This is posted in 8 different places, yet I was told so couldn't return.

The store is run awful! Manager KB is rude, and makes up policies AS HE GOES. After waiting on line for 25 minutes I was told I couldn't get a store refund for sneakers I purchased (past the 30 days) The sneakers are brand new, 90 days past the purchase date. The RECEIPT and IN STORE both state after 30 days , you are allowed a refund. If you're going to have someone RUN a store, they should know the policies, and how to interact with customers. As we are discussing this issue, another sales associate bent a rule and refunded purchases to another customer that were well over the amount you're supposed to make refunds on. Nike please do better. As a loyal customer for several years , today was completely unacceptable, and unprofessional.

Shoe shoes and more shoes! The store was really nice, neat and organized. They had a great amount of staff to help with the volume of people. They were also we're helpfully in check in the bad to see if they had other sizes of clearance shoes that may not have been put out. 4 shoes later, we left as happy campers

WOW! That's all I can say! I went here expecting to see if I can find anything. Little did I expect that I could walk out of the store with TWO pairs of sneakers for about 70 dollars. They had an entire wall of sneaker that were 20% off already reduced prices. This is definitely a place to check out

Got these beauties for only $27

Yes, this is a Nike outlet store but no, it's not always going to be cheaper than regular prices. The key to this store is timing. While I recognize that not everyone is able to stop in here on a regular basis but fortunately for me, I go to the gym in this same mall so I stop by a lot. The fluctuations in price are not always obvious or explainable but I'm sure Nike has some sort of strategy for their sales. Here are some tricks: - Usually there is a store-wide sale in between seasons when they're getting rid of old stuff and bringing in the new. - For women, if you have smaller feet, you can totally shop in the kids section for deeper discounts. I got a really cute pair in the kids section for only $27. FYI size 6 in women's is about 4Y - 4.5Y depending on the styles. - Check online before coming here for any inkling of a sale. Usually if they've moved a bunch of stuff on the Nike website to clearance, it means that they're transitioning and there is/will be a sale. In short, I wouldn't come in here on any random day and expect cheap prices. However, when there is a sale you can definitely get both clothes and shoes at a fraction of their original cost. And by fraction, I can tell you that I've gotten things at a quarter of full retail. At the end of the day, you can also always call and ask if they're having a sale before making the trek over.

Stopped by to look at sneakers. I tried on a few pairs but they all hurt my feet while standing for The Star Spangled Banner.

Tonight l had another great experience at Paragon thanks to the sensitivity and good nature of Mike R in the upstairs shoe and boot department. As a rule, my 88-year old husband doesn't like to buy himself new clothes. But after what feels like weeks in this polar vortex, with him stubbornly trudging and slipping through the snow in old rubber rain boots and a cane, l stopped hinting and put my foot down: we were going to buy him some warm, waterproof boots with cleats. Knowing that he might only put up with one outing, I decided to scout Paragon on my own, first. Mike R. advised me he had only one style of boot that fit what l was looking for and not many sizes left. When he came back with a size in the ballpark, l asked if he could hold it for me. Mike was blunt: he couldn't do any 24-hour holds with the stock so low, but he could hold it for two hours. I thanked him, explaining that if l bought these and presented them to my husband as a done deal he would never even try them on. But we'd be back, within the hour. When we arrived on the floor, Mike picked right up on the dynamic: this was not a customer for a hard sell. And so Mike was the soul of discretion. He kept a low profile, talking quietly and only to me and showed up just often enough to be helpful. He was patient, kind and l got the feeling he was enjoying the challenge of selling without ever even connecting with the guy trying on the boots. And Mike's strategy worked! We made the transition from my husband's original reaction to the only boots in his size ("l hate them!") to walking out with four pairs of socks and that same pair of warm, waterproof boots with cleats. I am deeply grateful to and frankly in awe of Mike R, Paragon boots department. Thank you!

They showed me different options, gave helpful advice, and offered to bring me different sizes and base layer suggestions to try with my ski pants. Unfortunately, I forgot their names, but one was a middle-aged Spanish woman and the other was a young Black woman with blonde curls. They were there on Wednesday around 3:30-4:00 p.m. When I was finished, the Spanish lady even told me about the run club they host on Tuesdays. I really enjoyed my experience at the store because of them!

They had literally never been taken out of the box. Mad at myself for buying them, might be returning just since the guy was a total asshat. Stay away.
