This is the only Nike store in Bergen county. It is also an outlet store, so lots of inventory on sale always. Huge number of shoes are also available at a discounted price. They have athletic clothing, shoes and accessories for men, women and kids. I use this location a lot for my online order returns. On weekdays lines are shorter. But on weekends and holiday season, lines get crazy long. They keep lots of counters open to checkout customers as fast as possible. Lots of associates are on the floor to keep the store tidy and help customers. Often I like to stroll in the store to check out some of the new inventories. But I haven't shopped from here much, usually I don't find the size or quality I look for Nike products. read more

Complaint is same as everyone else. Makes no sense to make your customers wait outside to enter the store. I understand they want to limit the number of people in the store-however, they need a better way to handle this especially when the weather is inclement. We waited and the line went quickly, thankfully. Wasn't impressed by shoe selection but my husband and I got a ton of clothes. One of the rare stores that have employees everywhere you look. There seemed to be a lot of commotion where they were standing around laughing/playing etc. No one asked if we needed assistance or offered help. Workers have an air of arrogance. Workers behind register were talking badly about a customer who wanted to skip the line outside. Definitely a place worth checking out but be prepared to possibly wait long. If you need help-I dont doubt you'll find someone to help you, but know you'll mostly likely have to initiate it read more

The store is run awful! Manager KB is rude, and makes up policies AS HE GOES. After waiting on line for 25 minutes I was told I couldn't get a store refund for sneakers I purchased (past the 30 days) The sneakers are brand new, 90 days past the purchase date. The RECEIPT and IN STORE both state after 30 days , you are allowed a refund. If you're going to have someone RUN a store, they should know the policies, and how to interact with customers. As we are discussing this issue, another sales associate bent a rule and refunded purchases to another customer that were well over the amount you're supposed to make refunds on. Nike please do better. As a loyal customer for several years , today was completely unacceptable, and unprofessional. read more

You are better off buying Nike sneakers at a resale shop for an actual discount. I picked up a pair of sneakers and laughed to find it was only $10 off its retail value. As for the discount on clothing, it's not terrible. You will get a decent 20-35% off on an given day on even the newer selections. As for the ridiculous entrance policies, I can confirm they are true. I don't even blame people for stealing socks or other petty goods from this store on their way to register. I'd do the same thing too if I was a frequent shopper that put up with that hassle. Consider that your money "back." read more

Shoe shoes and more shoes! The store was really nice, neat and organized. They had a great amount of staff to help with the volume of people. They were also we're helpfully in check in the bad to see if they had other sizes of clearance shoes that may not have been put out. 4 shoes later, we left as happy campers read more

PROS: This has always been my go-to store for Nike products. Same quality as a regular Nike store this place has everything from footwear to clothing. The staff is always nice and will help you out too. CONS: The line at the register is so long that not only do I sometimes not buy something at this store because of it, but I see other people taking one good look at the line and turning out of the place OVERALL: I think this store is great but it needs either faster associates or more associates read more

Great store with great pricing! If you have the Nike app, you can get more discounts. The only thing thats preventing me from giving 5 stars is...you gonna have to wait on the long line and they're veryyy slow read more

This used to be a store where the salespeople were knowledgeable runners, and gave good advice on shoe brands based on your foot type, checked the fit, checked how your stride looked when you ran, etc. For me, this made the wait and price worth it, I was getting professional service. The last two times I've been there buying shoes, it seems like this philosophy has changed. Now it's basicially a Sports Authority. They brought me shoes (which were completely the wrong size and width), left me to myself to try them on and determine if the fit was right, and never checked the fit themselves. Basically, they brought the shoes out of the back room and left the rest to me. If I want this level of service I'll go to DSW and try on shoes with less markup and no wait time. So, yeah, I won't be back. read more

Just made a complaint to Nike about their service that I didn't receive my order. My order was in another building. I had to give a gift to someone good thing I was able to find my order, but I told her to Nike they act like they didn't care, we never buy anything from Nike unless I'm going to the store. read more

Took my daughter because she insisted it wasn't just Nike product they couldn't sell. She was wrong . The sneaker selection is crap. So let's get to the real problem. Waited 30 minutes in line while they only had 3 of the 8 registers open. Employees would walk by and comment on how long the line was and wandered about. One of the registers had a woman who credit card wouldn't work, she was at the counter for 15 min and still there when we left, the other register was occupied by two women trying on clothes at the register and the sales guy was more than happy to chat with them about what fit and what looked good they were there for 15 of the 30 min I spent on line and there when we left. There is obviously no management or anyone who cares working there. It's not worth your time or patience imho read more

I wanted to leave a review on the actual survey thing but they only give us 7 days to do it and I isn't know that. So I came here. Just wanted to say I went in 10/24/23. There was a pair that I really wanted for my son and they didn't have his size I never ask for help bc usually they would say No this is all we have. To my surprise JT came upto me and asked If I needed help & he took the time to find the size I needed in the stock room. I felt so great. Very nice guy. Also Diego C & Sandra was also nice when I went to pay. They took time to offer me deals & be really patient and nice. I left so happy from that store in the Bergen Town Center!! read more

