. I had never gone through divorce and needed someone to talk with to understand the process. Jordan gave me a full hour of consultation, followed by a few 10 minute conversations the next few days. At this point he hadn't charged me anything. My stress level went down and I found myself worrying less about the process. I hired Jordan for an hour-long session a week later, which was informative. He listens and responds appropriately, all the while helping you sort your thoughts and feelings to plan the best course of action. I ended up hiring him to put together documentation for custody and material separation, deciding to fall short of a complete dissolution of marriage. In the middle of Jordan putting together the documents, I reconciled with my wife and I'm happy to say we are working it out. Jordan was happy with this outcome, but then Jordan suggested something that was unbelievable. He offered to refund his remaining time, which he was under no obligation to do for me. He has started the process I asked him to start. I'm writing this review for many reasons. 1. Over an hour of free consultation, with follow up calls days later 2. Fair pricing on his time for an additional hour long consultation which developed a plan fit for my situation. This allowed me to make the correct decisions for myself and my little girl. 3. The offer to refund my remaining hours of time, given I had reconciled, which he was not obligated to do was over the top on customer service. If you are starting to enter divorce with our wife or husband, but don't know what your rights are or how to plan for the worst-case scenario, call Jordan Zitron, he will make you feel a whole lot better. read more

I hired Amanda (when her last name was Mays) to handle my divorce. It was a pretty simple matter. I needed her to obviously file for divorce for me, and write up the property settlement agreement. I thought about doing it myself, because my ex had already agreed to the terms, but I wanted it written in legal terms, so that it would hold up in court. After sometime, my ex was not following the terms of our divorce agreement, so I wanted to go back to family court to seek some sort of remedy. The court notified me that the documents were filed incorrectly, and Amanda did not make the property settlement agreement part of the divorce decree, and filed them separately. Now there is no way I can take my ex-husband back to family court for contempt. My only remedy is to go to civil court, which handles things much differently. After emailing Amanda, she refunded me my divorce fee of $1000.00, but that does me no good. It's not about the money. I have never heard of such a mistake being made. I could have filed for the divorce myself, but the main part of a divorce is the property settlement agreement, which specifies all of the terms. So my divorce agreement, aside from not being married anymore, is a useless piece of paper, without a leg to stand in family court. I have emailed Amanda to plead for help to fix the situation, and explained that I would gladly pay for the process, but I have received no answer from her. So I cannot go back to family court because Amanda will not rectify the mishandling of my case, and I will be stuck with all of the financial mess that my ex-husband made. read more
