This is all to say that I am the exact target audience for their products, and I happily took part in the age old American tradition of racking up my credit card bill on a good Cyber Monday sale via their site. The clothes are lovely, but I bought the incorrect size, so I walked into this location to make an exchange. An employee was extremely helpful aiding me with this exchange. She searched two separate storage units to no avail, searched online to see if other locations nearby had what I was looking for, ultimately finding that one location in Tennessee had the items in the size I wanted to exchange my clothes for. She went through the process of refunding the amount of my clothes onto a gift card, and called the Tennessee store to purchase the items I needed, and even got shipping and a small tax waived. I didn't have to do a thing, and now I'll have my clothes in just a few days time. I can't remember a time I've received better customer service at any retail store. The store is nicely laid out and everyone, store employees and customers, were properly wearing their face masks, so I felt pretty safe shopping there too.

I am super into OV & #DoingThings…read more Most of my active wear is other lower end brands so I'm now slowly building up my active wear with higher quality items and matching sets like OV offers. I first heard about this brand when they did a run with Shake Shack a year or so ago at their UES popup shop. We ran a few miles then ended up back at the store where kombucha and coupons awaited us. I came back a few weeks later to use my coupon and discovered they were from Austin, TX, where I had just moved from not long ago. They had a line that was Austin x New York so of course I had to buy something from that line. It's a super cute racerback crop top. I only wish now that I had bought the matching pants since that color has since been retired. If you take a peek at the OV website, you'll see that they love #DoingThings so they're always having fun fitness related events - and they're free! It's a great way to get the brand out there and get people interested. It worked for me. I've sine participated in numerous events from kayaking, running, and even yoga inside Saks Fifth Avenue, right across from the super expensive purses. The outfits are great quality and really flattering. They have tech material pieces, compression styles, shorts (which I need), and even workout dresses, just to name a few. They also even have some pet items, like super cute dog collars. I just need a dog to go with one. I love that they feature all body types and encourage everyone to get out there, #DoingThings. Invest in yourself!

Changing rooms are buzz for a helper. Definitely enough staffers and people who are friendly to help all over. Three staffers were talking about one pair of ski boots they sold with the wrong insoles (it was the display old blue insoles instead of the new ones) and trying to find and contact that customer to the best of their ability. Good customer service, there. Winter gear almost all out in February, so end of season and clearance sales on some items, but not others (same snow bib for women was on sale, the men's version - not on sale? guess it's about how many they've sold?). Didn't really find any ski socks of note. Some jackets on sale. And some weird jelly bean flavors. Skip the bubble tea version, they taste terrible. Bike and ski services in the back. Prices aren't too bad, so hopefully would be smooth to get service. Will bring back my bike later this year to see what they can do about a sticky lower gear.

A staff did ask if they could help me but they just had other things to do seemingly. I ended up being there for a a couple of hours and purchased a large amount of items. (15 full price) and becoming a 'member'.The staff that let you in the fitting room were extremely helpful. Upon returning twice to return a total of two items, the cashier staff were rude and not caring, almost disgruntled. Very odd and won't be returning here even though it is close to work. I liked and enjoyed the shopping but the staff either get heat from their corporate people (which is probably the case) or are just very unhappy. I can't imagine why outdoor loving people would be unhappy!

I don't think i want to rate the jeans but here's some feedback... I am no completely clear what would possess anyone to purchase $345 jeans. I tried on two but i am a bit too thick for these jeans...i'm a size 29. maybe if i were a 26, the look would be different and i might have felt myself more... I tried on the ones with a little more detail and well the back pockets did not rest properly on my rear (notice i didn't say ass because my booty is average) and the pockets were like placed for a flat rear...you know how the pockets are on the crack of the butt and upper thigh... yeah..not cool! . Also the jeans weren't long enough. i am a little leggy for 5'5" so my thighs swallowed this up! haa. There jeans appear to favor low rise not high waist-ed cut. Paige had only one jean type i was interested in trying....but i still gotta ask...for $345, what am i paying for? gippers creepers.... Citizen of Humanity and the less obnoxious cuts (slimmer, no bright white thread mark, no branding on the pockets) of Joe Jeans are a much better cut and fit for curvous bodies. I love their slim cuts that taper on he ankle and can be paired with a good heel.

Decided to find a location close to my job, the store on Pitkin popped up. Called ahead to make sure they had the phone and Sam confirmed they did. Went straight there after work, parking was easy. Sam greeted when I walked in and we went straight to business. He made the transaction super easy and smooth. He offered options to add an extra account, phone accessories and a clear insight about what my bill would be. I took note of the fact that even when they were engaged with customers, as others walked in they were keen to greet them and express they'd be with them shortly. I was really proud of the way the entire team handled themselves and their customers. Shout out to Sam, Zacari and Ijana /Ljiana (sorry if I misspelled her name).