Yes, this is a Nike outlet store but no, it's not always going to be cheaper than regular prices. The key to this store is timing. While I recognize that not everyone is able to stop in here on a regular basis but fortunately for me, I go to the gym in this same mall so I stop by a lot. The fluctuations in price are not always obvious or explainable but I'm sure Nike has some sort of strategy for their sales. Here are some tricks: - Usually there is a store-wide sale in between seasons when they're getting rid of old stuff and bringing in the new. - For women, if you have smaller feet, you can totally shop in the kids section for deeper discounts. I got a really cute pair in the kids section for only $27. FYI size 6 in women's is about 4Y - 4.5Y depending on the styles. - Check online before coming here for any inkling of a sale. Usually if they've moved a bunch of stuff on the Nike website to clearance, it means that they're transitioning and there is/will be a sale. In short, I wouldn't come in here on any random day and expect cheap prices. However, when there is a sale you can definitely get both clothes and shoes at a fraction of their original cost. And by fraction, I can tell you that I've gotten things at a quarter of full retail. At the end of the day, you can also always call and ask if they're having a sale before making the trek over. read more

I've heard people complain about the selection at this store, but you have to temper your expectations; it's an outlet store after all. You can find decent prices on last year's models and there are plenty of sizes. The hash wall has some hidden gems every so often and it regularly goes 20% off. The employees are very friendly and helpful, the store is clean and organized, and prices are fair. Do the survey according to the instructions on your receipt. You'll get a coupon for $10 off your next purchase. read more

I was shopping in the town center today with my elderly mother, who wanted to buy some Christmas presents for my sons and was willing to spend a lot of money in the Nike store. They would not let us in through the mall entrance for some peculiar reason they wanted us to leave the mall and to walk outside in the cold and granted today's not even that cold - but what is the meaning of this? you guys are doing so good with your sales that you're turning away somebody who is ready to spend $500 probably in 10 minutes because all she wanted to do is go in and get out, that's terrible. It's such a turn off to your customers not everyone's a hoodlum wants to rob your place. I'm not sure why you're making your customers go stand outside in the cold, especially during the holiday season is a a terrible, marketing tool- It's pathetic that your treat your customers like five year olds. Terrible service. It's a shame because retail stores sales are down so bad that you would think that you have a customer coming into the store to make a cash purchase you would open welcome them we're open arms but nope not in this case so looks like we'll be ordering our stuff from stock x.. not a smart move, nike. The store needs to get over themselves. It's an outlet store for god sake's. read more

hate coming to this store. now they have new managers. lines are sonlong and slow that I sometime s just leave the items on the table. to avoid this line. and let's not talk about the customee service when from bad to worse. avoid at all cost coming here you will waste 2 hours of toe time and most will be on line their prices are lot ever that great anymore. hope regional sees This Ana do something read more

this store is perfect if you enjoy waiting. firstly, i came through the indoor entrance and for whatever reason they make you enter from outside. the door was fully open, but there's just an employee that stands there and prohibits you from going in. secondly, there's a massive line outside. i thought to myself "maybe there's a crazy shoe drop or something". nope. the long line is just everyday. i'm not gonna stand for almost an hour for something i can just buy online. insane. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I even could because of their policy of wanting people to stay outside, waiting for a line standing outside freezing in the cold to enter. I understand you may bot want the store to be so crowded but this is absolutely ridiculous!!! Many people go in and out and don't want ti let the rest of us go in. This store is a pretty big store and of course all the stores would be filled with people, you cant expect only to want like 10 people in store you will get more since this is a mall! This is stupid of the fact having customers wait outside to go in , then the customers bot reaching their satisfaction. These customers are now getting mad of this, this is stupid and should be reorganized better. Come up with a better idea because ideologically this is a dumb idea. Then when people go in, they will find nothing interested since theres nothing left of al those hours waiting in line just for nothing. Just trash in the store not leaving no more shoes or clothes left for those. Terrible.! read more

If I could leave a 0 I would. This store has two ways to enter, but want us to sit in the rain, the snow, this lovely heat wave that New Jersey has been having outside. Not only must we wait outside, but the lines are huge there is no one working in the front. Employees look like they don't want to be there. Overall the store itself isn't bad but whoever is running it whether that be corporate or a manger figure this out. make people wait inside the mall not outside of it. use common sense which doesnt seem to be common anymore read more

Great selection of Men's basketball sneakers. I come back to Jersey several times a year . The official reason is to visit family and friends but the unofficial reason is for the shopping. How can you beat no sales tax on clothing? You can't! This factory store isn't as grand as others but for what I shop for, it exceeds. Men's basketball is a movement throughout the east coast and this Nike outlet appreciates that and helps to satisfy the fervor. I picked up a pair of KD II's in both colorways. Nice. Now if you're from out of state you may be used to larger stores, but if you're a baller you'll appreciate the selection. We fly high... read more

Ok, so I'm biased- coming from the state where shopping malls are King...growing up in Cali made me think that *all* malls had to be this way across the Americas. Cruising through the Bergen Town Center, the b/f & I came across this Nike outlet. It depressed me. It was like Nike decided to tease the Paramusians by adding a miniature model of a Nike outlet to this shopping center. I made a round through the whole store in a matter of like 3 minutes & then walked right out. read more

Excellent if you need sneakers this is the place. The prices a re a tad less then the stores (footlocker etc) However the selection is extensive. I didn't get his name but one gentlemen who works there was exceptional. He wore a beard (if that helps) but worked near the sneaker rack. He knew where everything was. read more

Not a bad place but the shoe selection isnt the greatest. They dont have a lot of big sizes also, i seen sizes mainly go for the mens 8.5 to size 11. I'm a 13 so I looked on the back wall and they didnt have anything really spectacular that stood out. Even the clothing they didn't have that great of a deal on them. It would only be $5 off a pair of nike shorts. Not much of a deal on that part. The good part is that its in a easy to get to location, and you can go and walk into it real easy. They have a mall with a lot of restaurants near by if your trying to spend a day out there. I seen that they had women nike gear on sale, take an additional 30% off of the gear but it wasnt anything spectacular because it was on clothing with weird colors. read more

Went here to get a replacement GPS watch. The watch I originally bought crapped out on me so I called Nike to set up a claim and this store didn't even ask to see an e-mail or a claim number. According to a friend, their sale/clearance racks can get you some great stuff. But until then, I've got nothing good to say. Prices are typically high, for good material of course, but you're not saving much by coming here compared to a sale at another location not primarily Nike. read more

Love going to this store, my family and I usually find great deals here, and I never had a problem going here... until I found a pair of Jordan 3s on the wall with a ticketed price well below retail, and when brought up to the counter, the lady (who had an attitude problem) lied to our faces giving us the excuse of "oh we probably used this box for something else" as if the sticker for the exact shoe in the box wasn't on it? When I refused to pay the $225 retail price on the shoe, and after paying for a different item and completing our transaction, she proceeded to talk behind me and my mother's backs, and when confronted she hid her name tag! The manager stepped in, but I was already too disappointed in the way she disrespected my mother. Her attitude had no place working in retail, and I was very disappointed with my visit. If you can afford to have an attitude with a customer (for a store mistake nonetheless ), you can afford to lose your job. read more

If I could give 0 stars i would. I visited the store looking for two pairs of sneakers. The workers were very helpful in assisting with my shopping, but when it was time to check out I was taken aback by the employee named Brandon. He claims to be the manager but it is hard to believe someone so rude and unprofessional would be hired for that position. The entire time he was on his phone, even when I was trying to communicate with him. He was very dismissive and would simply walk away when I wanted to be assisted. He kept talking about very obscene topics and using vulgar language when talking with other employees, completely disregarding that there were customers such as myself in the store. He completely ruined my shopping experience and lost my loyalty as a customer. It is disgusting that the company would be okay with their employees, specifically their "managers" behaving in this manner. Never shop here. read more

Is this a Nike Outlet? I think this store is supposed to be cheaper than a regular Nike store (is there one?) or a Footlocker. But no, not the case. I came in here expecting to find good deals but no. No good deals. It's legit the same price, if not more. Like what is the concept here? If you are looking for a deal you are better off shopping online as there is better selection online, coupons and better prices. This store is deceiving. It's like an outlet without outlet prices. read more

Stopped by to look at sneakers. I tried on a few pairs but they all hurt my feet while standing for The Star Spangled Banner.

Typically only use this store for returns from Nikes online site. Line usually moves well. Decent selection inside all marked down anywhere from 20-50%. The management at this location is completely detached from reality. She makes you wait outside, in a line, even when it is pouring rain. The door monitor is so distracted that it takes an inordinate amount of time to get into the store. One time, my friend got in the store while I was parking the car and he asked the omnipotent "door monitor" to let me in to help him. The "door monitor" refused because he has some sense of power being a "door monitor". REALLY???? Once you are in, the registers are ridiculously slow. Why, at this stage of the pandemic, would you have patrons wait outside in line, when there is also an entrance to the store from INSIDE THE MALL. Clearly they do not care about customer service, or about the number of people who walk away in frustration. I despise this store, and judging from the feedback from the people in line and from those who walked away with some choice words, so do lots of other folks. I will be forwarding my response to the corporate office, which, by the way, is where my friend is from. read more

I always try to get a new pair of gym sneakers every 6 months or so and this place has a decent selection of woman's running & training sneakers.
